First<br \/>\nof all, just some of the statistics:&#0160;<br \/>\n57.5-67% participation rate; Barack Obama won 332 electoral votes to<br \/>\nRomney 206 electoral votes, (Final vote-Nov. 14, 2012). As of today, Friday<br \/>\nnight Nov. 9, 2012 (Florida had not yet been determined); in Florida, Obama, as<br \/>\nof today\u2019s report, was ahead a total of 4.169 million votes as opposed to<br \/>\nRomney with 4.117 million votes; in the popular vote, Obama won 50.6% of the<br \/>\npopular vote as opposed to Romney who won 47.8% of the popular vote. (This is<br \/>\nnot counting the final results in Florida); In other words, Obama won<br \/>\n62,615,406 votes versus Romney, 59,142,004 votes (Final vote, Nov. 14, 2012). <\/p>\n<p><strong>U.S.<br \/>\nPresidential election as a false flag operation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The total cost of this election was in excess of $6 billion dollars;<br \/>\nthe duration was 23 months &#8211; almost 2 years &#8211; starting in January 2011. (By<br \/>\ncontrast parliamentary democracies, most of the western European democracies,<br \/>\nhere in Canada, in Australia. I know that here in Canada, by law, there&#39;s a 1month<br \/>\nlimit to the national campaign, 30 days. The election drops and there\u2019s 30<br \/>\ndays, 1 month, of campaigning and the voters go to vote.) What the 2012<br \/>\nelection has become (and this is the news that the mainstream news is designed<br \/>\nto hide) what it has become is more than bread and circuses. It has become a<br \/>\nfalse flag operation&#8211;the U.S. Election itself, and the 2-year campaign that<br \/>\ngoes before it to divide the electorate into different memes and to put them<br \/>\ninto a false competition for no reason, because the winner is known before<br \/>\nhand.&#0160; The winner of the 2012 election<br \/>\nwas known in 1971 to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency time-travel<br \/>\napparatus. It&#39;s a false flag operation on the U.S. and the world population by<br \/>\nthe CIA time-travel apparatus. We know that the CIA time-travel apparatus is<br \/>\nessentially the muscle for the planetary control elite at the level of the<br \/>\nRockefellers in North America, and the British crown-Elizabeth Windsor, and the<br \/>\ncity of London bloodline bankers lead by the Rothschilds. That&#39;s about how the<br \/>\nplanet is controlled. <\/p>\n<p><strong>CIA Time-Travel Apparatus<\/strong>&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>Let&#39;s look at how the CIA time-travel apparatus specifically operated<br \/>\nin the case of U.S. president Barack Obama, so that both the 2008 and the 2012<br \/>\nU.S. presidency became a time-travel captured U.S. presidency, requiring a<br \/>\nlittle tilting here and there by HAARP. [HAARP-Chemtrails weapons system] Steeling<br \/>\nHurricane Isaac into the GOP convention in Tampa to knock out the first day of<br \/>\ntheir convention and to slow the initial momentum. And then, finally, Hurricane<br \/>\nSandy which was environmental war to really give the &#39;Commander in Chief&#39; role<br \/>\nto Obama in the final week prior to the election, and to tilt the election<br \/>\ntoward Obama. Most observers believe that that&#39;s what tilted the election. In<br \/>\nfact, the republicans leading analysts believe that.&#0160; Although they don&#39;t know that hurricane Sandy<br \/>\nwas HAARP caused\/HAARP triggered environmental war. Even John McCain, who was a<br \/>\nGOP contender in 2008, called Hurricane Sandy \u201can act of god\u201d on national<br \/>\ntelevision. So, most of the mainstream politicians in the U.S. are completely<br \/>\nin the dark and it&#39;s like rats running in a cage. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Time-Travel Pre-Identification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Okay, let&#39;s look at time-travel pre-identification and the secret<br \/>\ntraining of U.S. presidents. In the summer of 1980 there was held a CIA jump<br \/>\nroom training class at the College of the Siskiyous near Weed, California.