Thank you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In an <a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/a9k0O9_UyCc\" rel=\"nofollow\">ExopoliticsTV news interview<\/a> and a statement dated Nov. 8, 2011, a human representative of the reported <a href=\"http:\/\/www.andromedacouncil.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Andromeda Council <\/a>confirmed  a communication from a reported commander of the Andromeda Council  biosphere spaceship deployed around Earth that a specific reported Draco  and Hydra reptilian undersea base on the ocean floor in the East China  sea has been destroyed.<\/p>\n<p>In his statement, Tolec,  the human Andromeda Council representative stated \u201cThe result of the  final, crippling sonic energy beam strike the people from Procyon  used today destroyed this undersea complex, and created an amazing  decompression resulting in a 6.9 quake on the ocean floor. Whether it was caused by the actions of the Andromeda Council or was a  totally natural event, it was a significant energy dump that affected  the whole planet. The <a href=\"http:\/\/aslwww.cr.usgs.gov\/Seismic_Data\/heli2.shtml\" rel=\"nofollow\">USGS Live Internet Seismic Server<\/a> shows raw live data from all over the world on one page with updates  every thirty minutes. I&#39;ve learned over time they are ruthless, vicious,  cruel &amp; literally &#39;cold blooded&#39; in their actions. With no remorse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tolec  continues, \u201cI have no personal criticism of all reptilian races. I  actually enjoy very much learning about the cultural diversity of many,  many races. More over, I am also personally aware of one very  intelligent, kind &amp; noble reptilian race. They are vegetarians. They  do not eat meat. And more important, they do not prey on humans, nor do  they consume human negative emotional energy.\u201d<br \/>&#0160;<br \/>Tolec  concludes, \u201cThe reporting of this story, and the one prior, is only  relative to the Draco &amp; Hydra Reptilians in the underground &amp;  undersea bases. These are the ones every human on planet Earth should  have a real problem with!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Statement by Tolec: &quot;6.9 Quake&quot; East China Sea<br \/> Reptilian undersea base destroyed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following statement by Tolec was delivered by Tolec to this reporter on Nov. 8, 2011.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cConfirmation of strike on Reptilian undersea base<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was notified earlier today during work meetings, via telepathy,  and I was able to confirm with the commander of the primary biosphere  where many of the Andromeda Council meetings are held &#8211; the final  destruction of this specific Draco &amp; Hydra Reptilian controlled  undersea base. This is the base that was on the ocean floor in the East  China Sea. This is how he&#39;s always referred to it&#8230; the East China Sea  undersea base.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;\u201cThe result of the final, crippling sonic energy beam strike the  people from Procyon used today destroyed this undersea complex, and  created an amazing decompression resulting in a 6.9 quake on the ocean  floor. Resulting in the total collapse &amp; destruction of this base.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;<strong>\u201cLocation of this specific undersea base<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlfred, you have three (3) maps of Asia &amp; China that I sent to  you. Two (2) of them are Google maps that identify the specific location  &amp; focus on the East China Sea, which is the area of what was the  actual specific location of the Reptilian undersea base&#8230; off of the  China coast.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou will note the time &amp; date stamp of two (2) of these .jpg  maps as being from many [6] days ago, on November 2nd 2011, as I  indicated back then&#8230; this specific undersea base was located in the  East China Sea. This prior date information of these maps is a key  aspect as to the validity of this information &#8211; the actual location of  this undersea base specifically located in the East China Sea.&#0160; Plainly  put, confirming corollary data.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI&#39;ve also included a Google map dated today, November 8th, 2011,  titled: &quot;6.9 Quake &#8211; East China Sea&quot;. This is the third map which shows  the location of the &quot;6.9 quake&quot;&#8230; which matches exactly with the  earlier November 2, 2011 maps&#8230; identifying the actual location of the  reptilian undersea base in the East China Sea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTake a look at the first map of Asia, the one I sent to you focusing  on China, that has the names of all of the cities. This map is called:  &quot;Asia_focus on China_image1&quot;.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cNow Alfred, you &amp; everyone once this report is published can &#8211;<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> * look at the middle part of China (relative to a North\/South  perspective)&#8230; and follow this all the way to the east coast of the  country.