\nMinister, spoke for only ten minutes at the recent X-Conference 2008,
\nheld in Washington DC on April 19th, 2008; hosted by Cheryl Jones,
\ntelevision journalist and ex CNN news anchor. The ten minutes in which
\nMr. Helleyer spoke, despite being relatively short in length, was full
\nof some the most covered up truths of the modern era.\n<\/p>\n For those that are unfamiliar with the X-Conference, the
\nX-Conference is an annual convention of high profile speakers vying for
\nthe full disclosure on the part of certain branches of the United
\nStates Government in regards to all information concerning UFO\u2019s,
\nextra-terrestrials, extra terrestrial technology and illegal black ops
\nprojects that have been hidden from the American public for over half a
\ncentury.

\nProject\u201d but are unfamiliar with the X-Conference, consider the latter

\nevidence and expert testimony over many years, when it comes to mass
\nmedia, the average person hears nothing credible to open his\/her mind
\nto one of the most fascinating realities and truths that could unlock
\nthe collective consciousness to incredible new possibilities for the
\npresent and future conditions of the human race, namely transforming
\nthe American economy from a ‘Military-Industrial Complex’ into a
\npeaceful space-age economy.\n<\/p>\n Paul Helleyer\u2019s speech was extremely intuitive and it gave a
\nreally insightful look into the realities of some of the more profound
\ngovernment cover-ups that have taken place over recent decades. It
\ntakes courage, integrity and honour, the three most lacking of traits
\nof most of our major world leaders, to come out and speak the truth on
\nthis matter in the way Paul Helleyer has at this year\u2019s X-Conference. <\/p>\n \nQuite frankly, from what I see happening in the world today;
\nspecifically the wars in the Middle East (and just recently the
\nNATO\/Israeli backed incursion of South Ossetia), the corporate and
\nfinancial induced global famines, and the human-made Global Warming
\npolitical consensus (for the purpose of carbon taxes, of course), I
\ndon\u2019t have a particularly strong opinion of any of the current Western
\nLeadership, except for perhaps the leadership in Ireland, which is
\ncurrently the only country in the European Bloc to have any say on the
\nshredding of their constitution and political sovereignty. <\/p>\n \nThe Lisbon Treaty is no more than a giant power grab and the
\ncentralization of more political power amongst decision makers whom
\naren\u2019t even elected by any democratic peoples; a system of governance
\nin which MPs will only play an advisory role in the creation of Law.
\nDespite the result of Ireland\u2019s referendum (they voted NO), European
\ncountries such as Britain and France are still going ahead with the
\nratification of the Lisbon Treaty. Sometimes I pinch myself and ask if
\nthis is really happening\u2026indeed, it\u2019s unfolding right before our eyes.\n<\/p>\n So what exactly did Mr. Hellyer have to say during his
\npresentation at this year\u2019s X-Conference? He stated that an Extra
\nTerrestrial Civilization had made contact with the Government of the
\nUnited States of America decades ago with the intention of helping us
\nchange the current course of civilization because they felt we were
\nsurely headed for a catastrophe and quite possibly the extinction of
\nthe human race on planet Earth. Apparently that wasn\u2019t in the best
\ninterests of the USA at the time. What was the reaction of the American
\nGovernment? \u201cShoot first and ask question after\u201d. <\/p>\n \nMr. Helleyer goes on to discuss other \u201cphenomena\u201d such as reversed
\nengineered alien technology that our governments have been covering up
\nfor decades; technology that could effectively solve the energy crisis,
\nwhich would in turn eliminate the alleged need for most of the major
\nconflicts that are taking place all over the world, but particularly
\nthe most devastating crimes against humanity that continue to take
\nplace in the Middle East (i.e. Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine). No
\nmatter which way you spin it, and despite Religious conflicts being
\nparroted by world leaders as one of the major reasons underlying the
\ncause of some of these wars and internal strife, many seasoned
\npolitical and military analysts \u2013 at least the honest ones- will tell
\nyou that these conflicts are all geo-political in nature and for the
\nmost part are concerned with hoarding energy resources that belong to

