Following
\na cross-volley of interpretations of the Dec. 9, 2009 blue-green light
\nvortex over Norway on the eve of Barack Obama\u2019s Nobel Prize acceptance
\nspeech (Russian missile<\/a>; ETs destroying Russian missile<\/a>),
\ntwo researchers have independently posited that HAARP, a space-based
\nweapon of mass destruction one of whose antenna fields is close to the
\nsite of the Norwegian spiral light.  <\/p>\n

According to one of the researchers, David Wilcock <\/a>(see below), one of his confidential sources stated the Norway spiral light was part of Project Blue Beam<\/a>.  Mr. Wilcock's interview appears on the Project Camelot Radio show<\/a> with Kerry Cassidy.<\/p>\n

One of the alleged purposes of Project Blue Beam is the use of advanced
\nelectromagnetic imaging such as that produced by HAARP and exhibited in
\nthe Norway spiral light as a psychological mass conditioning device in
\naid of the implementation of a global corporate new world order.<\/p>\n

If this analysis is accurate, the Norwegian light may have been a
\nHAARP-induced effect attempting to anchor an extraterrestrial-like or
\n\u201ctranscendent\u201d aura around U.S. President Barack Obama\u2019s Nobel Prize<\/a> acceptance speech in Oslo the following day, Nov. 10. <\/p>\n
