GREAT BRITAIN IS
\nDISSOLVED<\/em><\/p>\n

A Legal Notice to all
\nAgents of the so-called Crown of England and Elizabeth Windsor, and to all
\nBritish men and women<\/em><\/p>\n

Issued by the
\nGoverning Council of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State<\/em><\/p>\n

This PUBLIC NOTICE is
\nissued to the Members of the Parliament of Great Britain, the British
\njudiciary, the governmental civil service, and the active serving members of
\nall British police and military forces, as well as to all citizens of Britain:<\/em><\/p>\n

1. On February 25,
\n2013, a lawfully constituted Common Law Court of Justice found Elizabeth
\nWindsor, Queen of England and Head of State of Great Britain and its Church of
\nEngland, guilty as charged of Crimes against Humanity in Canada and of engaging
\nin a Criminal Conspiracy to conceal Genocide. The same verdict found Canadian
\nPrime Minister Stephen Harper guilty of the same offenses.<\/em><\/p>\n

2. This verdict was
\nbased on irrefutable evidence, including eyewitness accounts of Elizabeth
\nWindsor's personal involvement in the forcible abduction and disappearance of
\nten children from the Kamloops Indian Residential School on October 10, 1964,
\nwhile on a state visit to Canada. Ms. Windsor has never denied or refuted this
\ncharge or evidence, nor did she respond to a Public Summons issued by the
\nCourt.<\/em><\/p>\n

3. The Court's verdict
\nrests upon the Nuremberg Legal Statutes of 1950 which allow any head of state
\nto be tried for Crimes against Humanity, as well as the right under Canadian
\nlaw to hold the Crown liable for tort offenses committed in Canada.<\/em><\/p>\n

4. Elizabeth Windsor
\ntherefore stands condemned as a convicted felon. As a fugitive from justice,
\nshe is now liable for arrest and imprisonment under the terms of the Court verdict.
\nA Citizens Arrest Warrant for the detention of Elizabeth Windsor was in fact
\nissued by the Court on March 5, 2013, and Ms. Windsor has evaded this Warrant.<\/em><\/p>\n

5. a) Each of you has
\ntaken a public oath of allegiance to Elizabeth Windsor as the Queen of England.
\nYour oath now constitutes a criminal act under international law, including
\nSection 25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which
\nobligates all citizens to refrain from colluding with authorities engaged in or
\nconvicted of criminal acts.<\/em><\/p>\n

   b) Each of you is obligated therefore to
\nrefrain from aiding or abetting Elizabeth Windsor in evading justice or arrest,
\nincluding by continuing to obey her orders or operating under her authority,
\nsince to do so will constitute an obstruction of justice and will make you
\nsubject to arrest.<\/em><\/p>\n

6. Since no convicted
\nfelon can legitimately or legally serve as a head of state or a constituted
\nauthority, all existing legal and political authority in Great Britain as well
\nas in Canada is dissolved as of Monday, February 25, 2013. Your Oath of
\nAllegiance to Queen Elizabeth and the Crown of England is consequently
\nnullified and abolished, along with your authority.<\/em><\/p>\n

7. a) Great Britain
\nhas been rendered as a state without legitimate legal or political authority.
\nIt will remain so until a new and lawful Head of State can be established along
\nwith a Constitution democratically established by the people of England.<\/em><\/p>\n

   b) Until such constitutional authority is
\nestablished, no existing British law or statute is enforceable, and any attempt
\nby you or others to do so will constitute an act of illegal assault and fraud
\non the people of England.<\/em><\/p>\n

8. Until a legitimate
\ngovernment is established in England, all of its citizens are urged to conduct
\nthemselves under the common law requirement of peaceable co-existence and
\nequity in their communities, maintaining law and order. All citizens are
\nrequired to police and govern themselves without reference to any existing
\nauthorities or laws, which are nullified, illegitimate and inoperative.<\/em><\/p>\n

9. English citizens as
\nwholly self-governing men and women are advised to establish local committees
\nof correspondence to arrange a National Congress that will draft a new
\nConstitution. This legal charter, ratified by a popular vote, will establish
\nand maintain a new, Democratic Republic of England.<\/em><\/p>\n

10. This Constitution
\nmust include a new legal framework by which the church organizations also
\nconvicted by the Court – the Vatican and the Roman Catholic church and the
\nChurch of England (Anglican) – can legitimately and lawfully operate in
\nEngland, if such further operation is the will of the People. In accordance
\nwith the Verdict of the Court and lawful legitimacy, this new framework would
\nrequire a Civil Constitution for the Clergy that nationalizes the property and
\nwealth of the convicted church corporations, and regulates their church
\nofficials and employees as licensed public servants.<\/em><\/p>\n

We are informing the
\nworld of these facts and of the new regime now operating in England.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nThis Notice is issued globally in consultation with the Legal Commission of the
\nITCCS (Brussels-London-New York)<\/em><\/p>\n
