For the Record: It is no surprise that an Argentinian expatriate by the name of "Tomas Scolarici" AKA "James Black" AKA "Herbert Dunbar" , a former long-time employee of Radio Marti, a CIA controlled Voice of America propaganda outlet against Cuba, continues to engage in intellectual slander against exopolitics, and against ethical researchers in the field such as Alfred Lambremont Webre.
Scolarici's methodology is to use pseudonyms in his negative comments on the internet and in group emails and, in the modality recommended by the 1953 CIA Robertson Panel, engage in ad hominem attacks and personal slurs against researchers in the exopolitical field.
One of Scolarici's (James Black's) objectives, as with all disinformers, is to sow confusion and doubt in the field of the study of relations between intelligent civilizations in the multiverse, and to discourage readers, seekers, students, scholars, and researchers and the spirit of the search of knowledge.
Scolarici (James Black) is believed to comment at Examiner.com using the pseudonym "Prof. Weird".

I believe I got on Richard’s bad side over a disagreement over the recent Truth Amnesty Day. Richard feels that Dr. Salla might be part of the government’s disinfo program because of Salla’s stance on abductions and liasion programs. I did point out to Richard that Richard Dolan also holds to a ‘evil alien’ viewpoint(see ‘National Security State’), though La Lancette promotes Dolan’s work.
I have attempted to reason personally with La Lancette, noting that Greer keeps connection with Webre, and that not all is as black and white as it may seem. La Lancette may be concerned because of statements made in Greer’s ‘Hidden Truth Forbidden Knowledge’, which La Lancette and myself hold as a big influence in our ET views.
I still admire La Lancette, and still visit his website, as he posts the latest on UFOs relating to Greer, various sightings and new energy research. I feel that Richard’s heart is in the right place, but interprets things these things a bit too narrowly. I am disappointed our friendship is not once what it was and that he may have gotten caught up with someone of dubious influence.
I do not understand all the fuss over this. Radio Marti was not a propoganda against Cuba or its people, but against a small oppressive regime, nor do I note a denial of ETs as is claimed in the above message. I do feel however that is seems everyone and their brother has either seen a UFO or been visited by some “alien” being, and that I do question, although I personally believe in the existence of ET life. I do believe there is contact but from reading numerous websites and books on this topic I find some very outrageous claims. A Zeta commander with a mother ship behind the Moon, UFOs in Hale Bopp Commet (which ultimately led to the deaths of several people in 1997) – things like that. Again, I personally do not doubt ET existence at all, but I do doubt some dubious claims I have read or heard about.
