I know that you're already slated to speak at the Stargate to the Cosmos Conference, but if there is any way you might be able to arrange your schedule so that you could also attend this event, I believe you would be glad you did!
Knowing that you’re used to attending “expo-like” events with lots of hoop-la and marketing but little actual discussion, I’d like to officially extend an invitation to you and your wife to a private, yet elaborate event in Bucks County. Pa, November 2-4, 2012.
This would be an all-expense paid weekend, inclusive of all travel and hotel accommodations, VIP personalized service, and wonderful meals. Meals will comprise: a special VIP welcome dinner; an incredible brunch at the home of the host; and an amazing dinner party/symposium at the original Johnsville Centrifuge – the largest and most powerful centrifuge the world has ever seen – where everyone who ever stepped on the moon trained.
No marketing, no hype… just a chance to be a part of something “Down-to Earth”, orchestrated to try to better understand the universal questions and how they apply to the questions of the universe – to ask the many questions stemming from our knowledge of them and their impact on us.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania to
enforce a settlement
agreement of a class action.

bankruptcy case and class

defendant Frascella Enterprises, Inc.
doing business as CashToday
was a payday lending business. In
December, 2005, a class of
consumers brought claims in the Court
of Common Pleas of
Philadelphia County against Frascella
Enterprises and its
principals, David and Larry Frascella,
alleging violations of state
usury and consumer protection laws.
Defendant Frascella
Enterprises filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy

on January 30, 2006 and on
February 3, 2006 removed the
plaintiffs’ action which
became a part of the bankruptcy
proceedings.
