Welcome to the Mayan [Pleiadian]<br \/>\nFifth World\n<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;WATCH ON YOU TUBE :\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/GBhytxDUFPU\" target=\"_self\">http:\/\/youtu.be\/GBhytxDUFPU <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Transcript<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Part II &#8211; THE NEWS Live for<br \/>\nthe Winter Solstice, December 21, 2012<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Hi all,<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>This is Alfred Lambremont<br \/>\nWebre and this is a continuation of THE NEWS Live for the Winter Solstice &#8211;<br \/>\nDecember 21, 2012. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>THE NEWS Live was cut off at<br \/>\nfourteen minutes and some odd seconds just as THE NEWS Live was beginning to<br \/>\nreport on; we were giving all of our stories about our journey&#39;s in the<br \/>\nPleiadian\/Mayan Calendar. I had started&#0160;<br \/>\nsharing my story today of the Pleiadian\/Mayan Calender, the Mayan<br \/>\nCalendar being a consciousness map as well as a very sophisticated map of time<br \/>\nand an astronomical map. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>The Mayan Calendar which is a<br \/>\nPleiadian Calendar in terms of time, shows that our Universe is a billion<br \/>\nbillion times older than the 13.75 billion [years] that current science shows<br \/>\nthrough the &#39;Big Bang&#39; theory as the age of the Earth. So that, the Mayan<br \/>\nscientists were light-years&#0160; beyond<br \/>\ncurrent science because this is a calendar-a technology that had been gifted to<br \/>\nthem by the Pleiadians. The Mayans were advanced enough to have received that<br \/>\ntechnology and knew how to employ it. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>[When PART I was<br \/>\ninterrupted,] what I was doing&#0160; was we<br \/>\nwere shifting from today, from the Fourth World of duality consciousness (of<br \/>\ncompression of the Piscean Age) into the Fifth World (of expansion, of unity<br \/>\nconsciousness, of we are one). Duality consciousness is &#39;I win you lose&#39;. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Obviously some forces out<br \/>\nthere in the wide mixture &#8211; it could be any forces out there &#8211; decided to<br \/>\ninterrupt this Google Hangout just when I started to hand out some information<br \/>\nwhich was particularly sensitive to them. So I&#39;ll start re-capitulating very<br \/>\nbriefly.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>My journey&#39;s really as an<br \/>\nambassador of this&#0160; information &#8211; I&#39;ll<br \/>\ncall it the Pleiadian Calendar\/Mayan Calendar &#8211; began in my university years<br \/>\nover fifty years ago or just about fifty years ago, when I spent a summer on a<br \/>\nproject building a school in a village in&#0160;<br \/>\nMexico and went and spent time down with the Mayans. [I] went to all of<br \/>\nthe sacred sites there and had experiences and came back and wrote an article<br \/>\nabout it; [the article] was published in a local newspaper and was read from<br \/>\nthe pulpit in the a local church.&#0160; I<br \/>\nthought that [that] was sort of my first instance of my being an ambassador of<br \/>\nthis Pleiadian consciousness.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Then, I spent time after I<br \/>\nleft Stanford Research Institute where I was a director of the 1977 Carter<br \/>\nWhite House Extraterrestrial Study &#8212; The proposed Extraterrestrial Study. I<br \/>\nleft there in the spring of 1978 and went down to Mexico where I covered a<br \/>\nnumber of events down there and spent time at the Cholula Pyramid which is the<br \/>\nlargest pyramid in the world. It is dedicated to Qutzalcoatle.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>[The Cholula] Pyramid is very close to, and has a great deal<br \/>\nof energies around this Winter Solstice of 2012. Today there are very large<br \/>\nceremonies going on at the Cholula Pyramid that is right next to the twin<br \/>\nvolcanoes, the volcano&#0160; spirits<br \/>\nPopocat\u00e9petl and Ixaccihuatle. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>I wrote a book there. Actually, I was sited right between<br \/>\nthe Cholula Pyramids and the Popocat\u00e9petl and Ixaccihuatle volcanoes. There was<br \/>\njust a tremendous amount of energy going on there.