CLIF HIGH &#8211; A September 15, 2009 report using<br \/>\nAsymmetric Language Trend Analysis (ALTA) of data collected by the Web Bot<br \/>\npredicts that \u201cIt is very likely that the \u2018whistleblower\u2019 who had been<br \/>\ndescribed in previous ALTA reports (see 1309) as emerging out of the period of<br \/>\nthe [coagulation] of the [government\/officialdom of the USofA due to financial<br \/>\nstructure collapse] is a person by the name of [Andrew D. ARTHUR NEUMANN:&#0160;&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>One of the whistleblowers, Arthur Neumann, who until<br \/>\nrecently referred to himself as Henry Deacon, was formerly associated with a<br \/>\nU.S. government agency,&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>On July 25, 2009, at the European Exopolitics Congress in<br \/>\nBarcelona, Mr. Neumann publicly stated, \u201cThere is life on Mars. There are bases<br \/>\non Mars. I have been there.\u201d&#0160;&#0160; The<br \/>\nfollowing day, Mr. Neumann participated in Futuretalk, a Project Camelot<br \/>\ndocumentary interview, in which he provided details of his teleporting to a<br \/>\nbase on Mars and participating in a one-hour project meeting, which was also<br \/>\nattended by representatives of an intelligent civilization that lives in cities<br \/>\nunder the surface of Mars.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>9. MICHAEL RELFE: These include Michael Relfe, who in two<br \/>\ndocumented books describes his 20-year service (1976-1996) as a member of the<br \/>\nU.S. armed forces staffing the secret Mars colony, and former DoD scientist<br \/>\nArthur Neumann, who has stated publicly that he has teleported to the secret<br \/>\nMars colony for project meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Relfe:&#0160; Mars<br \/>\ncolony eyewitness Michael Relfe is a whistleblower and a former member of the<br \/>\nU.S. armed forces who in 1976 was recruited as a permanent member of the secret<br \/>\nMars colony.&#0160; In 1976 (Earth time), he<br \/>\nteleported to the Mars colony and spent 20 years as a permanent member of its<br \/>\nstaff. In 1996 (Mars time), Mr. Relfe was time-traveled via teleportation and<br \/>\nage-regressed 20 years, landing back at a U.S. military base in 1976 (Earth<br \/>\ntime).&#0160; Mr. Relfe then served six years<br \/>\nin the U.S. military on Earth before being honorably discharged in 1982.<\/p>\n<p>In a two-volume book authored by his wife, Stephanie Relfe,<br \/>\nB.Sc., The Mars Records, Mr. Relfe describes the two types of individuals at<br \/>\nthe secret Mars colony:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo clarify: Remember there are two kinds of people that I<br \/>\nremember.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1. People visiting Mars temporarily (politicians, etc.) \u2013<br \/>\nThey travel to and from Mars by jump gate. They visit for a few weeks and<br \/>\nreturn. They are not time traveled back. They are VIP&#39;s. They are OFF LIMITS!!<\/p>\n<p>\u201c2. Permanent staff \u2013 They spend 20 years\u2019 duty cycle. At<br \/>\nthe end of their duty cycle, they are age reversed and time shot back to their<br \/>\nspace-time origin point. They are sent back with memories blocked. They are<br \/>\nsent back to complete their destiny on Earth.\u201d&#0160;<br \/>\n(Vol. 2, p. 204)<\/p>\n<p>Michael Relfe also discusses the presence and functions of<br \/>\nReptilian and Grey extraterrestrials at the secret Mars colony.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEL: What about the Reptilians?<\/p>\n<p>Michael Relfe: Yes. They are racially related (Draconians,<br \/>\nReptilians, Grays.)<\/p>\n<p>EL: Do any Grays and Reptilians live on the Mars Base?<\/p>\n<p>Michael Relfe: Yes, some are stationed there.
