Gilles Lorant: Source of the UN Secret Meeting on UFO/ET

Gilles Lorant, qui est maintenant cité sur de nombreux forums français et anglo-américains, m’a précisé quelques points avant que nous organisions l’interview prévue en radio. Il ne peut bien sûr commenter aucune des informations transmises par Michel Salla, qui concernent la journée du 12 février à laquelle il n’a pas assisté. Il se trouvait à New York en mission d’observation du fonctionnement des Nations-Unies, et c’est une coïncidence si le sujet des Ovnis a été abordé pendant ces deux journées. Il précise aujourd’hui : – il s’agissait les 13 et 14 février de débats préliminaires, servant à préparer une prochaine réunion du Conseil Economique et Social. – aucun document n’a circulé, mais des extraits des rapports de la Garde Nationale ont été projetés sur écrans, et commentés par les trois sénateurs qui les avaient commandés, – les participants n’ont fait l’objet d’aucune fouille particulière, il était seulement impératif d’éteindre les téléphones portables. – En fin de séance, les participants avaient à remplir un formulaire d’appréciation.

“Les séances étaient présidées par Srgjan Kerim, ancien Ministre des Affaires étrangères de l’Ex-République yougoslave de Macédoine” (élu président de la 62e session de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies le 24 mai 2007). “Certaines
salles de réunions étaient fermées d’une chaîne en travers de la porte
et gardées par un planton. Pas celle où je me trouvais.”
Je n’ai pour l’instant d’autre confirmation que la présence de Sir John SAWERS, pour le Royaume-Uni, et de l’Archevêque Celestino MIGLIORE, réprésentant permanent du Vatican.

Le réprésentant permanent du Vatican était bien présent à New York à cette époque, ainsi qu’en témoigne l’Agence de Presse Catholique : “L’Archevêque
Celestino Migliore, observateur permanent du Vatican à l’ONU était
présent ce mercredi (donc le 13 février) pendant la 62ème session de
l’Assemblée Générale de l’ONU, intitulée “Changements climatiques :
l’ONU et le monde à la recherche de solutions.”
Il lui a été possible de rejoindre la réunion qui se tenait dans la
salle du Conseil de Sécurité, puisque Gilles Lorant m’a indiqué que des
personnalités ont participé à différentes rencontres dans la même
journée.

Pendant ce court entretien, Gilles Lorant a également précisé : “J’ai
été considéré comme un “attaché de recherches” au CNRS, uniquement
parce qu’il m’est arrivé dans le passé de mener à bien deux contrats
spécifiques. Pour ce qui est de l’IHEDN, j’ai effectivement été
“auditeur”, mais j’ai été atteint par la limite d’âge.“

résultats soient entourés de secret.

Un petit
nombre de pays (France, Australie, Espagne, Belgique, Brésil) ont
déclassifié et rendu publics leurs dossiers sur les OVNIS, ou coopéré
avec des civils et rapporté ouvertement les observations d’OVNIS aux
médias.

Nous demandons que vous agissiez pour encourager les nations membres à :

(1) Déclassifier et rendre public tous les dossiers et rapports en leur possession ;

(2) Coopérer et appuyer tout effort scientifique sérieux dans l’étude de ce phénomène ;

(3)
Promulguer des réglements et lois requérant des personnels militaires,
des pilotes professionnels, des officiers de police et des personnels
maritimes, qu’ils produisent des rapports sur toutes observations
d’OVNIS faites dans le cadre de leur activités et responsabilités
professionnelles, et de rendre ces rapports librement accessibles au
public, après que la suppression (légitime) des parties classifiées ait
été faite. Nous reconnaissons la nécessité de protéger des secrets
légitimes dans le court terme, mais à plus long terme il est important
qu’aucune information vitale ne soit cachée au public".

Gilles
Lorant, who is now quoted on many  french and Anglo-American Internet
forums, clarified some points for me before we organized the interview
scheduled for radio.
He cannot of course comment on any of the
information transmitted by Michael Salla, which relate to the day of 12
February in which he did not attend.
He was in New York to observe
the functioning of the United Nations, and it is a coincidence that the
topic of UFO’s has been discussed during these two days.
He said today:

It was on 13 and 14 February for preliminary discussions, to prepare
for a forthcoming meeting of the Economic and Social Council.
— No
documents were circulated, but extracts from the reports of the
National Guard were projected on screens, and commented on by the three
senators who had ordered the reports.
— Participants were not subject to any particular security search, it was only imperative to extinguish mobile phones.
— At the end of the meeting, participants had to fill in an appreciation form.

"The
meetings were chaired by Srgjan Kerim, a former Foreign Minister of the
Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" (elected president of the 62nd
session of the United Nations General Assembly on May 24, 2007). "Some
meeting rooms were locked in a chain across the door and guarded by a
messenger.  The meeting room in which I found myself was not so
guarded. "
I can confirm the presence of Sir John SAWERS, for the
United Kingdom, and Archbishop Celestino MIGLIORE, permanent
representative of the Vatican.

         
The permanent
representative of the Vatican was present in New York at this time, as
evidenced by the Catholic Press Agency: "The Archbishop Celestino
Migliore, the Vatican’s permanent observer to the United Nations was
present on Wednesday (thus 13 February) during the 62nd Session of the
General Assembly of the United Nations, entitled "Climate Change: The
UN and the world in the search for solutions."  It was possible to join
the meeting which was held in the hall of the Security Council, since
Gilles Lorant told me that individuals have participated in various
meetings on the same day.

During this brief interview, Gilles
Lorant also stated: "I have been an attaché Research" at the CNRS, only
because I happened in the past to carry out two specific contracts.
With regard to the IHEDN, I have actually been "auditor", but I have
been reached by the age limit. "

      We the undersigned citizens of many nations hereby request that
you encourage Member Nations of the UNITED NATIONS to take certain
elementary actions in regard to their official studies of and
activities related to the phenomenon known as Unidentified Flying
Objects (UFOs).

        First, it is a well-established fact
that UFOs (with reference to craft-like objects that have interacted
closely with human beings) are a world-wide phenomenon. Practically
every Nation has conducted official investigations into UFOs, but the
findings typically are shrouded in secrecy. A few Nations (France,
Australia, Spain, Belgium, Brazil) have either declassified and
released their UFO files or cooperated with civilians and openly
reported UFO encounters to the news media.

        We request that you take action to encourage Member Nations to

        (1) declassify and release all UFO files or records in their possession;

        (2) cooperate with and support serious scientific efforts to study this phenomenon;

      (3) promulgate regulations or laws requiring military personnel,
professional pilots, police officers, and maritime personnel to
generate reports on any UFOs sighted in the course of their
professional duties and to make those reports freely available to the
public after any legitimately classified portions are deleted. We
recognize the need for protecting legitimate secrets in the short term,
but in the longer term it is important that vital information not be
withheld from the public.

        Among the signers of this
petition, those who have personally experienced a UFO close encounter
and whose lives have been seriously affected by the experience are
