This is the first of a multi-part series on
\nquantum access technologies, their application to the events of
\nSeptember 11, 2001, and the consequent implications for our society.<\/em><\/p>\n

In
\na 2006 paper entitled, \u201cFalse
\nFlag Operations, 9\/11, and the Exopolitical Perspective<\/em><\/a>\u201d, Dr.
\nMichael E. Salla identifies five exopolitical factors behind false flag
\noperations, including the false flag operation of September 11, 2001.
\nAlthough Dr. Salla identifies exotic scalar weapons as the \u201cfourth
\nexopolitical facto<\/a>r\u201d in false flag operations, his 2006 article
\ndoes not disclose how exopolitically-related factors specifically may
\nhave played out in the case of 9\/11.<\/p>\n

Since then, a key whistle
\nblower, Andrew D. Basiago<\/a>, has emerged with evidence that
\nsecret U.S. time travel technologies were used as early as 1971 to
\nacquire first-hand documentary knowledge about September 11, 2001 \u2013
\nfully three decades before the horrific events of that fateful day.  <\/p>\n

Mr.
\nBasiago, a child participant in DARPA\u2019s time travel program, Project
\nPegasus, has publicly stated<\/a> how in 1971 he viewed moving images of the
\nattack on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 that had been obtained
\nfrom the future and brought back to the early 1970\u2019s.<\/p>\n

DARPA<\/a> is the chief
\nresearch and development arm of the US military, the Defense Advanced
\nResearch Projects Agency.  DARPA created the precursor to the Internet,
\n\u201cArpanet,\u201d and has a penchant for trumpeting its advances, such as
\nputting surveillance cameras on the backs of bumblebees and other exotic
\nachievements in military science.<\/p>\n

Mr. Basiago claims that DARPA\u2019s
\nsecret technical accomplishments go far beyond what it has publicly
\nacknowledged and that by 1970 DARPA had achieved teleportation-based time travel<\/a> as
\nwell as advanced electro-optical means of discerning past and future
\nevents via different technologies that provide quantum access.  <\/p>\n

Mr.
\nBasiago has described<\/a> how while serving in Project Pegasus, he
\nviewed moving images of 9\/11 at the secured U.S. defense-technical
\nfacility where they were processed after being retrieved from the
\nfuture, the Aerojet Corporation facility that once stood at the corner
\nof Bullock Avenue and Leroy Place in Socorro, New Mexico.<\/p>\n

According
\nto Mr. Basiago\u2019s whistleblower testimony, Donald
\nH. Rumsfeld<\/a>, the sitting U.S. Secretary of Defense on September 11,
\n2001, was the defense attach\u00e9 to Project Pegasus during the early
\n1970\u2019s, when Mr. Rumsfeld was officially serving as a counselor to
\nPresident Nixon and member of his Board of Wage and Price Stabilization.<\/p>\n

In
\nall likelihood, Mr. Rumsfeld<\/a>, as the defense attach\u00e9 to Project
\nPegasus, would have known about and possibly had control over the data
\nabout 9\/11 derived via \u201cquantum access\u201d and brought back to the early
\n1970\u2019s for analysis by the DARPA research and development program under
\nhis administrative authority.<\/p>\n

Mr. Basiago\u2019s eyewitness account
\nthat Secretary Rumsfeld and others knew about 9\/11 decades in advance
\nbecause data about it was gathered via DARPA\u2019s secret time travel
\nprogram unlocks several of the more enigmatic facts in the 9\/11
\nliterature and may be the key to society\u2019s unraveling of the ultimate
\naccountability for the false flag operation that took place on September
\n11, 2001. <\/p>\n
