Fresh from eliciting
\npolarized public responses to public statements
\nurging humanity to avoid any contact with extraterrestrial civilizations
\non the grounds that all such contact may be dangerous, scientist
\nStephen Hawking, for over 30 years Lucasian professor of mathematics at
\nCambridge University, has now weighed in on the theoretical and
\noperational reality of time travel<\/a> as part of his Discovery Channel
\ndocumentary series.<\/p>\n

As Examiner.com reported<\/a>, Hawking\u2019s blanket negative statements
\nabout the intentions of extraterrestrial civilizations are reminiscent
\nof U.S. and U.K. military-intelligence propaganda supporting the
\nweaponization of space and a false flag war against extraterrestrials. 
\nProf. Hawking said, \u201cWe only have to look at ourselves to see how
\nintelligent life might develop into something we wouldn\u2019t want to meet. I
\nimagine they might exist in massive ships, having used up all the
\nresources from their home planet. Such advanced aliens would perhaps
\nbecome nomads, looking to conquer and colonise whatever planets they can
\nreach.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Prof. Hawking\u2019s statements on time travel can
\nbeen
\nseen in a segment (Episode 1-5) of the Discovery Channel documentary
\nembedded in the article below.  In the documentary<\/a> segment, Prof. Hawking first affirms
\nthe theoretical reality of time travel.  He then describes (and the
\ndocumentary depicts) a theoretical time-travel portal in terms that are
\nvery similar to secret U.S. government time travel portals described by
\nindependent whistle blowers from U.S. time travel projects, Andrew D.
\nBasiago, a Cambridge University graduate and former DARPA Project
\nPegasus time travel participant, and former U.S. serviceman Michael
\nRelfe. <\/p>\n

Although the literature<\/a> about Mr. Basiago\u2019s and Mr. Relfe\u2019s
\noperational time travel experiences in secret U.S. government programs
\nis readily available and would come up in any scientific due diligence
\n\u201cGoogle\u201d search by Prof. Hawking, Prof. Hawking goes on to postulate
\nthat \u201ctime travel wormholes\u201d occur only at the quantum level and are
\n\u201cone billion trillionth trillionth of a centimeter\u201d in diameter. 
\nScience would have to expand these \u201ctime travel wormholes\u201d to human size
\nfor time travel to be possible, according to Prof. Hawking.<\/p>\n

According to Andrew D. Basiago, in the quantum access technology<\/a> developed by the U.S.
\ngovernment, vortal tunnels are opened in time-space via Tesla-based
\nteleporters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It is reasonable to ask why Prof. Hawking,
\nwho
\nfirst portrays time travel as possible and describes a realistic time
\ntravel portal almost factually would then postulate a situation so
\ndrastically at odds with what is now real \u2013 that the U.S. government has
\nsecretly had an operational time travel capability for more than 40
\nyears.<\/p>\n

Are Prof. Hawking\u2019s statements negating the operational
\nreality of quantum access time travel technology due to (1) an
\noversight, (2) faulty scientific due diligence, (3) a \u201cparadigm\u201d gap on
\nProf. Hawking\u2019s part, (4) his ignorance of the \u201cwhistle blower\u201d
\nphenomenon regarding quantum access technologies (and extraterrestrial
\ncivilizations), or (5) an intentional misleading of the world population
\nas to the state of quantum access technologies such as teleportation
\nand time travel?<\/p>\n
