Basiago has been chosen as the #1 UFO story of 2008.  EXOPOLITICSRADIO.ORG<\/a> was notified of the award by veteran broadcaster Jerry Pippin in a May 10, 2009 email statement, \u201cWe made your [<\/em>EXOPOLITICSRADIO.ORG with Alfred Lambremont Webre]<\/em><\/a> broadcast story on the discovery of life on Mars the top UFO event of 2008.\u201d <\/em> 
\nIn a 41-page paper dated Dec. 12, 2008, Washington State trial lawyer
\nand environmental scholar Andrew D. Basiago sets out analysis and
\nphotographs identifying 3 species of humanoid beings, numerous species
\nof animals, structures and statues on the surface of Mars.  These
\nphotographs are images isolated by Andrew D. Basiago from within NASA
\nrover Spirit photograph PIA 10214 , a composite photograph taken in
\nNovember 2007 in the Columbia basin on Mars, and released public by
\nNASA on its website in January 2008. <\/p>\n