\npeaceful space based economy would definitely hinder the power and
\ncontrol of what Alfred Lambremont Webre,<\/strong>
\nwhom I like to refer to as the godfather of Exopolitics, refers to as
\nthe International War Crimes Racketeering Organization, which,
\naccording to Alfred Webre, consists of interconnected ego-driven
\nSatanic-inspired networks. These networks are associated with ruling
\nfamilies\/elites in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and continental Europe
\nthat Mr. Webre specifically lists\n<\/p>\nThe current escalations of wars, famines and social and
\npolitical unrest in many regions of the world are all potentially
\ndetrimental to the long-term sustainability and survival of our
\nspecies. The continued use of depleted uranium bombs in these major
\nconflicts exponentially compounds the damage done to our planet and our
\nrace (along with all the other species that we share the planet with).
\nThe American Government, over the past decade alone, through economic
\nsanctions and military imperialism are responsible for the deaths of at
\nthe very least 1.5 million innocent people (including the Americans the
\nInternational War Crimes Racketeering Organization sent over to Iraq
\nand Afghanistan to inflict death and suffering on their behalf); that\u2019s
\none and a half million children, women and men. Is it the American
\npeople that are really going to war, or is it the International War
\nCrimes Racketeering Organization through their tentacles in Washington
\nthat are taking the American People to war? All you have to look at is
\nwho is benefiting the most (i.e. who is making the most money) to begin
\nto deduce a clear picture of what is really going on here. One plus one still equals two.<\/em>\n<\/p>\n\nAlfred Webre is not only one of the leading researches and advocates of
\nExopolitics, but he is also at the forefront of bringing the
\nInternational War Crimes Racketeering Organization to justice with the