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>This is Part II on my having produced and sharing with you<br \/>\nmy personal journey&#39;s along the way of being with the Pleiadian\/Mayan Calendar;<br \/>\nwhich is a map of consciousness as well as time; as well, of the astronomy of<br \/>\nour physical universe. I believe it is as objective, if not more objective,<br \/>\nthan the Gregorian calendar.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>You know you can say &#39;what<br \/>\nhappened on October 8, 1888?&#39;&#0160; And you<br \/>\ncan say, is that objective or not objective to report those events? Well, the<br \/>\nequivalent in the Mayan Calendar is as objective, and with the depth of the<br \/>\nMayan Calendar going into multi-dimensionality of what&#39;s happening on a<br \/>\nconsciousness level, is as objective because it has been correlated in a number<br \/>\nof studies to develop and see consciousness. I would like to leave that with<br \/>\nyou. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>And I &#39;d like to pick up the<br \/>\nthread of what I was reporting [from Part I], and that is by conscious choice I<br \/>\nproduced and hosted a &#39;Harmonic Convergence&#39; national radio show in the U.S. on<br \/>\nAugust 7, 1987. [The show] was anchored at one of the national public radio<br \/>\n(NPR) member stations in Boulder, Colorado, and was carried via live NPR<br \/>\nsatellite by a respectable number of NPR stations in the U.S. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Researcher Jos\u00e9 Arg\u00fcelles,<br \/>\nauthor of the &#39;Mayan Factor&#39;, was one of our live guests at that time. [His<br \/>\nwork in the &#39;Mayan Factor&#39; promoted that] at that time they thought that the<br \/>\nperiod between 1519 with the landing of&#0160;<br \/>\nHerman Cortes in Veracruz, and the Harmonic Convergence [August, 1987]<br \/>\n&#8211;that was kind of a bookend in the consciousness area of the Mayan Calendar.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>What one scholar, Dr. Carl<br \/>\nJohan Calleman says:&#0160; \u201cWe now know from<br \/>\nMayan sources that the Mayan Calendar has an integrated pyramidal rather than<br \/>\nlinear structure. Whether people are aware of it or not, the entire evolution<br \/>\nof the cosmos since the Big Bang has also been meticulously mapped out in light<br \/>\nof the Mayan calendar and verified by massive empirical evidence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Well, it goes back a billion<br \/>\nbillion times older than the &#39;big bang&#39;. This is a vast multi-dimensional<br \/>\ncalendar.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160; After August 7, 1987, after I<br \/>\nproduced that NPR [program], a reporter from the Washington Post <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;called me at the local Boulder, Colorado,<br \/>\nlistener supported radio [where the Harmonic Convergence program was broadcast]<br \/>\nfor an extensive interview on the meaning of the Mayan Calendar and which I<br \/>\ngave them. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>At the time, I remember it<br \/>\nwas very lengthy. I was on the phone with the reporter for over an hour trying<br \/>\nto explain what the Mayan Calendar was as a consciousness calendar, as well as<br \/>\na calendar of time. I don&#39;t know if the Washington Post ever published that<br \/>\ninterview, but I felt subjectively, myself, that at the time as a communicator<br \/>\nand broadcaster, I was involved in an important process of linking U.S.<br \/>\nMainstream audiences into deeper Universe energy wave processes.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Would the Washington Post of<br \/>\n2012 be as open to this discussion of what the Mayan Calendar is as it was in<br \/>\n1987 from me? We&#39;ll have to see. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>I had encounters with the<br \/>\nleading Washington Post reporter-political reporter who&#39;s on MSNBC practically<br \/>\nevery day. I had an encounter with him at the National Press Club during one of<br \/>\nthe X- Conferences-press conferences and I told him about the proof of life on<br \/>\nMars and the proof of time-travel. He [then] wrote a critically scathing<br \/>\narticle of me.