\npioneer champion of NASA Viking

\nsatellite photos<\/a> of the Face on Mars as evidencing the product of an
\nintelligent Martian civilization, recently drew a public line in the
\nscientific sand regarding the evidence for the presence of current
\nindigenous, intelligent life on Mars.  <\/p>\n

In a March 8, 2010 email
\ndialogue sponsored by Robert Morningstar, editor of UFO Digest<\/a> on the subject of
\ncurrent
\nMartian life, Mr. Hoagland stated, <\/p>\n

\u201cEvidence …. Show me
\nevidence of CURRENT \u2018intelligent life on Mars.\u2019 :)  All we see are ruins
\n… literally thousands of square miles … of ruins.  And, a lot of
\nmud covering them … slowly eroding and blowing away in the wind. 
\nWhich is why we can now see glimpses [of] what was once buried in a
\nvast, planetary catastrophe–Which suddenly ENDED the Martian
\nCivilization … a long, long time ago. RCH  – P.S.  If there is anyone
\nNOW living on Mars, it is \u2018us\u2019 — as part of the ~60-year-old Secret
\nSpace Program."<\/em><\/p>\n

A new generation of data from Mars
\nsupporting the existience of indigenous intelligent and animal Martian
\nlife have been emerging (1) from the NASA Mars Rovers<\/a>,
\nwhich have been on the Martian surface photographing it at close range,
\nand (2) from independent
\nwhistleblowers<\/a> from compartmentalized secret U.S. government Mars
\nprograms.<\/p>\n

Application of the law of witness and documentary
\nevidence may be a methodology leading to breakthroughs in evaluating
\nthis new generation of data now emerging regarding the existence of
\nindigenous, intelligent and animal extraterrestrial life on Mars, our
\nnearest planetary neighbor. <\/p>\n
