Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd is the author of Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in
\nthe Universe<\/a> (Universe Books), which founded the field
\nof exopolitics \u2013 the science of relations between human
\nsociety and other intelligent civilizations in the Universe.
\nExopolitics includes a case study of human contact with an
\nadvanced civilization on Mars. Alfred is the international
\ndirector of the Institute for Cooperation in Space
\n(ICIS)<\/a> and chairman of the Mars Anomaly Research Society (MARS)<\/a>,
\nwhich is spearheading the international effort to research,
\ndisclose, and educate the public about the discovery of life on Mars<\/a>. He has proposed a truth-
\namnesty process to facilitate the release of the advanced,
\nET-derived new energy technologies that can be used to
\ncreate a sustainable, peaceful space age society. Alfred is
\na graduate of Yale University and Yale Law School in
