<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n"An alien race known as Betelgeuse, which hails from
\nthe top-left alpha star within the Orion constellation, created a space
\nfederation by conquering various planets. They’re highly advanced in
\nspace technology though not very spiritually evolved. Before them the
\nprevailing civilization was from Pleiades; they were gentle and created
\nthe civilization of Atlantis on Earth 400,000 years ago. But the
\nPleiadeans were chased away by powerful forces from Alinilam, who later
\nwere conquered by Betelgeuse about 40,000 years ago. It’s been like
\n‘Star Wars.’ "<\/p>\n
The source of Osawa’s knowledge is out of this world.<\/p>\n
"I speak with ETs and have traveled in space. I speak
\nwith the gods while in a kind of meditative state, but I do no
\nspiritual practice. You can’t get enlightenment through spiritual
\npractice.<\/p>\n
"At first I channeled; now I can communicate directly whenever I like. I ask questions, and they answer ‘yes’ or ‘no.’<\/p>\n
"I gained ‘satori’ (enlightenment) when I was 34.
\nAliens often implant ‘kon’ \u2014 like a computer program \u2014 in earthlings,
\nusually during childhood, so we (those with kon implants) are
\nhalf-aliens. We four were implanted," Osawa stated, indicating the
\nthree other members of FERI.<\/p>\n
Osawa, who used to be a master of the "I Ching," the
\nChinese ancient book of divination, made his statements
\nmatter-of-factly, with no hint of irony, but sometimes with a touch of
\nhumor. He seemed to be amusing and surprising himself as he explained
\nthe teachings he receives. At one point during our interview he plunged
\ninto prayer, quietly chanting, with hands circulating as if to form a
\nball \u2014 or a world.<\/p>\n
FERI member Sachiko Suzuki \u2014 who like her fellow
\nimplanted colleagues chose to use an assumed name \u2014 is a healer and
\npsychic who presently lives up a mountain on Shikoku. Her close
\nencounters of the third kind started at her parents’ 14th-floor
\napartment in Osaka.<\/p>\n
"I first traveled to alien worlds when I was 18. Before I knew what was happening, I found myself inside a flying saucer.<\/p>\n
"I had fallen asleep, but then I woke up in dark
\nspace. I was floating, looking out through a window pane. Somebody was
\ntalking to me telepathically. He was an older male, speaking Japanese.
\nHe told me, ‘I will show you how stars die.’<\/p>\n
"He told me to look straight ahead, where I saw a blue
\nstar, round, the size of a ball. There was a dark point in the center,
\nand it started blowing up. The blackness then covered everything. Only
\na blue ring was left. The ring then flew away and disappeared.<\/p>\n
"Then I realized that, just like a human being, the
\nsoul was coming out of the star’s body. I realized the star had a life
\nand a soul, just like a human, and when it dies the soul leaves the
\nbody.<\/p>\n
"It dissolved into the darkness. That was my first trip."<\/p>\n
FERI member Yoshimitsu Kunitsune has also traveled to
\nalien worlds after falling into a trance-like state. Unlike Suzuki,
\nhowever, he has never seen a UFO.<\/p>\n
While the claims of Future Earth Research Institute
\nfounder Osawa are somewhat fantastical, the stories of contact with
\nextraterrestrials told by other Japanese have been more down to earth,
\nas it were. The testimony of 1986 JAL pilot Captain Kenju Terauchi is
\noften cited by UFO enthusiasts.<\/p>\n
While flying over Alaska, Terauchi and his copilot
\nspotted what appeared to be aircraft lights. After performing some
\ncat-and-mouse maneuvers (as if the source of the lights was playing
\nwith the JAL craft, says Terauchi), light poured into the cockpit,
\nwarming Terauchi’s face.<\/p>\n
Later Terauchi saw "a silhouette of a gigantic spaceship" and thought, "We’ve gotta get out of here quickly!"<\/p>\n
After that they saw the UFO ascending, leaving the pilots to wonder \u2014 and fear \u2014 what the craft’s purpose could be.<\/p>\n
UFO enthusiasts claim this craft was caught on radar,
\nand that the official Federal Aviation Administration transcripts of
\nthe exchanges between Terauchi and ground control have been preserved.
\nThey also say Terauchi was grounded and given a desk job for speaking
\nout in public about his encounter.<\/p>\n
Brushes with authority and government \u2014 most often
\nwith "men in black" from super-secret departments in the U.S. military
\nseeking to suppress eyewitness testimony and evidence \u2014 are common to
\nmany accounts of the aftermath of alien encounters. The Disclosure
\nProject, started by ex-physician Steven Greer, consists of some 400
\nindividuals, most U.S. government civil-servant whistle-blowers, who
\nclaim to have direct evidence of UFOs or of clandestine government
\nprograms that suppress UFO information. Webre is one of over 100 former
\nhigh-level governmental and military Disclosure Project witnesses.
\nThese individuals claim that a person who speaks out about UFOs may
\nhave their livelihoods \u2014 or even their lives \u2014 threatened.<\/p>\n
Webre notes that reporter Angelia Joiner, who covered
\nthe world’s most recent UFO sighting in Stephenville, Texas, on Feb.
\n12, has been fired from her job at the town’s local newspaper, the
\nEmpire-Tribune, after being told to back off from the story. Webre
\nbelieves she paid the price for bringing to light a series of
\neyewitness accounts of UFO sightings.<\/p>\n
Osawa and the other FERI members declined to have
\ntheir photos taken, citing security concerns and previous encounters
\nwith "men in black" and helicopters.<\/p>\n
Although they gamely answered questions about UFOs for
\nthis article, FERI’s main concern is introducing earthlings to
\nrevolutionary teachings known to alien civilizations about space and
\nenergy that they say could have massive implications for humanity. Like
\nWebre, FERI members claim that perfectly clean and sustainable energy
\nforms are available that can literally take humans deep into the cosmos.<\/p>\n
For those looking for a happy ending, however, don’t turn to Osawa.<\/p>\n
"Humans will go through various challenges, especially
\nin 2012 and 2013. It’s clear to the gods that humans cannot overthrow
\ntheir corrupt governments, so they will have to remove all powers from
\nthe Earth by way of natural catastrophes like earthquakes and
\nepidemics. Economies will collapse. Civilizations will face fatal
\ncrises.<\/p>\n
"To assist humans in coping with those dire
\nsituations, four mother ships will land on Earth: one in Calgary,
\nanother in California, one in Nagano Prefecture, and the final one in
\neastern Australia. Then more alien saucers will land in other parts of
\nthe world."<\/p>\n
Webre sees a less cataclysmic scenario unfolding.<\/p>\n
"We are not on the edge of an extinction-level event.
\nExopolitics shows that humanity is on the threshold of a new era of
\npromise and positive evolution, not doom and destruction."<\/p>\n