<br \/>\nThere, Barry Soetoro (that&#39;s Barack Obama&#39;s legal name), Andrew D. Basiago,<br \/>\nWilliam B. Stillings, and Bernard Mendez (three whistle blowers), who unlike Barack<br \/>\nObama who has chosen to stick with his security agreements about being in the<br \/>\nCIA&#39;s 1980&#39;s jump room program and has not gone public on this. <\/p>\n<p>At substantial threats to their lives and livelihood, in the public<br \/>\ninterest whistleblowers Andrew D. Basiago, William B. Stillings and Bernard<br \/>\nMendez have chosen to go public and that&#39;s why we know about this. They all<br \/>\ncorroborate each other\u2019s story independently. They were at this training class<br \/>\nalong with Barack Obama&#39;s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham and Andrew D. Basiago&#39;s<br \/>\nfather, Raymond F. Basiago, and William B. Stillings father, Thomas J.<br \/>\nStillings, along with a number of other people, including, Regina Dugan who was<br \/>\nBarack Obama&#39;s first director of DAARPA. Now, she&#39;s with Google. <\/p>\n<p>&#0160;During this class, Stanley Ann Dunham identified herself to Andrew<br \/>\nBasiago as Barack Obama&#39;s mother and she stated a number of times, quite<br \/>\nproudly, that her son, Barack Obama\/Barry Soetoro, would be the first African<br \/>\nAmerican president of the U.S., and he&#39;s been positively identified [as a class<br \/>\nparticipant]. All of them<br \/>\nhave positively identified him as Barack Obama-that [class] participant. <\/p>\n<p>So, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama&#39;s mother, identified Barack Obama<br \/>\nat this 1980&#39;s class as the first African American president of the United<br \/>\nStates. They were about eighteen years old at the time. Now this is not an<br \/>\nanomaly. As whistleblower, Andrew D. Basiago and myself, Alfred Lambremont<br \/>\nWebre, demonstrated in a February, 2012, seminar at the Awakening Center in<br \/>\nRainier, Washington, that will be re-broadcast in February, 2013, at<br \/>\nExoUniversity.org. That&#39;s our ExoUniversity online website, ExoUniversity.org. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe Legend\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama&#39;s mother, was a CIA career operative<br \/>\nin Indonesia under the cover of U.S. A.I.D.&#0160;<br \/>\nShe was informed by CIA, by her CIA handlers, in 1971 that CIA<br \/>\ntime-travel had pre-identified her son, Barry Soetoro then ten years old, as a<br \/>\nfuture U.S. president named Barack Obama who would be initially inaugurated on<br \/>\nJanuary 20, 2009, under the name of Barack Obama. The CIA, then, directed<br \/>\nStanley Ann Dunham to go to Honolulu, Hawai&#39;i, where in December of 1971, she<br \/>\narranged a six weeks meeting at which, what is called in the intelligence<br \/>\ncommunity, \u201cthe Legend\u201d or kind of the cover story-the life cover story, which<br \/>\nitself was then memorialized into the \u201cautobiographies\u201d of Barack Obama (that<br \/>\nwere ghost written apparently), by which \u201cthe Legend\u201d of Barack Obama could be<br \/>\narranged.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;During that six weeks meeting in<br \/>\n1971, Neil Abercrombie, the future governor of Hawai&#39;i in 2008 during the Obama<br \/>\ncampaign (He would be instrumental in perpetuating the ruse that Barack Obama<br \/>\nwas born in Hawai&#39;i) was brought in as a central character in organizing \u201cthe<br \/>\nlegend\u201d. He was a friend of the Kenyan civil servant named, Barack Obama, who<br \/>\nhad been with him at the University of Hawai&#39;i.&#0160;<br \/>\nHe invited Barack Obama to come back from Kenya to Honolulu for the six<br \/>\nweeks. There&#39;s one photo op at the Honolulu airport with Barack Obama senior,<br \/>\nStanley Ann Dunham, and the ten-year-old Barry Soetoro. For six weeks, Barack<br \/>\nObama senior from Kenya, Neil Abercrombie, Stanley Ann Dunham, and Stanley<br \/>\nArmour Dunham, (Stanley Ann Dunham&#39;s father and CIA agent) arranged \u201cthe<br \/>\nlegend\u201d that Barack Obama II was the Kenyan civil servants son. In turn, Barack<br \/>\nObama senior was assassinated in Kenya in a CIA automobile accident in 1982.