Yes. We are in a new era of openness, creating forms for
participating as Galactic Citizens. The Phoenix Lights 3, Arizona
Exopolitics–Dr. Lynne Kitei, Terri Mansfield and I birthed an
initiative on the weekend of the birth of our nation on Alfred’s
Exopolitics Radio, creating a National Department of Extraterrestrial
Alliances.

The Department of ETA marks the first steps toward forming a
national government structure responsive to and responsible for open
public dissemination of extraterrestrial/UFO information and

We have a need to establish a workable national government structure
assuring the entrance of our nation into effective, peaceful,

Phoenix Births National Department of Extraterrestrial Alliances

Phoenix, Arizona (July 4, 2008)—On this July 4^th
2008, celebrating the Birth of our Nation, The Phoenix Lights 3, Dr.
Rebecca Hardcastle, Dr. Lynne Kitei and Terri Mansfield announce the
formation of a citizenry initiative to establish a National Department
of Extraterrestrial Alliances.

This
marks the first steps toward forming a national government structure
responsive to and responsible for open public dissemination of
extraterrestrial/UFO information and experiences documented by
scientists, researchers, ufologists and private citizens over the past
60 years. The six-decade accumulation of extraterrestrial/ UFO
historical information translates into the need for a workable national
government structure, assuring the entrance of our nation into
effective, peaceful and technologically advanced Galactic citizenship.

11 years ago
on March 13, 1997 the citizens of Arizona were profoundly affected by a
UFO sighting. The Phoenix Lights event was the largest sustained
sighting of a UFO in our country in the 20^th
Century—witnessed by more people, over a longer period of time and over
a larger geographical area than any other UFO sighting in modern times.
Throughout six-decades of contact, citizens in every state have
experienced UFO sightings.

With ever increasing documentation of these anomalies, the silence and secrecy is ending. History will record 2008 as the Year of
Disclosure—a peaceful culmination of decades of behind the scenes
ufology research and citizen involvement. This initiative heralds the
birth of a new era of United States Government, defined by a mature
open extraterrestrial/UFO dialogue of respect and peace.

To All
   Last night , Denver hosted Dr. Steven Greer  at Metro
Community College.  He spoke to an audience of almost 300 people and
was introduced by Jeff Peckman. I saw from the attendance and the
standing ovation that Steven received that something has changed in the
‘ universal consciousness’ of the general public. Ever articulate and
clear, Steven stressed the need for ‘citizen action ‘ in this arena and
the need to develop alternative energy devices in order to solves the multi-crisis situation of the planet. I believe this will come about through his Project Orion network of avante guarde scientists.

    It is clear that somebody wants this out and ‘ Now’!

We
are at a crisis point  in human history and Dr. Greer’s comprehensive
UFO overview hit home with the general public. These was not
the usual UFO crowd but every day Denver citizens. I really saw a
progression in the Disclosure process. As Michael and Angelika Salla
and The Exopolitics Institute also stress Citizen Diplomacy and Activism
and Steven Bassett in the  x -conference also, I see that we are on the
same page, on the same wave length pushing this forward.

Since
Stan Romanak was in the audience and Steven saw his two  alien videos,
he even addressed the situation that some ‘greys’ are real and not all
constructed Alien entities! Most of all, he only spoke positively when asked about colleagues with whom he disagreed.

Maybe
for the first time , there is light at the end of this tunnel as now
the general public is joining the march toward what Dr. Greer calls  ‘
Our New Future’!
