In an early
\nextraterrestrial discovery of 2010, more than 40 years after the July
\n20, 1969 Apollo 11 lunar landing, NASA Earthrise
\nphotos<\/a>
\ntaken on the Moon by Apollo 11 U.S. astronauts and enhanced by the Advanced
\nPhoto Extraction Process (APEP)<\/a> have disclosed striking images of
\nan apparent extraterrestrial base and 3 extraterrestrial UFO spacecraft
\nidling above the extraterrestrial base, just a few miles from the
\nalleged Apollo 11 landing site<\/a> \u201cin the
\nsouthern Sea of Tranquility (Mare Tranquillitatis) about 20 kilometers
\n(12 mi) southwest of the crater Sabine D (0.67408N, 23.47297E).\u201d<\/p>\n

These
\nAPEP enhanced images of Earthrise photos taken by the Apollo 11
\nastronauts were made available for this exclusive Examiner.com article
\nby this reporter.<\/p>\n

Ron Stewart, developer of the APEP
\nprocess<\/a>, confirmed in an exclusive ExopoliticsRadio.org<\/a>
\ninterview with Alfred Lambremont Webre that the three extraterrestrial
\nUFO spacecraft identified in the 2010 APEP report (Fig. 1<\/strong><\/em>
\nabove) were most probably the same extraterrestrial UFO spacecraft that
\nApollo 11 astronauts reported to NASA in July 1969 were watching them
\non the Moon.  <\/p>\n

One source<\/a>
\nhas reported, \u201cAccording to a former NASA employee Otto Binder, unnamed
\nradio hams with their own VHF receiving facilities that bypassed NASA's
\nbroadcasting outlets picked up the following exchange:<\/p>\n

\u201cNASA: What's
\nthere? Mission Control calling Apollo 11…<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cApollo: These
\n\u2018Babies\u2019 are huge, Sir! Enormous! OH MY GOD! You wouldn't believe it!
\nI'm telling you there are other spacecraft out there, lined up on the
\nfar side of the crater edge! They're on the Moon watching us!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Ron
\nStewart, developer of the APEP process for the Ron Stewart\/Ron Nussbeck
\nfirm, has reported these new Apollo 11 extraterrestrial disclosures in
\nan exclusive 27 page APEP
\nreport<\/a> entitled, \u201cApollo11: What was discovered? The untold
\nstory!\u201d<\/em> containing the enhanced images that may be accessed below
\nin this Examiner.com article along with an exclusive slide show of
\nimages.  <\/p>\n

In his ExopoliticsRadio.org <\/a>interview,
\nMr. Stewart was of the opinion that the NASA Apollo 11 photographs he
\nexamined were not produced by a front screen (\u201cgreen
\nscreen<\/a>\u201d) projection process as some Apollo 11 hoax analysts have
\nclaimed.  <\/p>\n

The 2010 APEP enhanced images of the Earthrise taken
\nby Apollo 11 may be an evidentiary smoking gun that confirms both the
\nApollo astronauts recorded statements of seeing extraterrestrial UFO
\nspacecraft on the Moon, and ultimately the reality of the Apollo 11 moon
\nlanding itself.  <\/p>\n

As discussed later in this article, the APEP
\nenhanced images of the 1969 Apollo 11 Earthrise photos showing an
\nextraterrestrial base and three extraterrestrial base on the Moon
\nhovering just a few miles adjacent to the Apollo 11 astronauts may be
\ncorroborative evidence of an elaborate psychological deception operation
\n("psyops) by a combined Earthling black ops and extraterrestrial
\npresence on the Moon against NASA's Apollo 11 astronauts.  The APEP
\nenhancement of the Apollo 11 July 1969 Earthrise photos may provide
\nvivid first-hand evidence<\/a>
\nof what historian Richard M. Dolan calls "the breakaway civilization"
\nand what researcher Richard Hoagland calls a Moon-based "A
\nterrestrially-derived, post-World War II Nazi colony civilization …
\nattempting to "go home" to the Original".<\/p>\n
