Dennis J. Gallagher<\/a>, a former Denver city councilman, and now the elected City Auditor of Denver, Colo., has predicted that Initiative 300, the Nov. 2, 2010 ballot initiative for the creation of an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission for the City of Denver, Colorado, \u2018is going to pass\u2019 in the general election to be held on November 2, 2010.<\/p>\n

This revelation came in an exclusive ExopoliticsTV interview with Jeff Peckman, chief proponent of Initiative 300 that Examiner.com readers can view in the article below.<\/p>\n

Mr. Peckman also discusses two key endorsements of Initiative 300<\/a>, as well as his views on what the legacy of the two-year campaign to secure an Extraterrestrial Affairs commission in Denver will be.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2019I support Initiative 300 to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission and I encourage people to vote yes,\u2019 says Veronica Barela, CEO and Executive Director of NEWSED, a major community development organization. Latinos account for about 30% of the Denver population over age 18 who are eligible to vote. The Denver Post has referred to Veronica Barela as \u2018Denver\u2019s West Side power broker\u2019. NEWSED is also the organizer of Denver\u2019s Cinco de Mayo celebration which draws around 300,000 annually to Civic Center Park in Denver.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2019From a fully conscious place deep in my heart I support Initiative 300 to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission and to create this as a public acknowledgment that they [ETs] do exist,\u2019 says Michael Newell, Former Denver Police Officer Michael Newell had friendly encounters with five extraterrestrial races during a 24-hour period which included September 11, 2001. Newell is a former Army C.I.D. (Criminal Investigation Division) Agent, Viet Nam Veteran, police officer, and advisor to international clientele on management of counter-terrorism, stalking, and conflict management. Michael Newell has helped change \u201cstalker\u201d laws and saved lives. He has been featured on CBS News "48 Hours" and was referred to as \u2018The Real-Life Equalizer\u2019. He was also honored as an \u201cEveryday Hero\u201d by ABC TV affiliate Channel 7 \u2013 The Denver Channel.\u201d<\/p>\n
