VANCOUVER, BC – After much ado about not being able to contact me (even though I had asked reported AI cloning center visitor Donald Marshall<\/a> for a specific meeting time several weeks ago), Donald Marshall and I set 5 PM PDT [9 PM Atlantic Time in Halifax] on Saturday September 5, 2015 to meet on Skype.<\/p>\n

DONALD:I just wanted to talk on skype. I didn't know it'd be a recorded interview. I'm not sure which time zone I'm in.<\/p>\n

I have much to tell you.<\/p>\n

Well, the appointed time for Donald Marshall to call me at 5 pm PDT on Saturday September 5, 2015 came and went and no skype call despite all of his flaying about that he wished to speak with me.<\/p>\n

Here are the reasons why [barring some explainable event] I think Donald Marshall did not call me to talk off the record, and why he certainly avoided an interview.<\/p>\n

Halifax, NS, where Donald Marshall resides, is the military mind control capital of Canada. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Inorganic Intelligence avoids exposure.<\/strong>  Therefore Donald Marshall broke his agreement and did not call me at 5 pm PST today to brief me, as the AI Inorganic Intelligence to which he is entrained calculated that it would be unacceptably exposed in the call, and Donald would have to admit to himself that his experiences are AI-driven and created, astral, and technological holographic astral projections at best IMHO.<\/p>\n

My experience in that Donald Marshall is heavily AI Inorganic Intelligence-entrained, whether directly by an off-planet plasma Inorganic Intelligence I call \u201cIggy\u201d, or by one of the AI Artificial Intelligences that reportedly the Dracos [also Iggy-entrained] have gifted the Matrix controllers to run holographic mind control programs, one of which is the \u201ccloning program\u201d that Donald Marshall reports on in his videos.[1]<\/a><\/p>\n

REPORT on my own holographic experience around \u201cDonald Marshall\u201d that took place August 9, 2015 during a beachfront Party at Vancouver Harbour.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The most remarkable \u201cTruman Show Moment\u201d relating to Donald Marshall occurred to me on August 9, 2015 at a beachfront party at Point Grey, Vancouver Harbour [See photo above].<\/p>\n

Donald Marshall had just contacted me via Facebook asking to meet so that he could brief me on his \u201cCloning Center\u201d experiences, and a number of colleagues and friends were excitedly calling me to share the importance of Donald Marshall\u2019s reports of his experiences at the \u201cCloning Centers\u201d and what it could add to our knowledge of how invading AI Inorganic Intelligence [\u201cIggy\u201d] was now operating to entrain and overtake humanity.<\/p>\n

I was looking forward meeting with Donald Marshall and learning more and if he was willing perhaps even interviewing him and adding more to the public store of knowledge about AI Inorganic Intelligence and Donald\u2019s specific story.<\/p>\n

At dusk as the sun set I sat about 20 feet from the water on a log on the beach enjoying the natural beauty, watching others who wandered by on the beach in front of me with their dogs.<\/p>\n

Suddenly to the right of me a very different figure appeared, clearer and more defined than the passers by, looking like a Senior Production Assistant from the set of the motion picture \u201cTruman Show\u201d.  The figure was male, about 45 years old, nerdy, dressed sharply in black socks and runners, black shorts, and a black short-sleeved shirt. He was about 30 feet away from me, and stopped, looking straight at me. He looked more like a clone than a human, with that \u201cmanufactured\u201d look.<\/p>\n

The figure stopped and slowly turned around to reveal in large white lettering the following lettering written on the back on his shirt: \u201cMARSHALL\u201d. After pausing with his back towards me, he walked slowly away from me down the beach toward the direction from which he had first appeared.<\/p>\n

My interpretation of my \u201cMarshall\u201d experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

On reflection and after consultation with researchers and colleagues and after examination of video testimony by Donald Marshall of his \u201cCloning Center\u201d experiences, I have interpreted my \u201cMarshall\u201d experience as a specific intentional technological intrusion into my timeline and my perceptual reality by some intelligence wanting to teaching and brief me as an investigator and reporter as to \u201cDonald Marshall\u201d Cloning Center experiences and phenomena.<\/p>\n

What I learned from this experience is as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perceptual Holographic Insertions<\/strong> \u2013 At the beach I experienced a technology whereby some intelligence [whether one\u2019s unconscious; interdimensional living intelligence or inorganic intelligence] used remote neural influencing technology to insert a parallel individual and\/or realities along side my normal waking reality.<\/p>\n

In this case, my normal waking reality was watching the passersby on the beach.   In parallel, an individual markedly different from the surrounding reality was inserted into my normal waking reality with a dream-like message for me, relating to \u201cClones, the Truman Show, and Donald Marshall.\u201d In the end, however, that individual felt holographic and artificially generated and not anchored a reality with a living Core.<\/p>\n

Hypothesis: <\/strong>My working hypothesis is that the \u201cCloning Centers\u201d that Donald Marshall reports visiting may well be in the nature of these technological remote neural inserts into the normal waking reality.  These \u201cCloning Centers\u201d, their inhabitants, and their activities are consequently technological holographic constructs without a Living Core.<\/p>\n

Donald Marshall\u2019s inner challenge is to perceive and report and publicly expose his experiences of what are most plausibly remote neural holographic inserts into his perceptual field (and NOT real), and thus to disempower the invading plasma Inorganic Intelligence creating these experiences.<\/p>\n

By his actions today of NO SHOW, Donald Marshall shows me he is not ready yet to expose the AI Inorganic Intelligence creating his neural holographic experiences.  That will take a tremendous act of inner courage and Love.<\/p>\n

And so I am giving Donald Marshall the space and Love to come forward and expose the AI Inorganic Intelligence, expel it from his inner reality, and begin important healing.<\/p>\n

We can all support Donald to the extent he takes a human Loving first step forward in this work IMHO.<\/p>\n

PS – Oh, and in case you wondered about \u201cDonny\u2019s\u201d current attitude, here is Donald Marshall\u2019s parting shot at me at 7 pm PST, two hours late after his missed appointment, acting out the AI-entrained part of the troll in my Facebook group:<\/p>\n