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>So, I think that the<br \/>\nmainstream media; not only in the United States, not only the Washington Post;<br \/>\nbut worldwide has shown itself firmly rooted back in the Piscean Age &#8211; back in<br \/>\nthe Mayan Fourth World. We&#39;re moving into the Fifth World objectively and<br \/>\nthat&#39;s the significance of this [report] today. So I kind of lay out here the<br \/>\nline in the sand for the Washington Post, having dealt with them on this issue<br \/>\nmultiple times from 1987 forward .<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Let&#39;s fast-forward to the<br \/>\ncommencement of the Eighth Galactic Wave of the Mayan Calendar in 1999. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>These [waves] are some of the<br \/>\n&#39;step pyramids&#39; inside of the Galactic Wave and the alternating consciousness<br \/>\nwaves inside the Mayan Calendar [which emanate] from the singularity or<br \/>\ninter-dimensional portal at the core of our universe; and are carrier waves for<br \/>\nthe mind and soul &#39;software&#39; of Galactic consciousness and Universal<br \/>\nconsciousness .<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>That is in 1999, our Universe<br \/>\nand the Creator Source began to broadcast thoughts of &#39;I,we, all of us&#39; are<br \/>\nGalactic and not just Planetary beings. That&#39;s what started to come in [from<br \/>\nthe inter-dimensional portal at the core of the Universe] in 1999. That&#39;s why<br \/>\nthere became a great interest in ET movies, outer space, avatar and all these<br \/>\nsort of things. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>For example, the prior step<br \/>\npyramid&#0160; wave was from 1755-1986[sic]<br \/>\nduring the Seventh Wave of Planetary consciousness where you had movements such<br \/>\nas the Enlightenment and democratic movements&#0160;<br \/>\nwere born; and there were directing and creating an Enlightened<br \/>\nlong-term infrastructure for this planet during the Enlightenment and<br \/>\ndemocratic movements when democracy was born. We had the American revolution.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>And so, in 1999, when this<br \/>\nGalactic consciousness came out, the analogy to the Enlightenment at the<br \/>\nGalactic level was Exopolitics. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>I was, at that time, tuned<br \/>\ninto all of these cosmic forces; I mean as much as I can. I was&#0160; committed to this Galactic and Universal<br \/>\nconsciousness and during 1999 at the beginning of this wave. That&#39;s when I<br \/>\nwrote the book, &#39;Exopolitcs&#39;, and published it online; that founded Exopolitics<br \/>\nas a science of relations among intelligent civilizations in the Galaxy, our<br \/>\nUniverse, and the Multi-verse.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Author Barbara Hand Clow, Dr.<br \/>\nCalleman&#39;s colleague, writes in her book &#39;The Mayan Code&#39; of Exopolitics as a<br \/>\nprototypical creation of Eighth Wave Galactic consciousness under the Mayan<br \/>\nCalendar.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>She says: \u201cThe renaissance of<br \/>\nthe advanced unifying synthesis could happen by means of Exopolitics, the political<br \/>\nsystem that governs the universe.\u201d&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Barbara was quoting my Eighth<br \/>\nWave Galactic consciousness book\/Mayan Calendar book , &#39;Exopolitics: Politics,<br \/>\nLaw and Government in the Universe&#39; when she, Barbara Hand Clow, writes:<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccording to Alfred Lambremont<br \/>\nWeber who is a futurist and lives in Canada Earth is an isolated planet in the<br \/>\nmidst of an evolving and highly organised inter-planetary, inter-disciplinary,<br \/>\nand multi-dimensional universe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Thus, I navigated a critical<br \/>\npath from the Harmonic Convergence that [was a] pre-wave to the beginning of<br \/>\nthe Eighth Wave of Galactic consciousness. I was tuned in at this level,<br \/>\nfounded and wrote that book,&#39;Exoolitics&#39;,&#0160;<br \/>\nin 1999, by being tuned into that wave of Exopolitics as one of my<br \/>\nsocial contributions under the incoming Fifth Wave &#8211; Fifth World Wave<br \/>\nconsciousness.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Now this gets even deeper in<br \/>\n2005; with the publication of the soft cover version of my book<br \/>\n&#39;Exopolitics&#39;&#0160; I became more aware of how<br \/>\ncomplex it has become to function amidst the dualistic consciousness &#39;I Win,<br \/>\nYou Lose&#39; of the National Security State. