During the show,<br \/>\nchilling <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/x-48237-Vancouver-UFO-Examiner%7Ey2010m5d10-UFO-Video-Inspires-Secret-Mars-Messages\" target=\"_blank\">secret<br \/>\nmessages<\/a> encrypted in the prisoner&#39;s spoken comments were revealed<br \/>\nwhen the videotapes were played in reverse. These messages described the<br \/>\nworst <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/BC_Missing_Women_Investigation\" target=\"_blank\">serial<br \/>\nkiller<\/a> case in Canadian history in a context of ritual murder and<br \/>\nblood sacrifice. In his remarks, Mr. Webre reflected on how the<br \/>\nmirror-encrypted messages revealed that Pickton was not acting alone,<br \/>\nbut through connections with a <a href=\"http:\/\/webcache.googleusercontent.com\/search?q=cache:E0kLhWwRXvsJ:www.nytimes.com\/packages\/pdf\/national\/13inmate_ProjectMKULTRA.pdf+project+mkultra&amp;cd=6&amp;hl=en&amp;ct=clnk&amp;gl=ca&amp;client=firefox-a\" target=\"_blank\">Project<br \/>\nMKULTRA<\/a>-like Canadian <a href=\"http:\/\/www.salon.com\/news\/opinion\/glenn_greenwald\/2010\/04\/07\/assassinations\" target=\"_blank\">domestic<br \/>\nassassination<\/a> program targeting economically vulnerable Aboriginal<br \/>\nwomen.<\/p>\n<p>The soundtrack of this show will also be broadcast on<br \/>\nVancouver Coop Radio, CFRO 102.7 FM <a href=\"http:\/\/www.coopradio.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.coopradio.org<\/a> on Monday August<br \/>\n16, 2010 at Noon \u2013 1 PM Pacific.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Message in the<br \/>\nmirror<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The messages detected in Pickton&#39;s voice were<br \/>\ndiscovered during a study that monitored the mirror-filtered audio<br \/>\nwaveforms of the soundtracks from the interview video tapes. This<br \/>\nprocedure has been publicly demonstrated as effective in near real-time<br \/>\ndetection of factual military, forensic, clinical and executive<br \/>\nintelligence.<\/p>\n<p>In the last decade this reporter Jon Kelly has<br \/>\nreceived international radio and television coverage for providing<br \/>\nforensic analysis in a number of high-profile cases including Bonnie Lee<br \/>\nBakley (Robert Blake), Kobe Bryant, the BTK Killer, Waco, the Jonestown<br \/>\nMassacre and the Cell Phone Stalker. <br \/>   On one occasion,<br \/>\nSheriff&#39;s department insiders spoke off the record to one radio host for<br \/>\na Denver, CO news-talk radio station, explaining how this reporter&#39;s<br \/>\nanalysis of Kobe Bryant&#39;s public apology described details of the 2003<br \/>\nsexual assault complaint known only to police investigators.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Canada&#39;s<br \/>\nworst?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Robert_Pickton\" target=\"_blank\">source<\/a><br \/>\ndescribes<br \/>\nRobert Pickton as \u201c&#8230; a former pig farmer and serial killer convicted<br \/>\nof the second-degree murders of six women. He is also charged in the<br \/>\ndeaths of an additional twenty women, many of them prostitutes and drug<br \/>\nusers from Vancouver&#39;s Downtown Eastside. In December 2007 he was<br \/>\nsentenced to life in prison, with no possibility of parole for 25 years \u2013<br \/>\nthe longest sentence available under Canadian law for murder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring<br \/>\nthe trial&#39;s first day of jury evidence, January 22, 2007, the Crown<br \/>\nstated he confessed to forty-nine murders to an undercover police<br \/>\nofficer posing as a cellmate. The Crown reported that Pickton told the<br \/>\nofficer that he wanted to kill another woman to make it an even 50, and<br \/>\nthat he was caught because he was &quot;sloppy&quot;.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vancouversun.com\/Video+Robert+Pickton+prison+video\/3369750\/story.html\" target=\"_blank\">cellmate<br \/>\ninterview tapes<\/a> were released on Friday.