<\/p>\n<p>* you will see the words in the ocean off of the China coast written  in white saying &#8211; &quot;East China Sea&quot;. These words are stacked one on top  of each other.<\/p>\n<p>* the actual location of this specific undersea reptilian base was  just right on the word &quot;Sea&quot; &#8211; specifically on the first letter &quot;S&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>* one could also describe this location, based on this map, as being  in the East China Sea, on the ocean floor, due east of the city of  Fuzhou, the capital and one of the largest cities in Fujian Province.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe actual efforts to take out this base<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe initial attack on this base began last Wednesday, November 2rd  2011, only a few days after the Gulf of Aden base had been completely  destroyed.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cThey, the people of Procyon in this specific police action, continued  over the course of many days with additional sonic beam strikes in an  attempt to destroy this undersea base. As you can figure out, it took  seven days of literal strikes to finally break through hitting what they  believed was the weakest part of the Reptilian energy shield protecting  this base. Even with this constant pounding, the Reptilians operating  this base did everything possible to keep diverting power from other  areas of their base&#8230; to in effect reinforce and &#39;repair&#39; their energy  shield to keep it going.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;\u201cThe people of Procyon kept striking this area over &amp; over  again, and hitting spots around this area, to weaken it as much as  possible.&#0160; After seven days, they finally broke through, today, Tuesday,  November 8th 2011.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;\u201cThe final strike that punctured the base dome energy shield  resulted in the 6.9 undersea quake. And again, like the base in the Gulf  of Aden, at the moment the final sonic beam strike punctured their  energy shield it created just an amazing decompression resulting in a  6.9 quake on the ocean floor.&#0160; The total resulting collapse &amp;  destruction of this base. And destruction of the transmitter that was  constantly pumping out fear, anxiety, control &amp; manipulation  attenuated frequencies from this undersea base to the Asia continent  reaching from as far north as the Korea&#39;s&#8230; to as far south as Laos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cNote<\/strong>: there is an explanation as to why this was a  much &#39;bigger&#39;, more intense quake than the quake in the Gulf of Aden.  This base was much, much larger than just a &quot;base&quot; in the purest sense.  This was a large complex, with many, many buildings under its dome. It  was the size of a small city, very well fortified, a very large scale  operation, many, many buildings.&#0160; According to the commander of the  Andromeda Council biosphere, and I&#39;ll quote him here, this was \u2018&#8230;the  most fortified base of all the Reptilian undersea bases\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the moment of this final strike, the one that lead to the  destruction of this base, the commander showed me images of massive  explosions, multiple buildings that were simultaneously exploding and\/or  imploding, and collapsing onto themselves.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cLike the last undersea base, with intense pressure this far deep  underwater, once they finally broke though and punctured the energy  shield&#8230; immediately the collapse started to occur, and the remaining  parts of the base collapsed onto itself.&#0160; Water rushing in from  everywhere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSummary conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEveryone should know, the commander also told me there is now an  impression on the ocean floor of where this base used to be, about the  shape of a large shallow bowl that someone would see if they were able  to explore this area.&#0160; Even now that this base is destroyed this  impression exists.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgain, this job done was done by the Procyon people, a senior member  of the Andromeda Council, holding the 4th member seat. I want to give  credit where credit is due.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI asked for a confirmation from the commander that this specific  base had been completely destroyed and that no additional action was  needed. He said, &quot;yes, this base is now completely collapsed &amp;  destroyed&quot;.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cYou should all know, according to the commander, there are some  additional underground &amp; undersea Reptilian lead &amp; controlled  bases that still need to be taken out.&#0160; The Gulf of Aden and the East  China Sea bases were the most challenging, and the most difficult, for  reasons that I outlined in the first report on this topic: <em>&quot;Andromeda Council &#8211; Removing Reptilian Undersea Bases from Middle East &amp; China&quot;<\/em>.