Independent
\nMars colony recruits Andrew D. Basiago<\/a> and Laura Magdalene Eisenhower<\/a> have confirmed the
\nexistence of a secret human survival colony on Mars in a joint
\nappearance on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre.<\/a><\/p>\n

Mr. Basiago, 48, a
\nCambridge-educated lawyer who practices law in Washington State, was a
\nchild participant in the DARPA time travel program Project Pegasus
\n(1968-72) and later teleported to a U.S. base on Mars twice in 1981.Ms.
\nEisenhower, 36, the great-granddaughter of U.S. President Dwight D.
\nEisenhower, was the subject of a sophisticated attempt to recruit her
\ninto the secret Mars colony in 2006 that she broke free from after
\nresisting its deeply rooted manipulations and chose to live out her
\ndestiny on Earth<\/p>\n

They described how the secret Mars colony is
\nfunded by black budget military and intelligence sources as a survival
\nmechanism for the human genome in the event that solar flares, nuclear
\nwar, or some other cataclysm ends human life on Earth.<\/p>\n

In the
\nwide-ranging, three-hour interview, Mr. Basiago termed the cover-up of
\nthe Mars colony \u201cMarsgate\u201d and called for a Congressional investigation
\nof the U.S. presence on Mars, with its emphasis on military occupation
\nrather than diplomatic engagement of the indigenous human society living
\nin underground cities beneath the surface of Mars.<\/p>\n

Ms.
\nEisenhower stated that \u201cAlternative 3\u201d \u2013 the notion that trillions of
\ndollars of resources should be spent to protect human life by placing it
\non Mars \u2013 should give way to \u201cAlternative 4,\u201d a new public awakening to
\nachieve a sustainable civilization on Earth.<\/p>\n

Their historic,
\ninteractive expos\u00e9 of Marsgate on Exopolitics Radio<\/a> was based on direct personal
\nexperience.  For Mr. Basiago, this consisted of the two trips that he
\ntook to Mars<\/a> in 1981, when, at age 19, he walked on the
\nsurface of the Martian terrain after teleporting there from a CIA
\nfacility in El Segundo, California.  For Ms. Eisenhower, this consisted
\nof clandestine efforts that were made in 2006, when she was 33, to
\ninfiltrate her personal life and recruit her as a member of the secret Mars colony<\/a>.  She was recruited for a
\nmission that would travel to Mars and learned that a colony had been
\nunder development there for several decades.  It wasn't until later that
\nshe found the connection between the mission and the colony, in very
\nsignificant ways.<\/p>\n

During the interview<\/a>, the two emerging figures in the
\nDisclosure Movement discussed their opposition to factors guiding the
\nsecret Mars colony. These include fear, secrecy, psychological
\nmanipulation of recruits, and the abuse of quantum access technologies
\nand other covert methods to identify potential colonists.  Mr. Basiago
\nspeculated that the Mars colony is being staffed by individuals who
\ndescend from specific Aryan bloodlines that contain a Martian genetic
\nsubstrate and that do not represent the genetic diversity of the entire
\nhuman race on Earth.  Ms. Eisenhower, agreeing, also was exposed to and
\nunderstood the archetypal aspects and significance of it. They suggested
\nthat this policy be reconsidered.  In various venues, Mr. Basiago, Ms.
\nEisenhower, and this reporter have advocated a treaty between Earth and
\nMars society that would establish a Mars protectorate and normalize
\ndiplomatic recognition and immigration between the two planets.<\/p>\n

Following
\nthe interview, Mr. Basiago and Ms. Eisenhower issued a joint statement
\nabout human survival colonies on other planets.<\/p>\n

It is a
\npositive thing for the human race to put survival colonies on other
\nplanets.  Earth has been struck by many cataclysms in the past, and so
\nwe should protect the human genome by placing human settlements on other
\ncelestial bodies.  Yet, when secrecy surrounding such projects tempts
\ngovernment to rob the free will of individuals, and excludes humanity
\nfrom debating a subject that implicates the whole human future, and
\ndiverts the destiny of a planet to serve an off-planet agenda, the
\nconscience of a free people requires that such projects be undertaken in
\nthe bright sunshine of public scrutiny, not within the dark corridors
\nof the military-industrial complex.<\/em><\/p>\n
