VANCOUVER, BC – Ask most seasoned 9/11 researchers to name the principal individuals involved at a responsible level of executive authority for the “inside job” of executing the false flag operation of September 11, 2001, and you will invariably get at least these four names: George W. Bush, U.S. President; Richard B. Cheney, U.S. Vice President; Donald H. Rumsfeld, U.S. Secretary of Defense on 9/11; and Benjamin Netanyahu, an agent of influence of a war crimes racketeering network within the State of Israel that carried out an act of war against the United States on 9/11. After all, Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld held constitutional authority on 9/11, and a Memorandum to the U.S. Congress, presented to the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee in November 2006 demonstrated probable cause that Messrs. Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld had committed Treason against these United States under Article III of the U.S. Constitution for their actions in abetting the armed attack upon U.S. soil by advanced U.S. weapons on September 11, 2001.

9/11 Vancouver Hearings named"The usual suspects"
So it was with some disappointment when, as Judge of the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal, I received and reviewed, together with my fellow Judge Constance Fogal, B.A, M.A, B.ED, LL.B, the sworn oral statements of nearly twenty Vancouver Hearings speakers and subsequent evidentiary submissions and affidavits of some of the speakers that at best named “the usual suspects” of Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld and at worst named the posse of FBI agents who picked up debris in front of the Pentagon following 9/11 so as to obfuscate the demolition explosions that really took place there.
The 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal would not render appropriate war crimes justice if it prosecuted only shills like Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld and the posse of FBI agents, sent to destroy public evidence by their administrative masters.
The mission of the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal is to identify, investigate, prosecute, try, convict and sentence key individuals of an international war crimes racketeering organization responsible for 9/11, and the global war of aggression and world-wide police state 9/11 was intended to bring about.
Affidavits of Leuren Moret and of Andrew D. Basiago
My evaluation, as Judge of the 9/11 Tribunal, was that the submissions and evidence proffered by the 9/11 Vancouver Hearings speakers, was grossly deficient in that none of the submissions identified individuals, mainly UK citizens, for whom there was evidence of probable cause to believe they acted as part of an executive within an international war crimes racketeering organization that caused the mammoth world-wide plan of 9/11 and the subsequent invasions of Afghanistan, the War on Terror, and impositions of domestic police states world wide to happen.
Hence, as is within the power of a Tribunal of Conscience, our 9/11 Tribunal made a proper judicial decision to seek further expert and direct eye witness 9/11 testimony that addressed our mission: the key individuals of the international war crimes racketeering organization behind 9/11, and not the U.S. and Israeli government and media shills pursued by the 9/11 movement to date.
The 9/11 Tribunal made the decision to admit the affidavits of Leuren Moret and Andrew D. Basiago, and published a letter stating: “Leuren Moret's submission and affidavit is vital because it identifies key 9/11 Accused who are U.K., French and Canadian nationals and who appear to be members of an executive within an international war crimes racketeering organization that gave orders for 9/11, the ‘top’ of a pyramidal network, as it were. As U.K., French and Canadian nationals, these 9/11 Accused in turn provide the Article 12 jurisdiction for 9/11 before the International Criminal Court. Ms. Moret's affidavit is able to build on the singularly important affidavit of our distinguished attorney whistleblower witness, former DARPA participant Andrew D. Basiago.”
Article 12 of the Rome Statue of the International Criminal Court (ICC) provides that one of the grounds for ICC jurisdiction is that the person accused of war crimes be a national of a state that is a party to the Rome Statute establishing the ICC. The speakers who walked out of the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal had mainly named 9/11 Accused who were USA or Israeli citizens, neither of whom are subject to ICC jurisdiction.
The 9/11 Tribunal is in active coordination of prosecution of 9/11 Accused with Judge Fernando Imposimato, honorary President of the Supreme Court of Italy and former Chief Investigative Judge of Italy. Judge Imposimato recently announced he was launching a drive to prosecute key 9/11 Accused at the ICC.

The above strategy was devised after personal consultations with Judge Fernando Imposimato who was in fact meeting with the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the time regarding its jurisdiction over 9/11. The ICC does not have jurisdiction to try U.S. and Israeli citizens.

Status of the 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal
As you may know from the documents set out on this website, Vancouver 9/11 Conference organizers James Fetzer and Kevin Barrett led a walkout of all but four of the witnesses before the Vancouver 9/11 Tribunal over the Tribunal's decision to admit the affidavits of Leuren Moret and Andrew D. Basiago into evidence.
Thus the Tribunal, for practical reasons, has been hampered in the diligent prosecution of its case. At the personal level it is gratifying that Professor James Fetzer and myself have reached a personal reconciliation. Please see:

"The evidence of Jewish/Israeli/zionist involvement in planning, executing and covering-up 9/11 is unavoidable. Fetzer and Barrett both trumpet the Israeli connections to 9/11–that 9/11 was a "false flags" attack which Israelis are noted for accomplishing. This is clearly the "elephant in the room" which Webre avoids. If I'm mistaken, please provide evidence of your handling of the Israeli and Jewish connections to 9/11."
