Excellency<\/p>\n

Based upon an analysis of a multiple set of circumstances within and outside of Canada, we as a nation are faced with an unprecedented crisis and a decision involving the examination and disclosure of information of the most extraordinary and unparalleled kind.<\/p>\n

We therefore present our concerns to your Excellency, as our Canadian Head of State and, with the greatest of humility and non-partisan urgency, draw your attention to a matter that humanity must not and cannot ignore.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Our Request<\/strong> <\/p>\n

\nIn light of the decisions by the Government of France (March 2007) and
\nthe United Kingdom (May 2007) to release previously classified
\ninformation on Extraterrestrial craft now visiting Earth, and of the
\nimminent plans by a G7 ally of Canada to attempt open contact with the
\nExtraterrestrial civilizations, it is important that two informed
\nExperts, Dr. Steven Greer of the Disclosure Project, and the Honourable
\nPaul Hellyer, former Minister of Defence of Canada, brief and apprise
\nyou as Governor General on this subject from a public interest point of
\nview at your earliest convenience.  <\/p>\n

\nYou may certainly receive briefings from the Department of Defence, for
\nexample.  We would like to offer you the opportunity of an informed,
\nexpert Citizen’s briefing on the subject of Canada’s role with

\nhope of laying a foundation for a continued and extended dialogue with
\nyou about the deeper levels of this information and with a profound
\nsense of an elevated level of service to Canada, we provide you with
\nthe following documented evidential material:  <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    April\/May 2007 – Great Britain’s Ministry of Defense has indicated
\nthat it will be releasing UFO sighting reports to the public for
\nexamination. <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    March 2007 – The French national space agency, CNES, placed 1600
\npreviously classified UFO sighting reports into the public domain on
\nthe Internet and for the examination of the scientific community.<\/p>\n

\n\u2663    September 2005 – Paul Hellyer, Canada’s Defense Minister from
\n1963-67 under Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prime Minister Lester B.
\nPearson and deputy prime minister under Pierre Trudeau, publicly
\nstated, "UFOs, are as real as the airplanes that fly over your head." <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    September 2005 – Former Apollo astronaut, Dr. Brian O’Leary, wrote
\nin a foreword to Hidden Truth, Forbidden Knowledge, by Dr. Steven
\nGreer, "These revelations underscore a long, sordid history of
\ngovernmental and media secrecy and the acquisition of technologies such
\nas microelectronics, anti-gravity propulsion and zero-point, or "free"
\nenergy, from our visitors. This massive cover-up has been going on for
\nalmost six decades since the UFO crash near Roswell, New Mexico in July
\n1947, an event which was certainly not caused by balloons, as alleged
\nby the U.S. Air force. Such myths are only accepted by the ignorant or
\nthe powerful and their subjects." <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    May 2005 – The Brazilian Air Force (FAB), entered into an
\nagreement with civilian researchers to release information and jointly
\ninvestigate UFO incidents. <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    October 1998 \u2013 Edgar Mitchell Apollo Astronaut – "I am an American
\nastronaut and a trained scientist. Because of my position people in
\nhigh places confide in me.   And, as a result, I have no doubt that
\naliens HAVE visited this planet. The American government and
\ngovernments throughout the world have thousands of files of UFO
\nsightings which cannot be explained." <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    November 1950 – Wilbert B. Smith Senior Radio Engineer – Canadian
\nDepartment of Transportation Memoranda – "The matter is the most highly
\nclassified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even
\nthan the H-bomb. Flying saucers exist. Their modus operandi is unknown
\nbut concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Doctor
\nVannevar Bush.  The entire matter is considered by the United States
\nauthorities to be of tremendous significance." <\/p>\n

\nSummary
\nIn the series of unprecedented events and statements such as the ones
\npresented above by witnesses and government figures over the last
\nseveral years and, specifically with reference to the remarkable
\nannouncements by France and Britain to release their UFO files to the
\nscientific community and the public, it is now clearly apparent that a
\ncoherent international movement towards Disclosure is underway.   <\/p>\n

\nIt is no coincidence that this growing international acknowledgement
\nand agreement to release UFO\/ET information has reached major
\nproportions; ascended to by two of the world’s major democracies in
\norder to end the secrecy and open the window of formal Disclosure. It
\nis now also clear that governments who choose to condone secrecy about
\nthis issue are becoming increasingly isolated. <\/p>\n

\nGiven these facts and the recent series of international Disclosure events, several questions arise:
\n\u2663    How must\/will Canada react?<\/p>\n

\n\u2663    Is Canada willing to be left behind among other G7 countries as
\nthey begin to examine both the historical and future implications of
\ncontact with off-world civilizations? <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    Will Canada, as a respected member of the United Nations, disavow
\nor boldly sustain its role as an international leader in the pursuit of
\nsocial justice and human rights concerns surrounding the educational,
\nsocial, economic and environmental implications the Extraterrestrial
\nmatter holds for all citizens of the planet? <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    Given that these off-world civilizations possess technologies and
\nenergy sources that allow them to engage in interstellar travel, will
\nCanada become a leading proponent of and advocate for a promise of a
\nnew level of civilization with New Energy sources and radically new
\nindustrial, medical and environmental technologies? <\/p>\n

\n\u2663    Will Canada join the wave of initiatives to engage a global
\ndialogue and a process of international education concerning diplomatic
\ncontact with off-world civilizations that France and the UK and other

\nthe survival of its sovereignty and; that Canada faces the real risk of
\ngoing into deep integration with the USA military-industrial complex at
\nthis moment in history, will Canada choose to engage Disclosure over
\nthe sequestration of information in favour of Canadian sovereignty and
\nindependence from the USA, which has not chosen Disclosure to date? <\/p>\n

\nThese are among the many fundamental questions that must be addressed
\nlest Canada too becomes isolated by elements of secrecy and the embargo
\nagainst the authentic nature of what other nations are now stating is\u2026
\nthe truth. <\/p>\n

\npreviously classified information on this subject, and the
\nimminent plans by a G7 ally of Canada to attempt open contact with the
\nExtraterrestrial civilizations, it is important that we brief you at