&#0160; You can find this story at:&#0160; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/exopolitics-in-seattle\/andromeda-council-removing-reptilian-undersea-bases-from-middle-east-china\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/exopolitics-in-seattle\/andromeda-council-removing-reptilian-undersea-bases-from-middle-east-china<\/a><br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cHowever, he reminded me that the remaining bases will be relatively  easy to take out&#8230; they are just in locations which are much easier to  access, and therefore much easier take out.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cIn closing, the goal of these policing actions by the people of the  Andromeda Council has always been to ensure the complete, total safety  and freedom of all humans on this planet.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cAgain, Earth is our world.&#0160; We have a right determine our future as  free sovereign human beings.&#0160; Taking out these Reptilian bases is one of  the last final steps to ensure our safety &amp; freedom.<\/p>\n<p>[UPDATE &#8211; On Nov. 10, 2011, the human representative of the Andromeda Council forwarded the following Addendum to this reporter]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Addendum<br \/> Clarification of undersea base complex location &amp; quake epicenter.<\/strong><br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;Many days ago on November 2nd while discussing with the commander of  the primary Andromeda Council biosphere the location of the next  undersea base to be taken out&#0160; &#8211; he directed me to look at the  multi-colored map, &quot;Asia_Focus on China_image 1&quot;.&#0160; And, he directed me  to look at an area east of the China coast to a spot in the ocean &#8211; east  of the city of Hangzhou.&#0160; That the undersea Reptilian base would be  located in the area of the word &quot;East&quot;, written in white letters, for  &quot;East China Sea&quot;.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;Then two days ago on November 8th when he directed me to look at that  same map as I listed above, he this time directed me to look east of the  China coast to an area more southern &#8211; east of the city of Fuzhou, a  spot in the ocean&#8230; located on the word &#39;Sea&#39;, written in white  letters, again, for &#39;East China Sea&#39;.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;Some of you are legitimately asking questions as to why the difference in locations.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;Therefore, I took the opportunity today to ask the commander about &#8211;  why the difference in locations.&#0160; It&#39;s a valid question.&#0160; He showed me  some images of what this expansive base used to look like.&#0160; And he gave  me an answer, a legitimate answer.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;I&#39;m going to quote what he said:&quot;<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;&#39;The main base, and largest base out of this whole undersea complex,  where there was a huge generator and where the frequency transmitter was  located, beaming the fear and anxiety frequencies toward mainland  China, this base was in-fact located in the area of the word &quot;East&quot; &#8211; as  I showed Tolec on the map.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;&#39;Running south from this main base was a very large complex of tunnels  with multiple buildings, some large, some smaller.&#0160; Think of the large  complex of underground tunnels &amp; bases that used to exist beneath  your state of New Mexico, underground, in the United States.&#0160; I provide  this image to you as an analogy.&#0160; Again, keep in mind this specific  undersea base off of the coast of China was a large, large complex, the  largest of them all on your planet.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> &quot;&#39;The actual area just north of the word &quot;Sea&quot; was the terminus for  where this base complex ended. I want to go on record by saying: I sincerely do not ask you to  absolutely believe or disbelieve the information I have been learning  &amp; reporting with the help of my five (5) contacts with the Andromeda  Council on their primary biosphere over the past year &amp; 2 months,  and with Alfred Webre&#39;s help. If you are interested enough to listen, it  resonates with you and improves your knowledge base, that&#39;s great. I  fully realize there is a lot of material I have covered.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;\u201cMore important, I encourage every single person to do their own  independent research, look for trends, information that &#39;matches up&#39;.  But most important, use your own internal intuition to determine what  information is right for you, or not.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c2.) I take personal time out of my life&#8230; to report what I learn  from various key members of the Andromeda Council, and the commander of  the primary biosphere where many of the meetings are held. For first  time listeners &amp; readers, these people on the Andromeda Council are  primarily 4th &amp; 5th dimensional human beings.