Thank you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In an exclusive <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=08LFYIA7pzE\">ExopoliticsTV interview<\/a> with Alfred Lambremont Webre released Oct. 15, 2011 a self-described  representative of the Andromeda Council, a reported galactic governance  council whose membership consists of star systems and includes  representation from the galactic governance council of our Milky Way  Galaxy, discussed a wide-range of aspects of life of 4th dimensional  humans in a 4th dimensional Earth, including:&#0160; 4th dimensional food,  sleep, adjusting to 4th dimensional life, infants and children, the  aged, work, 4th dimensional money (there is none), education, marriage,  sex, procreation, and gifts and abilities (including telepathy,  telekinesis, transformation, and teleportation).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<br \/><em><strong>Update: <\/strong><\/em><strong>\u201cSetting the Record Straight\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Andromeda Council representative \u2013 Tolec \u2013 also released an October 15, 2011 statement entitled <em>\u201cSetting the Record Straight\u201d<\/em>, clarifying the nature and makeup of the Andromeda Council itself. <em>\u201cSetting the Record Straight\u201d <\/em>appears in full later in this article.<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/exopolitics-in-seattle\/andromeda-council-transformation-to-a-4th-dimensional-earth-life%20%20\">prior ExopoliticsTV interview<\/a> the Andromeda Council representative stated that the process of our  solar system\u2019s and Earth\u2019s transformation via dimensional shift to the  4th dimension is scheduled to accelerate starting in around October 15,  2011, and be completed by January 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andromeda Council &#8211; 11.11.11<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Andromeda Council representative Tolec also released the Council&#39;s perspective on the multidimensional function of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andromedacouncil.com\/\">11.11.11<\/a> (Nov. 11, 2011).<\/p>\n<p>Tolec  states, &quot;The official beginning of 4th dimensional energy will affect  Earth&#39;s solar system on 11.11.11 as it encounters the galactic  equatorial plane region &#8211; as a universe &amp; galactic wide harmonic  frequency &#8211; will open and affect this whole area of space. The  saturation of this higher frequency vibration will continue through all  of 2012, reaching full strength during the time frame of December 2012,  through March 2013 when the final rotation of the 90 degree shift of  Earth&#39;s crust happens with the present day East\/West orientation of the  continents moving into their new North\/South orientation.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;These  changes are expected to settle down throughout remaining 2013, and will  begin the completion of this cycle by the end of October, winding down  in December 2013.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;During this time every living thing from the  largest to the smallest will be offered the opportunity to change, to  evolve, into 4th dimensional life.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It is expected Earth will  begin to settle into its new 4th dimension vibration existence, its new  4D life, in January 2014.&#0160; Yes, planet Earth will likely go through  dramatic changes to get there.&#0160;&#0160; But these events as life changing they  will be to both humans and all life on the planet&#8230; these changes are  normal and necessary for this process.&#0160;&#0160; planets out in space.&#0160; Many of them have visited Earth, continue  to visit Earth, and have done far more than visit Earth\u2026 for years now.&#0160;  Each has its own interests and \u2018agenda\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTherefore to provide  clarity, I believe the below information will help.&#0160; Please read it in  its entirety.&#0160; It will lay out the facts of the Andromeda Council\u2019s  highest &amp; best interest in Earth, in humanity.&#0160; There are some new  facts here worth taking note of.&#0160; 6th  dimensional.&#0160; Though of varying colors, sizes and races these people are  very human, though in different stages of evolution.&#0160; It is the  predominant life form in the cosmos.&#0160; 5,000 years, as measured in Earth years.&#0160; The Galactic  Federation has its own Chairman &amp; Vice-Chairman, and<br \/>\ncouncil of five  (5) members: a high-ranking Commander, the equivalent of a medical  Admiral, a Senior xenobiologist, the President of the system wide  Education Board, and a High Level Diplomat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor those planets  interested in joining the Galactic Federation, its primary interests  are:&#0160; What about work?<\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER:  Yes. People will choose and follow a career path that is suited to  his\/her own strongest, unique gifts and abilities. At around 8,000 years  of life, some people retire earlier like at 6,000 years, people start  to retire from \u201cfull time\u201d work. They decide to pursue new different  interests that fascinate them. Please understand, there is also much  greater freedom in the learning and working process in 4D life, as  compared to 3D life. Again, these years are given in Earth terms so that  you can have some current frame of reference.<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;7. What about 4D work? How, what are people paid?<\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER:  However, here is where there is a big change. The people on virtually  all worlds thriving and living in this density of life throughout the  universe have their basic needs taken care of. Money does not exist.  