According to a document produced by the OITC in March 2006, it has offices in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Malaysia\" title=\"Malaysia\">Malaysia<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Netherlands\" title=\"Netherlands\">Netherlands<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_States\" title=\"United States\">United States<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Australia\" title=\"Australia\">Australia<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ecuador\" title=\"Ecuador\">Ecuador<\/a>.<sup class=\"reference\" id=\"cite_ref-Media_chased_10-0\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Office_of_International_Treasury_Control#cite_note-Media_chased-10\">[10]<\/a><\/sup> Elsewhere it has been claimed that the OITC has head offices in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Singapore\" title=\"Singapore\">Singapore<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cambodia\" title=\"Cambodia\">Cambodia<\/a>.<sup class=\"reference\" id=\"cite_ref-elmercurio_11-0\"><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Office_of_International_Treasury_Control#cite_note-elmercurio-11\">[11]<\/a><\/sup> However, the UK Daily Telegraph noted in 2005 that &quot;the Bangkok number on their letterhead doesn&#39;t exist&quot; and in April 2006 the Fiji Islands Trade and Investment Bureau found that the OITC &quot;neither has any fixed address or office, nor are there any reliable contact addresses.&quot; Correspondence said to be from OITC officers lists <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Freeserve\" title=\"Freeserve\">Freeserve<\/a> e-mail addresses as contacts.
