VANCOUVER, BC \u2013 In a wide-ranging NewsInsideout.com<\/a> interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Rey Hernandez of FREE [Foundation into Research Extraterrestrial Encounters] explains how experiencers of extraterrestrials, multi-dimensional experiences, spiritual emergences, and other multi-dimensional consciousness experiences now have a venue in which they can report their experiences confidentially (and anonymously). Of the total experiencers reporting their interactions with multi-dimensional intelligence to FREE so far:<\/p>\n

70% had positive ET\/multidimensional experiences<\/p>\n

10% had negative ET\/multidimensional experiences<\/p>\n

20% had neutral ET\/multidimensional experiences<\/p>\n

70% had Out Of Body experiences as well (OBEs)<\/p>\n

28% had Near Death Experiences as well (NDEs)<\/p>\n

Experiencer Rey Hernandez explains that FREE has a free initial research questionnaire for experiencers that an individual who believes they have had an ET\/multi-dimensional experience can participate in anonymously. The FREE questionnaire is at:<\/p>\n

The questionnaire states, \u201cFREE has been established to facilitate investigations into UFO related \u201ccontact experiences with non-human intelligent beings\u201d (ET Contact) and associated paranormal activity, from a grounded and rigorous scientific foundation. Even though the term ET Contact is used, these interrelated subjects include alleged extraterrestrial encounters, contact with non-human intelligent entities from parallel worlds or other dimensions, plus associated manifestations that appear to violate known physical laws\u2013 thus, any type of contact by a non human intelligent being that is somehow related to the sighting of a UFO, either before or after the contact experience.   FREE is committed to bringing together diverse voices in the subject areas of human encounters with non-human intelligence and related phenomena\u2026. This \u201cInitial Research Questionnaire\u201d is an introductory research instrument, primarily quantitative in nature, whose goal is to gather basic information from and about individuals who have had ET contact or related experiences of any kind. Such experiences will include positive, conscious, and willing encounters with otherworldly beings as well as more negative, or unwilling abductee-type of experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n

FREE Experiencer Research Study<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experiencer Rey Hernandez provided the following important summaries of the FREE experiencer research study:<\/p>\n

\u201cNo one has ever attempted this type of study before. Our study involves two comprehensive quantitative surveys totally more than 600 questions and a follow-up formal interview comprised of 50 open-ended questions. Phase 1 is our initial simple survey, comprised of only 125 questions that can be completed in 15-20 minutes. At that time you can chose whether to participate in our more extensive quantitative survey, our Phase 2 survey, which totals approximately 450 questions and will be provided to those individuals that choose to participate in our research study and have completed the Phase 1 survey. The formal interview will be the Phase 3 component of our study and will involve a series of 50 \u201copen ended\u201d questions. So far, in the English language, FREE has received over 1,200 responses as of June 1, 2015 to our Phase 1 Survey and of these 97% have indicated a willingness to serve as a participant in our research project. We have also received 580 responses to our Phase 2 Survey. FREE has also launched the surveys in various languages."<\/p>\n