People do not get paid money. The economic system Earth will have is  expected to evolve to a model based on the pure trade of goods and  services, an exchange process. In your simple terms today you would know  this as \u201cbarter \u201d. It is expected it will take about 10-12 years of  current Earth time for your present, broken economic system based on  money! to evolve to this new system based on trade. It is expected that  many of your most forward thinking people, futurists, will come together  on a formal advisory board to discuss the key aspects of this new  system.<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;8. What about Education?<\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER: It  formally starts at age 3, again, this is an Earth time comparative  reference. The parents bring the child to the grand parents. The first  lesson the child has is to learn to appreciate &amp; live with all of  nature. This is \u2018pre-school\u2019, if you will, the child will have 2 years  of this kind of training. The child will then begin more formal training  of their natural mental abilities, they will be telepathic at birth.  They will be taught to understand the language of symbols, have language  training, then history, geography, biology, astronomy &#8211; then star  mapping, mathematics, engineering, astrophysics, and for certain adept  children \u2013 training their natural \u2018healing\u2019 abilities, this is about  energetic sensing &amp;<br \/>atunement\/adjustment. This all happens from  \u2018primary school\u2019 all through \u2018high school\u2019, to use current Earth  references. By the time people are between the ages of 13-15 years of  Earth time, early teenagers, people know intuitively what their natural  gifts are! what they are destined to do. Then, depending on which  natural strengths or abilities each person has! they will then go on to a  specialized university.<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;9. So, how much education? <\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER:  In Earth terms: fifty (50) years of combined grammar &amp; high school.  Another 50 years of university, minimum. For people who want to be  highly specialized, like at a masters &amp; doctoral level, potentially  between another 50-100 years depending on the person\u2019s specialization,  totaling 150-200 years of formal education. As an example, Zoltar, the  commander of the primary Andromeda Council biosphere where many of the  council meetings are held, his education was very technical, he has 300  years of education.<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;10. What about marriage?<\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER:  We expect the norm will be that people will get married at the Earth  equivalent of about 20-25 years old. This is typical on other 4D  planets. This would translate into the ages of 1,000 \u2013 1,500 of 4D time.  Some people can decide to get married later. Some people can decide not  to get married.<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;11. What about sex. Will it be still enjoyed the same way?<\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER:  Yes. Men &amp; women will still have the same physical reproductive  organs. All of the parts on men &amp; women will all be in the right  places. And Earth people will still be able to enjoy sex the same  natural ways as you do now. But, not for the purpose of creating a baby.<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;12. Well, what about the process to create a baby. isn\u2019t it similar to our current method of physical sexual procreation?<\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER:  No. As a 4th dimensional person, the process to create a new life form,  a baby, is the following: the man and the woman first face each other  to get into \u2018sync\u2019 with each other, they then each open all of their  chakras! each using the total energies of their unique life force  projected through their charkas, each person connecting with the other!  all the way up to the 3rd eye chakra. Each person extends his\/her arms  outstretched to the other person, his\/her life force flowing from each,  palms open facing the other person with a space provided between the  palms! with the intent to bring a new child into their lives. They will  need to continually focus to create and bring to completion the  formation of this new life. They will see crystal like, light blue  energy sparks, much like those you see from your \u201csparklers\u201d, falling\u2019  down like \u2018snow flakes\u2019 taking the form of a bright bluish ball of  light, coalescing into the form of a newborn baby, but it looks more  like a child of 6 month years old of Earth time. As this occurs the  parents will need to move their hands downward, still open in a \u2018cupped\u2019  position facing upward to hold the formation of their new child\u2019s body.  Of course, the birth of a child is one of the most beautiful creations  imagined. The total time once people sync-up with each other, continuing  the focus to create the baby is: 20-25 minutes. They have to keep  focused until the baby is fully created and formed.<br \/>&quot;Babies must have  food at birth to absorb the energies of food to sustain them. This goes  on for about: 10 years, much like when 3D human babies stop  breast-feeding. What will be the primary natural gifts &amp; abilities of 4th dimensional Earth humans?<\/em><br \/>&quot;ANSWER:  4D Earth people will be natural telepaths! Even at birth. Telepathy \u2013  the ability for people to communicate with one another, one person\u2019s  mind \u2013 to \u2013 another person\u2019s mind, simply using the natural strength of  each persons mind. Spoken words using your vocal cords are possible, but  will not be necessary. Please consider, Earth people today only utilize  about one tenth (1\/10th) of their total mind capacity. A 4D Earth human  will be utilizing virtually all of his or her total mind capacity  during normal day-to-day activities. In octaves 1-6 of the 5th  dimension people have all of the above listed traits, and they function  each on their own as an individual unique consciousness.