<br \/>\n[It was] the same year that Barry Soetoro assumed the public name, Barack<br \/>\nObama, in a court preceding here in a British Columbia court in October of 1982<br \/>\n(probably under CIA guidance). We have the sealed documents from that name<br \/>\nchange. <\/p>\n<p>So that what it appears from the evidence, is that all U.S. presidents<br \/>\nfrom 1971 forward &#8211; George H. W. Bush senior, George W. Bush junior, Bill<br \/>\nClinton, Barack Obama &#8211; have been pre-identified by a secret time-travel<br \/>\ntechnology. They have been briefed and groomed by the CIA time-travel<br \/>\napparatus. What this means, is that the U.S. presidential election is a charade<br \/>\nbecause the winners, the winning candidate, and the CIA time-travel apparatus<br \/>\nknow the result beforehand. As do probably the controlling parties of the CIA<br \/>\ntime-travel apparatus who are the elite New World Order directors: In North<br \/>\nAmerica, the Rockefeller group-David Rockefeller; and in Europe, the British<br \/>\ncrown-Elizabeth Windsor, and the city of London bloodline bankers-Rothschilds.<br \/>\nThis is one of the technologies, along with HAARP, by which they control public<br \/>\naffairs. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>DARPA&#39;s Project Pegasus <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now there&#39;s further evidence of this and we&#39;re indebted to Andrew D.<br \/>\nBasiago and to the other whistleblowers from the 1980&#39;s Mars program, but also<br \/>\nMr. Basiago from DAARPA&#39;s Project Pegasus program. <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Basiago has publicly stated that DAARPA&#39;s Project Pegasus program<br \/>\ninvolved time-travel and was identifying future persons of interest, including,<br \/>\nthose who would serve as U.S. president and then informing these persons of<br \/>\ntheir destinies. In the early 1970&#39;s, in the company of his late father,<br \/>\nRaymond F. Basiago (an engineer for the Ralph M. Parsons company who worked for<br \/>\nclassified aerospace projects) [Andrew D. Basiago] was present at a lunch in<br \/>\nAlbuquerque, New Mexico, at which then future U.S. presidents, George H. W.<br \/>\nBush and George W. Bush, were guests. Shortly after, they were informed that<br \/>\nboth would one day serve as presidents. In fact, Andy says in an anecdote, that<br \/>\nGeorge W. Bush\/George Bush junior, who then was about eighteen, was running<br \/>\naround the restaurant saying &#39;my daddy and I are gonna be president, my daddy<br \/>\nand I are gonna be president&#39; in his usual fashion (his nickname around the<br \/>\nBush senior White House was the &#39;village idiot&#39;).&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Basiago also stated that in the early 1970&#39;s, Project Pegasus had<br \/>\nidentified future U.S. presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton utilizing<br \/>\ntime-travel technology. Mr. Basiago was present when Bill Clinton was informed of<br \/>\nhis future destiny as a U. S. president.&#0160;<br \/>\nWhat Mr. Basiago said was that Clinton, (he was sort of young,<br \/>\napparently even before he went to Yale Law School) said &#39;U.S. president? You<br \/>\nknow to my mind that dog don&#39;t hunt!&#39; in his Arkansas way.&#0160; <\/p>\n<p>Mr. Basiago also personally met future president Barack Obama in Los Angeles<br \/>\nin 1982. This [meeting] is after being with him in the 1980&#39;s CIA jump room<br \/>\nprogram while Mr. Basiago was attending UCLA. Mr. Obama, then assumed at<br \/>\nColumbia University, was visiting former classmates at Occidental College in<br \/>\nLos Angeles. The person that was in the room and was with Mr. Obama, revealed<br \/>\nthat Mr. Obama, then age twenty, already knew that he would one day be<br \/>\npresident. So there was common knowledge going back to when Stanley Ann Dunham<br \/>\nhad been briefed in 1971; at the same time that George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush<br \/>\nand Bill Clinton had been pre-identified, and then briefed by the CIA<br \/>\ntime-travel apparatus. <\/p>\n<p>According to Mr. Basiago, my book, <em>Exopolitics: Politics, Government<br \/>\nand Law in the Universe,<\/em> which I would not write until 1999 and would not<br \/>\nbe published as a library book until 2005, bore a quote on the front pages<br \/>\nwhich is a statement made by Jimmy Carter. The CIA actually time-traveled a<br \/>\ncopy of my book,<em> Exopolitics<\/em>, from 2005 back to at least 1971. It was<br \/>\nthis way that Project Pegasus was able to identify Jimmy Carter, who was a<br \/>\ngovernor of Georgia in 1971, as a future U.S. president. My book, E<em>xopolitics<\/em>,<br \/>\nwas among, with other written works, physically retrieved from the future by<br \/>\nProject Pegasus and brought back in time in 1971 or a prior time. <\/p>\n<p>At that time, I was general counsel of a New York City Environmental Protection<br \/>\nAdministration and I had been placed under time-travel surveillance by the U.S.