Anthony
\nKane<\/a>, a black American relative of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
\n(former recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize) and reported continuing
\ncontactee of representatives of an apparent extraterrestrial,
\nhyperdimensional governance authority known as the \u201cCouncil of Twelve,\u201d
\nhas delivered a number of specific datelines and predicted developments
\nconcerning a dimensional shift which Earth and human consciousness is
\nnow undergoing in relation to the year 2012, according to information
\nMr. Kane received from the \u201cCouncil of Twelve.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr. Kane describes
\nthe \u201cCouncil of Twelve\u201d as stating that during the nine days from
\nDecember 12, 2012 (12\/12\/12) to December 21, 2012, the planet Earth
\nwill split dimensionally into two separate Earths, each of which has
\ndifferent dimensional frequencies.  Mr. Kane describes this as a
\nprocess analogous to the way that a single cell can split into two
\ncells.<\/p>\n

According to the \u201cCouncil of Twelve,\u201d humans with a
\nconsciousness anchored in fear will remain in the third dimensional
\nEarth.  Individuals who are experiencing a \u201cconscious awakening\u201d and
\nputting an effort into being conscious of the shift will migrate into
\nthe new dimension of the fifth dimensional Earth.  <\/p>\n

Mr. Kane made
\nthese declarations in an in-depth 60-minute ExopoliticsRadio.org
\ninterview<\/a> with reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre, which is available

In a previous
\nExopoliticsRadio.org interview<\/a>, Mr. Kane reported his original
\ncontact in 2002 in Seattle, WA with the \u201cCouncil of Twelve\u201d and on the
\ntraining his multi-dimensional hosts have been giving him for a
\ndimensional shift that planet Earth and all living creatures are now
\nundergoing.  Mr. Kane reported being dimensionally transported to many
\ndifferent worlds, and to meeting with an interdimensional society and
\nguide.  Mr. Kane also reported his initial contacts by the \u201cCouncil of
\nTwelve\u201d were monitored by U.S. military intelligence (who track the
\n\u201cCouncil of Twelve\u2019s\u201d incursions into Earth\u2019s dimension).  Mr. Kane
\nrecounts how U.S. military intelligence networks then targeted him and
\nultimately unsuccessfully attempted to assassinate him.  Mr. Kane now
\nlives in another country.<\/p>\n

The content of Mr. Kane\u2019s messages from
\nthe \u201cCouncil of Twelve\u201d is congruent with the content of the findings
\nof scientists such as Dr.
\nCarl Johan Calleman<\/a>, who is studying a shift of human consciousness
\nas it occurs during this similar 2012-related time period. <\/p>\n

\ndigital formats, predicts Mayan calendar expert Dr. Carl Johan Calleman.
\nThese social breakdowns are part of a period of transformation to a new
\nera, characterized by sharing rather than individual ownership, and by
\nhigher human universal consciousness. The pace of extraterrestrial
\ndisclosure is expected to accelerate after Nov. 2, 2010.  Using the time
\nacceleration matrices of the Mayan calendar, Dr. Calleman correctly
\npredicted the first phase of the global financial collapse for the