\nconvened under the jurisdiction of the International War Crimes

\nEstablished February 2007 and chaired by Tun Dr. bin Mohamad,<\/strong> who is former Prime Minister of Malaysia.\n<\/p>\n\nThe objective of Alfred Webre\u2019s newly formed organization is to
\nprosecute the criminals that are responsible for the attacks of
\nSeptember 11th, 2001. He names the Bush Administration, the neo-con war
\nhawks in the Pentagon, Intelligence agencies and the complicit media
\nthat pushed American Public support for a pre-emptive strike on Iraq
\nwith a pack of lies and deception. An honest and dissenting media is
\none of the pillars of a functioning democracy and despite the clown and
\nmonkey act that has become of our mass media in recent decades, there
\nhas to be some accountability in regards to the media\u2019s complicity in
\nthe war crimes of September 11th, 2001. <\/p>\n \nThe Military-Industrial Complex in the United States of America, ever
\nsince the World War II, has been a fundamental pillar of its capitalist
\neconomy. More and more intellectual and financial interests are being
\ninvested into the defence industries, directly benefiting those
\ncorporate interests. It\u2019s ridiculous that some of those \u201ccorporate
\ninterests\u201d include some of the very people that, in the public eye, are
\nresponsible for directing American Foreign Policy. The steady
\ncomplicity in the White House throughout the last 60 years in which a
\nsteady flow of taxpayer dollars has flowed directly toward the defence
\nindustry is quite telling. War seems to be built into the current
\neconomic formula of America, which is why the American economy is
\ncommonly referred to as a \u201cpermanent war economy\u201d.\n<\/p>\n Geo-Politically, what are some plausible scenarios if the
\nUnited States and some Western Multinationals \u2013 namely large oil and
\ndevelopment conglomerates such as Shell, Exxon Mobil and KBR \u2013 manage
\nto somehow, or at least attempt to, secure China\u2019s and Russia\u2019s major
\nsource of fossil fuel? Many Neo-Conservative (which as a geo-political
\npower block have the same obvious geo-political interests as Zionism;
\nnamely controlling the Middle East and it\u2019s resources) \u201cthink tanks\u201d,
\neven as far back as 1999 have called for massive military campaigns in
\nthe Middle East for the attainment and control of vast energy resources
\nfor long-term Geo-Political and Military superiority. Are these
\nlunatics potentially pushing us into a world conflict with these
\nemerging superpowers? <\/p>\n \nThe recent conflagration is South Ossetia is a telling sign that a
\nmajor conflict between the United States and Russia would surely
\nadvance the globalists\u2019 agenda for a New World Order. The insanity of
\nthis group never ceases to boggle the mind.\n<\/p>\n If we were to enter into a cohesive agreement with an off world
\ncivilization to implement sustainable solutions for the future of our
\nhuman race, the power structures that allow these criminals to control
\nthe fate of humanity (while lining their pockets) would eventually
\ncease to exist and they would lose their control. This obvious threat
\nto their existence would have to be dealt with indeed, and effectively
\nis being dealt with through a mass boycott on the truth of Extra
\nTerrestrial Civilizations that we are currently sharing the galaxy
\nwith.\n<\/p>\n Through Hollywood, and through most of the mainstream media
\nsources that this subject has ever come up, except for a few noteworthy
\nexceptions, it has either been laughed at, ridiculed or the extra
\nterrestrial presence has been portrayed in a negative light. Decades of
\nrepetition has deeply ingrained a certain perception amongst most
\npeople in regards to anything about UFOs, Extra Terrestrials, crop
\nfields, flying saucers, alien contacts, Exopolitics or any other
\nrelated area of research. The perception is that these concepts are
\nscience fiction and not science fact.\n<\/p>\n Despite the overwhelming witness testimonies that have been
\ndisclosed by the military, political and consulting experts, as well as
\npeople like you and me, in the hundreds of different independent
\nsources, with videos of such testimonies all over You Tube and Google
\nVideo; the fact is that most people just aren\u2019t exposed to independent
\nmedia, so most only ever hear one side of the debate. Most people will
\nreact to these seemingly preposterous scientific claims in a way that
\nis logically expected of them. The mind is made up before any rational,
\nunbiased and\/or factual account of any evidence is considered, which is
\nthe biggest impediment to disclosure: the control of information and
\ncontrol of the peoples\u2019 perception of their world through the
\ninformation filters of mass media, entertainment and academia.\n<\/p>\n To really understand Exopolitics, you first have to have a true
\ngrasp of the current geo-politics. Geo Politics is all about power
\npolitics and to really understand how we as a civilization got
\nourselves into this mess, we must understand exactly who got us into
\nthis mess and why. One of the most commonly overlooked spheres of the
\ngeo-political matrix is the control of information, which I believe to
\nbe the pinnacle of the current geo-power control matrix.\n<\/p>\n Exopolitics has to embody the current geopolitics into its
\nmethodology and application. Any off world civilization, especially a
\npeacefully one, would have to assume a very cautious and defensive
\nposition when dealing with the most powerful and influential Earth
\ngovernments. Through testimony that has been heard at the Disclosure
\nProject\u2019s first public disclosure that was held at the National Press
\nConference in Washington DC it seems as though our militaries have
\nalready engaged and even shot down \u201cAlien spacecraft\u201d and retrieved and
\nreverse engineered technology well in advance of our own. <\/p>\n \nWhen I spoke to Alfred Webre, he alleges that the American government
\nuses a form of x-ray weapon in order to bring down Extra Terrestrial
\naircraft and that the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program
\n(HAARP) was designed to serve as a space based weapon with this
\nspecific capacity. Along with this ability, it is speculated upon by
\nmany researchers and scientists that HAARP has the ability to create
\nnatural disasters, including earthquakes and tsunamis, through
\nhigh-frequency radio waves, massive amounts of energy into the
\nionosphere (the upper layer of the atmosphere)with one billion watts of
\nfocused energy waves. <\/p>\n \nAlong with Alfred Webre\u2019s continued effort to bring the world’s most
\nalleged wanted war criminals to justice, he is also the International
\nDirector for the Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS). As outlined
\non it\u2019s website, \u201cICIS works towards protecting the sanctity of outer
\nspace for all humankind by educating the world on the urgency to ban
\nspace-based weapons and to continue world cooperation in space.\u201d So the
\nmain objective or raison d\u2019etre of ICIS is the effective banning of the

\nequilibrium price for a resource that is infinite? The very idea of an

\ntheir origins in the stars, the day that people realize that we live in
\na Galactic community of many civilizations; is the day that the true

\nproblems we see happening on our planet are symptoms of a greater
