Yes. We are in a new era of openness, creating forms for
\nparticipating as Galactic Citizens. The Phoenix Lights 3, Arizona
\nExopolitics–Dr. Lynne Kitei, Terri Mansfield and I birthed an
\ninitiative on the weekend of the birth of our nation on Alfred’s
\nExopolitics Radio, creating a National Department of Extraterrestrial
\nAlliances. <\/p>\n

The Department of ETA marks the first steps toward forming a
\nnational government structure responsive to and responsible for open
\npublic dissemination of extraterrestrial\/UFO information and
\nexperiences documented by scientists, researchers such as Paola,
\nufologists and private citizens over the past 60 years.<\/p>\n

We have a need to establish a workable national government structure
\nassuring the entrance of our nation into effective, peaceful,
\ntechnologically advanced Galactic citizenship. That means open access
\nto information on energy, travel, economics, health and consciousness. <\/p>\n

To All
   Last night , Denver hosted Dr. Steven Greer  at Metro
\nCommunity College.  He spoke to an audience of almost 300 people and
\nwas introduced by Jeff Peckman. I saw from the attendance and the
\nstanding ovation that Steven received that something has changed in the
\n‘ universal consciousness’ of the general public. Ever articulate and
\nclear, Steven stressed the need for ‘citizen action ‘ in this arena and
\nthe need to develop alternative energy devices<\/span> in order to solves the multi-crisis situation of the planet. I believe this will come about through his Project Orion<\/span> network of avante guarde scientists.<\/p>\n

    It is clear that somebody wants this out and ‘ Now’! <\/span><\/p>\n

We
\nare at a crisis point  in human history and Dr. Greer’s comprehensive
\nUFO overview hit home with the general public. These was not<\/span>
\nthe usual UFO crowd but every day Denver citizens. I really saw a
\nprogression in the Disclosure process. As Michael and Angelika Salla
\nand The Exopolitics Institute also stress Citizen Diplomacy<\/span> and Activism<\/span>
\nand Steven Bassett in the  x -conference also, I see that we are on the
\nsame page, on the same wave length pushing this forward. <\/p>\n

Since
\nStan Romanak was in the audience and Steven saw his two  alien videos,
\nhe even addressed the situation that some ‘greys’ are real and not all
\nconstructed Alien entities! Most of all, he only spoke positively <\/span>when asked about colleagues with whom he disagreed.<\/p>\n

Maybe
\nfor the first time , there is light at the end of this tunnel as now
\nthe general public is joining the march toward what Dr. Greer calls  ‘
\nOur New Future’!<\/p>\n
