As
\nyou know there are different venues and formula for achieving a
\nresolution of past injustices, and making way for the release of
\nadvanced, fuel-less non-polluting energy technologies now sequestered
\nin the national security state, and public disclosure of secret
\nhuman-ET liaison programmes that may be 6 decades old by now.<\/p>\n

One of these venues is the War Crimes Tribunal; Another venue
\nis the Truth-Amnesty-Disclosure Process. This is the start of a
\nfruitful discussion.<\/p>\n

Below is a video that illustrates some of
\nthe problems in another area – 9\/11 – in attempting to get war crimes
\nrestorative justice through established institutions like the
\nInternational Criminal Court, which are controlled by the permanent war
\neconomy and hence   This is where Citizen’s Tribunals come into play,
\nconvened under the authority of natural law, and which prosecute war
\ncrimes – genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and aggressive
\nwar. A case can be made that the war by the US (and allies) against
\nethical Extraterrestrial civilizations would qualify as a war crime
\nagainst humanity. <\/p>\n

Although video is of a speech announcing the Citizen’s 9\/11
\nWar Crimes Tribunal, many of the same principles would apply to a
\nCitizen’s Tribunal for Exopolitical War Crimes.  I remain skeptical
\nthat the U.N
\n. would be serve as a responsive venue for such an ET Tribunal at this
\ntime.  We citizens have to form our own Institutions.<\/p>\n

According to Leuren Moret and Alfred Webre, 9<\/span>\/11<\/span> was a False Flag
\nOperation to provide a pretext to engage in Genocidal & Ecocidal
\nDepleted Uranium (DU) bombing of Central Asia (Afghanistan and Iraq) in
\norder to secure vast oil and uranium reserves; to roll out a
\nTerror-based National Security state-system world-wide; to implement
\nthe final stages of a world Depopulation policy; and to trigger a World

Since 1945, under the Nuremberg Principles, causing aggressive war

\nMohamad, former Prime Minister of Malaysia, who is the first prominent
\nworld leader to take up the depleted uranium (DU) radiation issue as an

As a matter of law, there is a sufficient quantum of evidence for
\nthe appointment of an independent prosecutor under Article III(3) of
\nthe U.S. Constitution to prosecute treason against President GW Bush;
\nVice President Richard B. Cheney; and the Secretary of Defense Donald
\nH. Rumsfeld for the armed attack upon the United States on September

U.S. Congress fails to Act<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nof Representatives Judiciary Committee and his senior staff personally
\nreviewed the 9<\/span>\/11<\/span> Independent Prosecutor Act and Congressional
\nMemorandum following the 2006 U.S. Mid-term Election and Senior Staff
\nmet twice with representatives of the 9<\/span>\/11<\/span> Independent Prosecutor Act.
\nThe Chairman refused to introduce the Act, despite support for the Act
\nby his Senior Staff.  The 9<\/span>\/11<\/span> Commission failed to take testimony
\nunder oath from Bush and Cheney, and reached fraudulent conclusions.<\/p>\n

9<\/span>\/11<\/span> As A War Crime<\/strong><\/p>\n

The False Flag Operation of 9<\/span>\/11<\/span> was the pretext for, and an
\nintegral part of the planning and execution of the illegal War of
\nAggression in 2001 against Afghanistan and of War Crimes committed by
\nthe United States in Afghanistan, as found by the Final Judgment,
\nInternational Criminal Tribunal<\/span> for Afghanistan at Tokyo. The Court
\nfound the use of Depleted Uranium (DU) weapons in Afghanistan to
\nconstitute War Crimes, Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity, and
\nOmnicide.  The False Flag Operation of 9<\/span>\/11<\/span> is a legal component of
\nthese War Crimes, and the perpetrators of 9<\/span>\/11<\/span> are guilty Aggressive

U.N. Tribunal For Crimes Against Aliens?<\/strong><\/div>\n

I would like to suggest that a tribunal similar to the one
\nnow in effect in regards to crimes against humanity in the Hague be created
\nto investigate and prosecute claims of  crimes against aliens and
\nclaims of alien crimes against earth humans.  Such a tribunal might
\nalso be expanded to include earth human to earth human crimes in cases involving
\nthe extraordinary alien-earth human situation.  This is a issue that
\ninvolves all of humanity and as such I believe that the UN would be the proper
\nauthority to investigate and prosecute.  Until such time of public
\ndisclosure, secret classified tribunals staffed by people of conscience,
\nshould vigorously investigate and prosecute claims of alien – human crimes and
\nwork to see policy implemented that protects the civil liberties of both
\naliens and humans involved in secret classified activities. <\/div>\n

I would like to suggest that I believe that only a small fraction of earth
\nhumanity and small fraction of alien life is responsible for crimes
\nincurred and being incurred in the past and present.  The evidence
\nsuggests that a ongoing low intensity conflict between earth humans and
\nother extraterrestrial life forms on and about earth is real.  The secret
\nelite factions who are violated the civil rights of aliens and humans in
\nsecret ET programs  to shoot down, capture, interrogate, torture and murder
\naliens need to be identified, isolated , defanged and then prosecuted. <\/div>\n

In this paper I would like to concentrate on the importance of holding the
\nfew humans and factions responsible for alleged alien crimes responsible
\nand accountable for any and all crimes against aliens that have taken place in
\nthe past and into the future.  Most of us realize that  America’s
\nimage around the world has been severely tarnished. I would suggest that
\nthe same has been the case in regards to alien life in our cosmic
\nneighborhood.  Crimes against aliens even if they take place in secret and
\nout of the public eye are crimes nonetheless and give all of earth humanity a
\nblack eye.
