\nOct 18-25, 2008, I traveled to Bolivia
\nto participate in a seven day retreat led by Luis Fernando Mostajo
\nthat was located at Lake
\nTiticaca, Bolivia. Fernando claims to have physically
\nmet with representatives of both the Confederation of Planets and
\nwith \u2018Elders\u2019 or \u2018Ascended Masters\u2019 associated with an ancient Pre-Incan
\ncivilization in the Andes. In his taped presentation at the 2008 Earth Transformation
\nConference in Hawaii,
\nFernando described his physical encounters with members from both
\nof these groups. According to Luis Fernando, the Confederation of
\nPlanets has bases on both Venus and Ganymede, one of the moons of
\nJupiter. He says he was taken to both locations by a teleportation
\ndevice and exposed to the teachings of advanced ethical extraterrestrial
\nvisitors. In both cases the extraterrestrials looked like Nordic
