\nconsistent with the the footprint of a high-energy electromagnetic or
\nlaser weapons which had transformed 80% of the mass of the WTC towers

\ntowers on 9\/11. It also remains to be established whether Col. John
\nAlexander may have been knowingly involved in any capacity – including

\nAlexander and other John and Jane Does, if knowingly involved in the
\ncommission of the events of 9\/11 would constitute a war crime,

\npretext for the illegal invasion of Afghanistan and the occupation of
\nits uranium and hydrocarbon reserves, and the low level nuclear bombing
\nof its population through depleted uranium weapons, an act which has
\nbeen ruled as genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes by the

\nthose who may not be aware of Col John Alexander, he is a key member of
\nthe Aviary (black budget ET\/UFO programs) and the 2008 X-Conference
\nschedule confirms his background with Los Alamos National Laboratories
\nand directed energy weapons:<\/p>\n
\nis known is that [Col. John Alexander] has been a leading advocate for
\nthe development of non-lethal weapons since he created renewed interest
\nin the field starting in 1989. An original thinker, he has developed
\nother unique concepts for conflict that must remain undisclosed at this
\ntime.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nentered the US Army as a private in 1956 and rose through the ranks to
\nsergeant first class, attended OCS, and was a colonel of Infantry in
\n1988 when he retired. During his varied career, he held many key
\npositions in special operations, intelligence, and research and
\ndevelopment. From 1966 through early 1969 he commanded Special Forces
\n"A" Teams in Vietnam and Thailand. His last military assignment was as
\nDirector, Advanced Systems Concepts Office, US Army Laboratory Command.
\nAfter retiring from the Army, Dr. Alexander joined Los Alamos National
\nLaboratory where he was instrumental in developing the concept of
\nNon-Lethal Defense. As a program manager, he conducted non-lethal
\nwarfare briefings at the highest levels of government including the
\nWhite House Staff, National Security Council, Members of Congress,
\nDirector of Central Intelligence, and senior Defense officials. He
\nalso met with heads of industry, and presented at academic
\ninstitutions, including Columbia, Harvard and MIT.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nAlexander organized and chaired the first five major conferences on
\nnon-lethal warfare and served as a US delegate to four NATO studies on
\nthe topic. As a member of the Council on Foreign Relations non-lethal
\nwarfare study, he was instrumental in influencing the report that is
\ncredited with causing the Department of Defense to create a formal
\nNon-Lethal Weapons Policy in July 1996. For several years, he has been
\na distinguished guest lecturer at the US Air Force Air University and
\nparticipated in key war games when non-lethal weapons were first being

<\/strong><\/div>\nScientists See WTC – Hutchison Effect

\nand 18th<\/sup> January 2008, Washington DC, USA – In two appearances on a
\nWashington DC Pacifica Radio Station, WPFW, on a show hosted by Author and
\nPolitical Commentator Ambrose I. Lane, Sr., Dr. Judy Wood, a former Professor of
\nMechanical Engineering, and John Hutchison, experimental scientist, discussed
\nhow photographic and video evidence suggest that the World Trade Centre (WTC)
\ntowers were destroyed using Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). Many of the observed effects resemble
\nthose seen in John Hutchison’s experiments.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nearly January 2008, Wood posted a new study on her website (http:\/\/drjudywood.com\/articles
\neffects seen in photographs taken before, during and after the destruction of
\nthe WTC complex, to effects seen in Hutchison’s ongoing experiments. Wood and Hutchison co-authored the
\nstudy.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nHutchison is a Canadian inventor and experimental scientist who has been working
\nwith "field effects" for almost 30 years. The Hutchison Effect is a collection of phenomena discovered accidentally
\nby John Hutchison in 1979 during attempts to reproduce the work of Nikola
\nTesla. Hutchison uses radio
\nfrequency and electrostatic sources. The Hutchison Effect occurs in a volume of space where the beams
\nintersect and interfere. The
\nresults are levitation of heavy objects, fusion of dissimilar materials such as
\nmetal and wood, anomalous melting (without heating) of metals without burning
\nadjacent material, spontaneous fracturing of metals (which separate by sliding
\nin a sideways fashion), and both temporary and permanent changes in the
\ncrystalline structure and physical properties of metal samples.

\nhas reproduced his experiments many times and the results are recorded on video
\nand have been included in a number of TV documentaries that focus on unusual
\nscientific experiments. Hutchison’s
\nmetal samples have been repeatedly tested by scientists, including a group at
\nthe Max Planck Institute in Germany, confirming Hutchison
\nEffects.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nFires" – <\/span><\/strong>The
\nfires seen near the badly damaged cars do not seem to ignite nearby office
\npaper. Some photos show
\nfirefighters walking very close to or even through the fires. A video by John Hutchison shows similar
\nlooking "fires" on a model metal boat.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nBeams and "Jellification" – <\/span><\/strong>Samples
\nthat Hutchison produced show very unusual effects on metal. Sometimes the metal "jellifies," turning
\nsoft and losing form, leading to severe bending or fracturing of the
\nsample. Sometimes samples erupt
\nfrom the centre and sometimes they turn to dust, similar to what happened to the
\nWTC on 9\/11.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nreactions – <\/span><\/strong>Hutchison’s
\nsamples often show an ongoing reaction, even after the energy field is
\nremoved. This "non-self-quenching"
\nreaction seems to occur at the nuclear level. This also appears to be happening at
\nGround Zero (GZ). Dr. Wood’s study
\nsuggests that the WTC site is still being "decontaminated," with trucks moving
\ndirt into and out of the site, while "hosing down operations" continue, which
\nDr. Wood and Andrew Johnson photographed and recorded on video in January
\n2008.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nmaterials subjected to the Hutchison Effect seem to change at a molecular or
\neven atomic level. This could be
\nthe explanation for the apparent rapid rusting at GZ, where steel rusts like
\niron. Also, some photographs show
\nunusual effects on the aluminium cladding used on the twin towers that look
\nsimilar to effects produced on Hutchison’s aluminum
\nsamples.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nHutchison, and Johnson appeared on two Ambrose Lane shows, "We Ourselves," and
\ndiscussed the similarities between the WTC event and the experimental evidence
\nproduced by the Hutchison Effect. "I have been collecting data over the last year and a half or so and I
\nhave found these distinct and unusual characteristics, which I have given names
\nsuch as ‘fuming’ and ‘toasted’ cars \u2013 I have even noticed flipped cars in some
\npictures," said Wood. "In some
\ncases, the flipped cars are sitting next to trees that are fully covered with
\nleaves."<\/span><\/p>\n
\nthe flipping of the cars was caused by big explosions or ‘wind’ from the towers
\ncoming down," asked Johnson, "how did the leaves stay on the trees?" Material scientist George Hathaway
\nobserves that the Hutchison Effect causes either lift or disruption of the

\n"fires appeared out of nowhere." He

\nabout ongoing dirt removal and hosing down at the WTC complex, Hutchison
\ncommented, "I think there is an ongoing reaction or ‘infection.’" Wood noted that the damage done to the
\nBankers Trust (Deutsche Bank) building was repaired, but then they decided to
\ntake the building down. This
\nevidence indicates there is a continuing reaction there. Rusting beams in the Bankers Trust
\nbuilding and in the temporary PATH train station also suggest ongoing reactions
\ntoo.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nend of the first show, a caller said, "This is a revelation beyond
\nrevelations\u2026this trumps everything\u2026If this story ever gets out, it will change
\nthe course of the United States’ and the whole world’s

\nhearing this morning should have the people so excited and so outraged that they
\nshould be flooding the lines to their congressmen and news people to get this