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>When I originally wrote the<br \/>\nbook &#39;Exopolitics&#39; in 1999, presumably in Eighth Wave Galactic consciousness, I<br \/>\nhad no conscious conception or knowledge of the fact that a secret U.S.<br \/>\ngovernment DARPA\/CIA time-travel project, Project Pegasus, had teleported my<br \/>\nbook &#39; Exopolitics&#39; via Tesla based time-travel from 2005, back to at least<br \/>\n1971&#0160; where it was viewed by three<br \/>\nindependent witnesses that became part of the CIA data base there. In other<br \/>\nwords, I call it time-travel surveillance. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>And in fact, in 1971, when I<br \/>\nwas General Council of the Environmental Protection Administration of New York,<br \/>\nI was invited down to this anomalous meeting in Washington under false<br \/>\npretenses. I was asked to give an environmental address (which I usually gave<br \/>\nin New York to students and housewives) to a group of about fifty men in suits<br \/>\nthat later; we reasoned to the fact that they were CIA\/DARPA employees that<br \/>\nwere looking at me in 1971 because they had a copy of the book that I would<br \/>\nwrite in 1999, and would be published in 2005; and that I would be talking to<br \/>\nyou about now in 2012. That&#39;s called time-travel surveillance. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Whistle blower and Project<br \/>\nPegasus participant, Andrew D. Basiago, has revealed that the reason that<br \/>\nProject Pegasus was able to identify Governor Jimmy Carter (who was then<br \/>\nGovernor of Georgia in 1971) as a future U.S. President (which they did in<br \/>\n1971) was that the program was in possession of the copy of &#39;Exopolitics:<br \/>\nPolitics, Government and Law in the Universe&#39; and which bears a quote, a<br \/>\nstatement, by Jimmy Carter.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>You can see, that as secrecy<br \/>\nand&#0160; compartmentalisation of the<br \/>\ndualistic National Security State and dualised organised religion memes<br \/>\ndeconstruct; the National Security State and religions which are not based on<br \/>\nscience, but belief structures, have held sway and power over seven billion<br \/>\nhuman beings. But they will deconstruct in this new Fifth World and in this new<br \/>\nAquarian Age as humanity has a greater receptivity to the advanced Ninth Wave<br \/>\nUniversal unity consciousness energy waves [that are now emanating] from the<br \/>\nsingularity at the inter-dimensional portal at the core of the Universe that<br \/>\ndrives our own evolution into positive directions.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>I feel that the positive<br \/>\nmindset of the Exopolitics model will blossom and grow in humanity as a Ninth<br \/>\nWave Unity and Universal consciousness begins to take hold and assumes a<br \/>\nnon-dualistic unity role in a populated, organised, Universe unity &#8211; populated,<br \/>\norganised, multi-verse.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>For the moment, we can say<br \/>\nthat Exopolitics was born in 1999, in the Eighth Wave Galactic consciousness;<br \/>\nand time-traveled back to at least 1971, the latter days of the Seventh Wave<br \/>\nPlanetary consciousness (1755-1999) in a DARPA\/CIA program. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Unity consciousness can be<br \/>\nexpressed in a simple realisation. You and I are not separate. We are one. It&#39;s<br \/>\nnot that &#39;I Win, You Lose&#39; but &#39;We Are One&#39; ultimately. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>That is some part of my<br \/>\njourney which goes from nearly fifty years ago while I was in university on a<br \/>\nproject to help build a school in a village. Then, went to the Maya and really<br \/>\nintegrated myself there. I went to the sacred sites and then came back and<br \/>\nwrote an article that was published and read from a pulpit in a church; sort of<br \/>\na first publication as an ambassador. I spent time at the Cholula Pyramid, the<br \/>\nPyramid of Qutzalcoatle and had profound experiences as between the Pyramid and<br \/>\nthe volcano spirits of Popocat\u00e9petl and Ixaccihuatle.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Then, finally picking up<br \/>\nthrough the Harmonic Convergence, being a producer and host on National Public<br \/>\nRadio in 1987 bringing that message of the Fifth World to the United States<br \/>\naudience and whoever else was listening; and now again, here with you on<br \/>\nDecember 21, 2012, the Winter Solstice. