\nballot initiative and alleged alien video that made worldwide headlines will be
\nfeatured at this day long event<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n07\/02\/08 Denver,
\nCO – The individuals sponsoring the Denver
\nExtraterrestrial ballot initiative and the alleged alien video that made news
\naround the world recently will be updating the public on July 12th<\/sup> at
\nthe Colorado UFO Briefing being held on the Auraria<\/span>
\ncampus in downtown Denver.
\nPresenters will also include other serious researchers in the UFO field to help
\nColoradans make up their own minds on this controversial subject.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nJeff
\nPeckman<\/span><\/span> was interviewed by media around the world, including
\nappearances on David Letterman and CNN’s Larry King show. The local
\nattention started when he decided to collect signatures to allow Denver voters to vote on the creation of an
\nExtraterrestrial commission in the City and County of Denver.
\nHowever, the rest of the world took interest when Peckman presented a video
\nthat was privately shown to members of the media of an alleged alien peeking
\ninto the window of a family’s home in Nebraska.
\nA still image was released of the video, taken by now Colorado resident, Stan
\nRomanek.
\nSince then Peckman and Romanek have
\ngarnered a lot of attention. Both will be presenting at the
\nBriefing. Peckman will share his experiences with the press, and give an
\nupdate on his initiative. Romanek
\nwill be answering questions and presenting evidence of possible government
\ninvolvement in his ongoing experience.<\/span><\/p>\nAlso present will be an international
\njournalist and UFO researcher from Italy, Paola Harris, who will give
\nus an international perspective on the UFO subject. Chuck Zukowski<\/span>, a UFO
\ninvestigator from Colorado Springs, and Roswell
\ninvestigator will give a presentation on his research, which he will also be
\npresenting in Roswell
\nthe weekend of the 4th<\/sup>. Local researcher Joe Fex<\/span> will be sharing his extensive collection of UFO
\nphotos. Fortean<\/span> author Jeff Danelek<\/span>
\nwill be speaking on the importance of critical thinking in paranormal
\ninvestigations, and Alejandro Rojas,
\nthe spokesperson for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), the largest UFO investigative
\norganization in the U.S.,
\nwill help set up R<\/span>omanek’s<\/span> talk by giving some history on the government’s
\ninvolvement in UFO research.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nThis briefing is being organized by
