Part 2<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>A<br \/>\nhyperdimensional UFO in over flight approximately one mile south east of<br \/>\nthe White House in Washington, DC appears to have fired a ray of light<br \/>\nor directed energy beam in the vicinity of the White House. &#0160;<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\nincident, which occurred on July 20, 2010 at 3:18 AM, was photographed<br \/>\nin high-speed, high definition photographs by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.examiner.com\/x-2912-Seattle-Exopolitics-Examiner%7Ey2010m5d19-Obama-adviser-says-UFODCdocumented-UFOET-landings-on-US-Capitol-could-destabilize-society\" target=\"_blank\">Wilbur<br \/>\n\u201cWill\u201d Allen<\/a>, a former White House employee and Air Force One<br \/>\nengineer under U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill<br \/>\nClinton.&#0160; Mr. Allen is also a talented professional photographer for<br \/>\nmajor motion picture studios such as Warner Brothers and record labels<br \/>\nsuch as DefJam.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Allen<a href=\"http:\/\/exopoliticaargentina.webs.com\/index.htm#608310852\" target=\"_blank\"> states<\/a>,<br \/>\n\u201cOn July 20, 2010 at 3:18:07 AM in NW Washington DC, a relatively short<br \/>\ndistance from the White House, I imaged a slow moving UFO pulse through<br \/>\nthe sky, and then [observed the UFO] fire an energy beam which extended<br \/>\nfrom it.\u201d&#0160; Mr. Allan also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/video\/video.php?v=410345549194#%21\/video\/video.php?v=409746349194\" target=\"_blank\">states<\/a>,<br \/>\n\u201cI took several stationary images of the stars as I usually do.<br \/>\nHowever, there is one object I thought to be a star, moving and then<br \/>\ndischarging a beam of light!!!&#8230;. There is one frame that does not make<br \/>\nmuch sense? A Star is either moving or shooting a beam of light that is<br \/>\n\u2018bent\u2019?