<\/p>\n<p>I do my best to report what I learn in the most timely manner  possible. I&#39;m very deliberate and very concerned with the accuracy of  the information I learn from my Andromeda Council contacts&#8230; before I  finally record it, and it&#39;s released. You should know I typically triple  check with them what I&#39;ve learn&#8230; before I finally write it up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c3.) I&#39;m in my early 50s, have a very busy professional career, and a  very full personal life. With 20 plus years in the computer software  industry &#8211; in my &#39;day job&#39; as a senior operations officer for our firm, I  do this kind of work day-in and day-out&#8230; ensuring what we learn is  accurate, so we can make on-going internal adjustments, and implement  new procedures &amp; protocols for our firm. And I do my job well so  that my guys, the other senior members on our management team have the  necessary facts they need&#8230; so we can make good decisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c4.) This work I do, reporting what I&#39;ve learned from my Andromeda  Council contacts&#8230; it&#39;s no different. I take it very seriously. And as a  result, I now have a second job, this one. I report and pass on to you a  lot of very valuable information&#8230; simply because I believe it&#39;s  critical to our evolution. You have no idea how much work this takes. I  don&#39;t get paid a dime for it. And I don&#39;t have time to mess around, or  to invent stuff about what I&#39;m learning. Someone commented, I&#39;m going to paraphrase here, \u2018Tolec is  focusing on the negative. Why doesn&#39;t he focus on positive things, on  the light\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI&#39;ve provided six (6) prior extensive interviews that became news  stories. Two (2) of the middle stories focused solely on what life will  be like for people once Earth begins vibrating as a 4th dimensional  world&#8230; and about amazing natural capabilities we will have as 4th  dimensional humans like: telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, and  coupled with extra long, and highly enlighten lives.<\/p>\n<p>&#0160;\u201cThis specific story about the destruction of an undersea reptilian  base off of the coast of China, just like the one about the base in the  Gulf of Aden&#8230; it&#39;s simply a follow-up to the on-going work of the  Andromeda Council. And the people of Procyon taking a leadership role in  the actual taking out of these bases. The work they do is very  difficult.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c6.) Moreover, the Andromeda Council has committed from the  beginning, and they&#39;re keeping their commitment, to help bring freedom  to the people of Earth. The final phase of this clean up effort is to  remove from this planet from some really bad news reptilians, those from  Draco &amp; Hydra, and their associates the Greys, who&#39;ve manipulated  the people of this planet for thousands of years. They&#39;ve sent out  highly agitating, anger &amp; fear based energy frequencies from hidden  underground &amp; undersea bases for far too long. One day of this kind  of messing with humanity is too much. That it&#39;s happened for thousands  of years, that&#39;s just wrong! Just as bad as the fact that it&#39;s been  happening&#8230; is that its been a quietly done, a subversive effort&#8230; a  means to negatively influence &amp; control Earth people around the  globe. Not everyone, but many.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThink of all the people on this planet who&#39;ve been affected by these  negative energies transmitted from these bases. Think of all the wars  on this planet that have been started. Think about all of the people  that have died due to these wars&#8230; most likely artificially induced  because of these Reptilian controlled negative energy beacons  transmitting these frequencies. It&#39;s not right!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs I said last time, Earth is our planet. We have a right to live as  free sovereign human beings on OUR PLANET&#8230; without being negatively  interfered or messed with by some reptilians &#8211; who&#39;d really prefer that  their lives continue as normal, so they can continue enjoying their fear  based &#39;energy drink&#39;, their version of amphetamines if you will &#8211; our  own human fear &amp; anger based emotions. This has got to end.<br \/> &#0160;<br \/> \u201cThe destruction of these underground &amp; undersea bases&#8230; this is  the final clean up phase of the war in space by affiliated planets of  the Andromeda Council&#8230; to help free the people of Earth. With no remorse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have no personal criticism of all reptilian races. I actually  enjoy very much learning about the cultural diversity of many, many  races. More over, I am also personally aware of one very intelligent,  kind &amp; noble reptilian race. They are vegetarians. They do not eat  meat. Independent evidence\/Convergence<\/strong> \u2013 There is no  independent evidence of the actual communications from a reported  Andromeda Council extraterrestrial representative regarding the  destruction of reported East China undersea Draco and Hydra reptilian  base at the time of the Nov. 8, 2011 6.9 East China Sea earthquake. The  evidence that exists are Tolec\u2019s communications to us of experiences and  communications he is having with the reported Andromeda Council  extraterrestrial representatives themselves.