<br \/>\ngovernment. In fact, I can testify that at that time I was sought out<br \/>\nostensibly to give a talk on environmental protection. I was taken down by a<br \/>\ngroup near Washington DC to a group of about fifty men in suits who I recognized<br \/>\nas not being the usual environmentalists of students and housewives. I saw that<br \/>\nthey were some sorts of government officials, but I gave them my usual<br \/>\nenvironmental stump speech and they just kind of sneered at me. What we figured<br \/>\nout later, was that they were actually CIA and Department of Defense personnel<br \/>\nwho had my book in 1971, <em>Exopolitics<\/em>, and wanted to see what I was like<br \/>\nin person in 1971 because I would be under time-travel surveillance now in 2012<br \/>\nand in the future. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Results<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What is the result of all of this? The result of all of this is that<br \/>\nthe U.S. presidential campaign infrastructure &#8211; the entire two years &#8211; the pre-campaign<br \/>\nthat starts about two years before the election &#8211; all of the primaries&#8230;the<br \/>\npresidential election is actually a six billion dollar charade that enmeshes<br \/>\nthe entire U.S. and world public in a false flag operation, and divides the<br \/>\npublic into these false camps because it&#39;s not real. It&#39;s really a<br \/>\nmock-u-mentary; it&#39;s a mock election. It&#39;s not a real event. The outcome is<br \/>\nknown. The winners know the outcome to begin with. And the U.S. public and the<br \/>\nworld public are deceived because the CIA time-travel apparatus and Barack<br \/>\nObama-the winning party knows the outcome. They knew the outcome since at least<br \/>\n1971. The CIA and the elite, because the CIA is the elites muscle, have<br \/>\ncaptured the U.S. presidency using time-travel technology. And through that,<br \/>\nhas captured the U.S. democracy and is attempting to control, or tilt, the<br \/>\nworld as a pseudo-democracy through a president that has been pseudo-elected<br \/>\nand can stage act very well that he has been elected. <\/p>\n<p>Barack Obama is the consummate actor. He is the consummate<br \/>\npersonification of what, in the 1970&#39;s when I was a futurist at Stanford<br \/>\nResearch Institute, we called &#39;friendly fascism&#39;. <\/p>\n<p><strong>The Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So what are the solutions? What are the solutions for the future? This<br \/>\nis a very, very grave moment for the United States as a democracy. At the<br \/>\nconstitutional level, it&#39;s the U.S. constitution that has been severely<br \/>\ncompromised, if not shredded, because the executive powers have been captured<br \/>\nby the CIA time-travel apparatus using advanced quantum access inter-dimensional<br \/>\ntechnology which the rest of the population does not know; and, which the media<br \/>\nis conveniently controlling. <\/p>\n<p><strong>U.S.<br \/>\nNational Security Council, Jan. 2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We made the Obama story public in a major newspaper article in November<br \/>\n2011, that had in it independent witnesses Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings. The<br \/>\nresult was that my contract\/franchise with that newspaper, Examiner.com, was<br \/>\nillegally broken.&#0160; And then, in January<br \/>\nof 2012, the official spokesperson for the U.S. National Security Council, Tommy<br \/>\nVietor.&#0160; The U.S. National Security Council<br \/>\nconsists of the U.S. President Barack Obama, the Vice President, Secretary of<br \/>\nState, Secretary of Defense, and the U.S. National Security Adviser. This is<br \/>\nthe top national security body of the United States. came out and denied this<br \/>\nstory and ridiculed it &#8212; Tommy Vietor and his story to the<em> Wired <\/em>magazine<br \/>\nwhich was carried by Fox News; which was carried by MSNBC; which was carried by<br \/>\nboth of the polarities \u2013 Fox News and MSNBC. <\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, Tommy Vietor is a top Obama insider who was charged in<br \/>\nthe 2008 campaign for carrying Obama&#39;s fraudulent certificate of live birth.