This article is the third of a
\nmulti-part series on secret technologies, their application to the
\nevents of September 11, 2001, and the consequent implications for our
\nsociety.<\/em><\/p>\n

A Memorandum
\nto the U.S. Congress <\/a>presented to then incoming Chairman of the
\nU.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, Rep.
\nJohn Conyers, Jr. (D-Mich)<\/a>, following the November 2006 mid-term
\nelections sets out prima facie<\/em> evidence for the appointment of
\nan independent prosecutor to prosecute then U.S. President George W.
\nBush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, and Secretary of Defense Donald
\nH. Rumsfeld and numerous Jane and John Does for treason under Article
\nIII (3) of the U.S. Constitution for acts committed on September 11,
\n2001.<\/p>\n

Article III (3)<\/a>
\nof the U.S. Constitution provides: "Sect. 3. Treason against the
\nUnited States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in
\nadhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall
\nbe convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the
\nsame overt act, or on open confession in open court.<\/em>"<\/p>\n

United
\nStates v. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, et al.<\/a> is the upcoming trial of
\nfive alleged Al-Qaeda members for \u201cmasterminding\u201d the September 11, 2001
\nattacks. Regardless of whether U.S. President Barack H. Obama chooses
\nto have these defendants tried in a U.S. Military Commission or in a
\nU.S. Federal court, the Memorandum to the U.S. Congress contains prima
\nfacie<\/em> evidence that the sitting U.S. President, Vice President,
\nand Secretary of Defense committed actionable Article III (3) treason on
\n9\/11. Consequently, one can characterize the forthcoming trial in United
\nStates v. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, et al.<\/a> as a political show trial,
\nno different in effect \u2013 the wrongful execution of the defendants and
\nthe attempted hoodwinking of the U.S. and world population \u2013 from other
\npolitical show trials in recent history.<\/p>\n

There is a substantial
\nsegment of U.S. and world public opinion that believes that 9\/11 was a
\nfalse flag operation. In a 2006 paper entitled, \u201cFalse
\nFlag
\nOperations, 9\/11, and the Exopolitical Perspective<\/a>\u201d, Dr. Michael E.
\nSalla writes:  \u201cAccording to an August 2006 Scripps Howard\/Ohio
\nUniversity national survey, 36% of Americans believe 9-11 was an \u2018inside
\njob\u2019 with government agencies complicit in what occurred.  A Zogby poll
\nin May 2006 found that 42% of Americans believed that official
\nexplanations and the 9-11 Commission were covering up the truth.\u201d<\/p>\n