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, the location of the East China Sea reptilian undersea  base as reported by the Andromeda Council is almost identical to (within  200 miles of) the epicenter of the earthquake as reported by the US  Geological Survey.&#0160; This convergence adds a measure of credulity to the  possible reality of the Andromeda Council as the actual source of the  communication, and of the veracity of the reported destruction of the  reptilian base.<\/p>\n<p>One can also evaluate the possible reality of the reported Andromeda  Council scenario for destruction of the East China Sea undersea  reptilian base by testing its congruence with other independent findings  or reliable assertions.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>USGS live internet Seismic Server records energy pulse accompanying 6.9 East China Sea quake as \u201cplanet-wide\u201d &#8211; <\/strong>The  USGS internet Seismic server recorded an energy pulse accompanying the  Nov. 8 6.9 East China Sea quake as &quot;planet-wide&quot;.&#0160; According to a  knowledgeable observer, such a &quot;planet-wide&quot; energy pulse is quite  rare.&#0160; It is reasonable to correlate this energy pulse as documented by  the USGS data readout as related to a possible use of sonic beam weapons  by the reported Procyon representatives on the Andromeda Council.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Accurate prediction of location of Gulf of Aden and East China Sea earthquakes &#8211; <\/strong>The  Andromeda Council source accurately predicted the exact location of the  epicenter of the (a) Oct. 31, 2011 Gulf of Aden undersea quake, and (b)  the approximate location of the Nov. 8, 2011 undersea quake and  identified the epicenter of the Nov. 8, 2011 East China Sea quake, with a  margin of error of 200 miles, as the reported location of a Draco &amp;  Hydra reptilian base.&#0160; The accurate prediction of the location of the  earthquakes does not definitively prove the destruction of the reptilian  East China Sea undersea base. The discovery of the reported &quot;impression  on the ocean floor of where this base used to be, about the shape of a  large shallow bowl that someone would see if they were able to explore  this area&quot; would provide additional corroborative evidence that a  structure was indeed destroyed as described.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Congruent independent analysis regarding advanced ET frequency weapons destroying reptilian deep bases at multiple locations<\/strong> \u2013 Independent researchers have come to similar conclusions that  previous Andromeda Council sonic beam weapons against deep bases under  Washington, DC, Denver, CO and elsewhere are the result of advanced ET  frequency weapons.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that the Andromeda Council\u2019s  police action with sonic beam weapons may have resulted in the  destruction of the deep reptilian bases under Washington, DC on Aug. 23,  2011, under Denver, CO and elsewhere in the USA.<\/p>\n<p>It is reasonable also to conclude that these same galactic governance  Andromeda Council sonic beam weapons systems and methods were applied  in destroying the Gulf of Aden undersea reptilian base on Oct. 31, 2011,  and the East China Sea undersea reptilian base on Nov. 8. 2011.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.&#0160; Congruency by effects<\/strong> \u2013 The Andromeda Council  source indicates that the August 23, 2011 Virginia earthquake was  correlated with the destruction of reptilian and New World Order bases  under Washington, D.C. that engaged in mind control and a New World  Order (reptilian) agenda with elements within the U.S. government.&#0160; The  Oct. 31, 2011 Gulf of Aden earthquake and the Nov. 8, 2011 East China  earthquake were correlated with the destruction of the reptilian  undersea bases creating conflict and fear in the Middle East and Asia,  respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The destruction of these three major bases, formerly sources of  reptilian-triggered conflict and fear in human society and major  platforms for the roll-out of the New World Order reptilian agenda,  should now show up as a more positive, less conflict-filled human  timeline.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong>Andromeda Council vs. Council of 8<\/strong>: Interdimensional and\/or interstellar phenomena? &#8211; Starting in mid-2010 this reporter interacted with former NORAD officer <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.google.com\/site\/challengesofchange\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Stanley A.