<br \/>\nObama was not born in Hawai&#39;i but it&#39;s most plausible that he was born in<br \/>\nWashington State of his mother, and is thus a U.S. citizen by birth. But they<br \/>\nwant to cover this up because of the time-travel anomalies where he was<br \/>\npre-identified in 1971 as a future president Barack Obama. [Therefore] in 1971<br \/>\nthey had to create a \u201clegend\u201d whereby they brought over the Kenyan civil<br \/>\nservant, Barack Obama, who they later assassinated in a 1982 car accident (CIA<br \/>\ncar accident). <\/p>\n<p>So you see how this is sort of like a spy movie. It&#39;s espionage and<br \/>\nit&#39;s time-travel, but all to protect Barack Obama and the captured presidency<br \/>\nas a time-controlled asset. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Hillary Clinton: Iowa 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now, they&#39;re still at their game. Today is November 9, 2012, and if we<br \/>\ngo to the news today, and I like to quote, it says \u201c Washington DC secretary of<br \/>\nstate Hillary Clinton would be a dominant favorite in the 2016 Iowa caucuses if<br \/>\nshe chooses to run for president.\u201d And this survey shows the PPP, Public Policy<br \/>\nPoling \u201cfound that Clinton took away 58% of the Iowa vote in a hypothetical<br \/>\npresidential run. In the event that neither Clinton nor Biden runs, Cuomo draws<br \/>\n30% to Warren&#39;s 13%\u201d that&#39;s Elizabeth Warren \u201cwith 46% of the voters being<br \/>\nunsure of whom they would support.\u201d The point being that Hillary Clinton is<br \/>\nalso in on the secret because her husband was pre-informed of the time-travel<br \/>\nascendency, and it&#39;s sure that Hillary Clinton was also pre-informed by Bill.<br \/>\nThey&#39;re part of the act. She&#39;s part of the time-travel controlled CIA apparatus<br \/>\nas well. So they&#39;re still at it as well. The time controlled CIA apparatus,<br \/>\nwhich is tied into the Bilderbergers and the elite, are still at it. <\/p>\n<p>So what is the solution? Well, practically speaking, the solution is an<br \/>\nelection run in which this secret becomes an open secret and part of the<br \/>\nplatforms. The platform of one of the contenders in the campaign that is making<br \/>\nthe time-travel controlled presidency public, in this case one of the principle<br \/>\nwhistleblowers, Andrew D. Basiago, has taken a personally courageous stand. <\/p>\n<p>In 1980, at the CIA jump room training program, Andrew D. Basiago was<br \/>\nleaked classified information by his father, Raymond F. Basiago, that he, Andy,<br \/>\nmight be a future U.S. president; so distinct from Obama, Clinton, Bush Senior,<br \/>\nBush junior, who have all kept that secret&#8211; campaigned and governed on the<br \/>\nbasis of CIA classified time-travel pre-identification of them as president.<br \/>\nThey&#39;ve kept the secret and they&#39;ve governed as CIA secret presidents, as<br \/>\npuppets of the CIA time-travel apparatus. Andy Basiago is running a truth<br \/>\ncampaign and has chosen to run on the basis of disclosing the charade that<br \/>\ntime-travel has made of the U.S. presidential election. <\/p>\n<p>Now that&#39;s why he has my vote for 2016. I see no other practical way<br \/>\nout of the conundrum of the CIA time-travel apparatus capture of the U.S.<br \/>\npresidency, and really of world affairs, other than to vote in a presidency<br \/>\npledge to expose and to make time-travel and teleportation capabilities public.<br \/>\nWith regard to time-travel, that can be made secure with a publicly designated<br \/>\ncommittee so that personal, political, and financial benefits cannot come to<br \/>\nindividuals with time-travel information. With regard to teleportation, which<br \/>\nis a subset of time-travel; teleportation is time-travel along a single<br \/>\ntimeline. Teleportation is released and replaces the petroleum based<br \/>\ntransportation system which is polluting, a cause of great pollution, and land<br \/>\nuse intensive with our highways and our railroads, the automobiles, trucks,<br \/>\nbuses, trains, planes. Teleportation uses a fraction of the energy budget and<br \/>\nit&#39;s the end of the oil wars. <\/p>\n<p>Well, thank you once again for participating in THE NEWS Live.
