Basiago chosen #1 UFO story of 2008<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>An apparent active industrial site on the surface of Mars<br \/>\nwith a \u201clarge nozzle shooting a liquid spray\u201d onto an apparent<br \/>\nindustrial waste area has been successfully located and explored in<br \/>\nremote viewing study conducted by the <a href=\"http:\/\/farsight.org\/demo\/Mysteries\/Mysteries_1\/Mysteries_Project_1.html\" target=\"_blank\">Farsight Institute<\/a> in March 2010 using nine highly<br \/>\ntrained remote viewers and methodologies developed by the U.S.<br \/>\nmilitary.&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>According to<br \/>\nthe <a href=\"http:\/\/farsight.org\/demo\/Mysteries\/Mysteries_1\/Mysteries_Project_1.html\" target=\"_blank\">Farsight<br \/>\nInstitute<\/a>, the original discovery of the active industrial site and<br \/>\ngiant<br \/>\nnozzle spray \u201cwas made by [Mars anomaly researcher] <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marsanomalyresearch.com\/evidence-reports\/2001\/029\/huge_nozzle.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Patrick<br \/>\nSkipper<\/a>\u201d from photographs of the site taken by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.msss.com\/moc_gallery\/m07_m12\/images\/M11\/M1100099.html\" target=\"_blank\">Jet<br \/>\nPropulsion Laboratories (JPL).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Reporter Alfred<br \/>\nLambremont Webre attended a July 6, 2010 Montreal presentation of the<br \/>\nresults Mars remote viewing study by <a href=\"http:\/\/farsight.org\/demo\/Mysteries\/Mysteries_1\/Mysteries_Project_1.html\" target=\"_blank\">Dr.<br \/>\nCourtney Brown<\/a>, and the following is based on his notes.<\/p>\n<p>During<br \/>\nthe presentation, Dr. Brown indicated that tentative results of the<br \/>\nstudy, based on high clarity scores of the remote viewing sessions,<br \/>\nincluded the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;A large dome at the site is an<br \/>\nartificial structure;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;Tunnels connect various chambers<br \/>\nat the site;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;The original builders of the site were<br \/>\nancient;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;Current occupants of the site do not understand<br \/>\nits original technology;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;The level of the original<br \/>\ntechnology is high;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;There is a shortage of spare parts<br \/>\nat the site;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;The site may be used for power or energy<br \/>\ngeneration;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;There are intense flashing lights at the<br \/>\nsite;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;There is a sense of despondency among the<br \/>\noccupants of the site;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;There is a laboratory setting at<br \/>\nthe site, occupants wear uniforms, and there are more men than women;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;The site occupants view this as a hardship post;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160;<br \/>\n&#0160;The site occupants cannot return home and knew that when they<br \/>\naccepted;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;There is No ET (extraterrestrial) content<br \/>\ndetected at the site;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;The occupants at the site could be<br \/>\nhuman;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;The occupants of the site are of unknown origin;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160; &#0160;The site may be a black budget operation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022&#0160;&#0160;<br \/>\n&#0160;The remote viewing interpretations of the site may be a decoding error.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Corroboration<br \/>\nof Mars whistleblowers&#0160;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As<br \/>\ndiscussed in this Examiner.com article, the results of this independent<br \/>\nremote viewing study of the Figure A Mars active industrial site appears<br \/>\nto provide corroboration of eyewitness testimony given to reporter<br \/>\nAlfred Lambremont Webre by whistleblowers who have visited or been<br \/>\nstationed at secret, black budget installations.&#0160;<\/p>\n<p>Dr.<br \/>\nCourtney Brown indicated to Alfred Lambremont Webre that he was unaware<br \/>\nof the testimony of these independent Mars whistleblowers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/x-2912-Seattle-Exopolitics-Examiner%7Ey2010m3d28-Andrew-D-Basiago-and-Laura-Magdalene-Eisenhower-reveal-Marsgate-surrounding-secret-colony-on-Mars\" target=\"_blank\">Independent<br \/>\nMars whistleblowers<\/a> include former U.S. serviceman Michael Relfe,<br \/>\nformer DARPA Project Pegasus participant Andrew D. Basiago, and former<br \/>\nDOD scientist Arthur Neumann.&#0160; Michael Relfe has stated he was stationed<br \/>\nfor 20 years (Mars time) at a U.S. secret installation on Mars.&#0160; Andrew<br \/>\nD. Basiago has stated he visited U.S. secret installations on Mars<br \/>\ntwice in 1981.&#0160; Arthur Neumann has stated he visited Mars for a project<br \/>\nmeeting at a secret U.S. installation at which Martian extraterrestrials<br \/>\nwere present.&#0160; All three whistleblowers independently state they were<br \/>\ntransported to and from the U.S. secret Martian installations via<br \/>\nteleportation facilities.&#0160; A fourth whistleblower, Laura Magdalene<br \/>\nEisenhower, great granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D.
