Governor  Cavazos attended an opening dinner for Exopolitics Week that took place  in the historic village of Comala, the setting for author Juan Rulfo\u2019s  widely known novel, <a href=\"http:\/\/http\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/38787.Pedro_P_ramo\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Pedro Parama<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Silverio attended Alfred Lambremont Webre\u2019s exopolitics lecture at  the University of Colima, and hosted the <a href=\"http:\/\/exopolitics.blogs.com\/exopolitica_mexico\/2010\/11\/bienvenido-a-exopol%C3%ADtica-m%C3%A9xico.html\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">National Council<\/a> of Exopolitica  Mexico at a private  dinner at his home at the conclusion of the week.&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Investigators, who have released a <a href=\"http:\/\/http\/\/www.cronica.com.mx\/nota.php?id_nota=546170\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">composite sketch<\/a> of the assassin,  have not publicly  announced any motives or leads in the assassination, and they have <a href=\"http:\/\/http\/\/www.eluniversal.com.mx\/notas\/725253.html\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">ruled out any drug-related connection<\/a> and any <a href=\"http:\/\/www.informador.com.mx\/mexico\/2010\/251604\/6\/descartan-tinte-politico-en-homicidio-de-cavazos.htm\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">political motivation<\/a> to the  assassination.<\/p>\n<p>At the private dinner at his home on Nov. 18, Governor Cavazos told  Alfred Lambremont Webre that he did not plan to retire from politics,  that he planned to run for Senator, and if possible, he planned to run  for President of Mexico in 2018, or in 2024.&#0160; Mexican <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/President_of_Mexico\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">presidents<\/a> enjoy 6 years terms of office, without reelection.<\/p>\n<p>Former Governor Cavazos was governor of Colima state during  2005-2009, and it is a political tradition in Colima for the outgoing  Governor to function informally as Governor and tutor the incoming  Governor for two years after his term of office, according to political  observers.<\/p>\n<p>Members of Exopolitica Mexico\u2019s national council, <a href=\"http:\/\/http\/\/exopolitics.blogs.com\/exopolitica_mexico\/2010\/11\/ruben-tawa-martinez-consejo-nacional-de-exopolitica-de-mexico.html\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Ruben \u2018Tawa\u2019 Martinez<\/a>, a prominent  Colima-based TV  host, journalist, and part of the political group \u2018Los Tenaces\u2019, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.espacioalternativo.tv\/datos%20de%20contacto.htm\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Daniel Mu\u00f1oz <\/a>, a Cuernavaca-based TV  personality and  researcher and author on extraterrestrial life, and Exopolitics author <a href=\"http:\/\/http\/\/exopolitics.blogs.com\/exopolitics\/2010\/11\/alfred-lambremont-webre-jd-med-fundador-de-la-.html\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Alfred Lambremont Webre<\/a> issued a  statement of  condolence on the tragic loss of Governor Cavazos as a political and  exopolitical leader in Colima, Mexico and the world.&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Exopolitica Mexico announced the dedication to the memory of  \u2018Governor Silverio\u2019 of the <strong><em>1st Latin American Exopolitical  Congress<\/em><\/strong>, to be held in Mexico City in the fall of 2011.&#0160;