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>I would like to close this<br \/>\nPart II, (and I thank you for your patience. This is the first time that THE<br \/>\nNEWS Live has been interfered with by outside agencies.) with some of the<br \/>\nthoughts of Dr. Carl Johan Calleman who has been an extraordinary scholar who<br \/>\nhas explored the consciousness side of the Mayan Calendar (of the<br \/>\nPleiadian\/Mayan Calendar) as a consciousness map and he writes:<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reason that this kind of unity consciousness\u201d (that we&#39;re now entering into; that the objective, not<br \/>\nsubjective but the objective Pleiadian\/Mayan Calendar of consciousness tells us<br \/>\nthat we are now entering into) \u201ccan be beneficial to the planet, and to<br \/>\nmankind, is that it is one that leads to the transcendence of all separation<br \/>\n(between man and woman, man and nature, ruler and ruled, east and west,<br \/>\netc).&#0160; I feel that without the<br \/>\nmanifestation of such a shift in consciousness the world will sooner or later<br \/>\ncome to an end.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople with a dualist and separating consciousness are<br \/>\nsomewhat like cancer cells in the body of the Earth with little regard to its<br \/>\nlarger whole and would eventually generate a collapse of its ecosystem.&#0160; Only a shift to unity consciousness will<br \/>\nforever stop the unchecked exploitation of the Earth and on a deeper level make<br \/>\nus understand that we are part of creation and need to live in harmony with<br \/>\nit.&#0160; But will such a shift just happen<br \/>\nautomatically?\u201d Dr. Calleman asks&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>[Source:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/article\/good-news-universe-singularity-now-emanating-pre-wave-energy-for-enlightened-unity-consciousness\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/article\/good-news-universe-singularity-now-emanating-pre-wave-energy-for-enlightened-unity-consciousness<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, we are now entering<br \/>\nthe Fifth World as described by the Pleiadian\/Mayan Calendar. This is an<br \/>\nobjective shift in time astronomically in terms of a rotation of the solar<br \/>\nsystem in the precession of the equinoxes; also in consciousness because the<br \/>\nPleiadian\/Mayan Calendar is multi-dimensional. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>It also measures developments<br \/>\nin consciousness. It is an advanced tool and was left here with the Mayans for<br \/>\nour civilizations to examine, and to really use as a tool in these beginning<br \/>\nyears and perhaps centuries, of the Fifth World and the beginning of the<br \/>\nAquarian Age &#8212; the Age of Unity Consciousness, of expansion rather than the<br \/>\ncontraction, that we have just left.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>So will it happen<br \/>\nautomatically? Well, it will happen that those of us who are receptive and open<br \/>\nto this consciousness, I believe, are favoured by the processes of nature, the<br \/>\nprocesses of the cosmic waves of consciousness coming in from the<br \/>\ninter-dimensional portal. Over time, we&#39;ll engage in more openness and more<br \/>\ncreative and more wise actions; and cooperative actions that will benefit<br \/>\nourselves, our fellow humans, animals, plants, the Earth, the environment and<br \/>\nthe rest of the organised cosmos as we move towards another position on the<br \/>\nspiral; and, moving toward getting to our renewed status as a Universe society.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>There is something profound<br \/>\nand objective happening on December 21, 2012, and its up to each of us<br \/>\nindividually to register within ourselves what shift we feel because ultimately<br \/>\nthat&#39;s the <\/p>\n<p>objective-subjective<br \/>\nmeasurement.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Remember, Expect a Miracle<br \/>\nbecause Life is Miraculous.&#0160;&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Thank you!&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160;&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>[PART I &#8211; THE NEWS<br \/>\nLive for Dec. 21, 2012: A New World?
