I recommend the film, even<br \/>\nwith its &quot;pulp fiction genre&quot; characters, to all serious students of<br \/>\ntime science in this era of the quantum access coverup and embargo. <\/p>\n<p>I do have first-hand experience with the U.S. secret DARPA\/CIA time travel program by which to judge the veracity of basic aspects of LOOPER. My book \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.createspace.com\/3356982\" target=\"_self\">Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law on the Universe<\/a>\u201d<br \/>\nand my <em>persona<\/em> both are\/were reportedly the subject of secret U.S. government<br \/>\nDARPA\/CIA<br \/>\ntime travel surveillance. My book <a href=\"https:\/\/www.createspace.com\/3356982\" target=\"_self\">Exopolitics<\/a> was time travel physically from at<br \/>\nleast 2005 when it was first published back to at least 1971 where it<br \/>\nwas witnessed by three independent witnesses and where it was part of DARPA\/CIA time travel surveillance. Concurrently in 1971 I myself, as General Counsel of the NYC Environmental Protection Administration was invited to address about 50 U.S. government male employees dressed in suits, probably DARPA and CIA personnel at a phonied up &quot;environmental talk&quot;. This event was a cover for time travel surveillance of me by DARPA and CIA project personnel who in 1971 had in their possession a book I would write in 1999 founding Exopolitics (the science of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multiverse) and would publish online in 2000 and as as printed book in 2005, fully 35 years later. The CIA and DARPA men in that room IN 1971 listening to me talk about NYC EPA plans to protect the environment could easily have been out of the cast of LOOPER.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;Here is a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rottentomatoes.com\/m\/looper\/\" target=\"_self\">movie industry summation<\/a> of the plot OF LOOPER: &quot;In<br \/>\nthe futuristic action thriller LOOPER, time travel will be invented &#8211; but it<br \/>\nwill be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to<br \/>\nget rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a &#39;looper&#39; &#8211; a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) &#8211; is waiting<br \/>\nto mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good&#8230; until the day the mob<br \/>\ndecides to &#39;close the loop,&#39; sending back Joe&#39;s future self (Bruce<br \/>\nWillis) for assassination.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Now, in 2012 it is public knowledge that the U.S. government has secretly possessed time<br \/>\ntravel technology for at lease 40 years, thanks to courageous whistleblowers<br \/>\nlike Andrew D. Basiago, William Brett Stillings, Bernard Mendez, Michael Relfe,<br \/>\nand Arthur Neumann. As an investigative journalist reporting on U.S. secret<br \/>\nquantum access programs and their time travel &amp; teleportation technologies, I<br \/>\nhave had my investigative articles publicly ridiculed by <a href=\"http:\/\/exopolitics.blogs.com\/exopolitics\/2012\/07\/third-whistle-blower-confirms-obamas-participation-in-cia-jump-room-program-of-early-1980s.html\" target=\"_self\">Tommy Vietor<\/a>, the<br \/>\nofficial spokesperson of the U.S. National Security Council, who did so on Jan.<br \/>\n3, 2012 in an unprecedented &quot;official denial&quot; to Wired.com. One<br \/>\nnational newspaper, Examiner.com, illegally terminated my contract franchise<br \/>\nwith them in Nov. 2011 after I published whistleblower testimony that a young Barack Obama has been part of the 1980s CIA teleportation jump room program. Examiner.com unlawfully terminated my contract on fabricated grounds that &quot;Mr. Webre published false<br \/>\ninformation&quot; when in fact all I did was expose the U.S. secret 1980s CIA<br \/>\njump room teleportation program, using two whistleblowers from the CIA program<br \/>\nas my sources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LOOPER sneaks around the time travel embargo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An entertainment vehicle like LOOPER that sneaks around<br \/>\nthe time travel embargo with a plot set in a dystopia based on time travel<br \/>\nparadoxes, catastrophic and positive timelines, and the meeting of present and<br \/>\nfuture selves along a single timeline is a welcome relief to a harassed time<br \/>\ntravel investigative reporter like me.&#0160;<br \/>\nThe laughs, thrills, and novel time-travel shop talk of LOOPER replaces the<br \/>\ntense daily drama of exposing the truth of the U.S. government&#39;s time travel<br \/>\nembargo, and its suppression of teleportation technology that would end<br \/>\npetroleum-based transportation, global oil wars and ecocidal petroleum-driven<br \/>\npollution in favor of a world teleportation system.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, LOOPER is not cinematographically perfect.&#0160; In one scene, the blood makeup on a young boy<br \/>\nwho will travel either the timeline of a future world terrorist or a normal<br \/>\nhappy man looks like kindergarten face paint.<\/p>\n<p>LOOPER is historically accurate, though.
