Richard C. Hoagland, a pioneer champion of NASA Viking Orbiter
satellite photos of the Face on Mars at Cydonia as evidencing the product of an
ancient, extinct Martian civilization, recently drew a public line in the
scientific sand regarding the evidence for the presence of current indigenous,
intelligent life on Mars.
In a March 8, 2010 email dialogue sponsored by Robert
Morningstar, editor of UFO Digest, on the subject of current Martian life, Richard C. Hoagland stated emphatically:
Evidence… Show me evidence of CURRENT ‘intelligent life on
Mars.’ :) All we see are ruins…
literally thousands of square miles … of ruins. And, a lot of mud covering them … slowly
eroding and blowing away in the wind.
Which is why we can now see glimpses [of] what was once buried in a
vast, planetary catastrophe – Which suddenly ENDED the Martian Civilization …
a long, long time ago. RCH – P.S. If there is anyone NOW living on Mars, it is
‘us’ – as part of the ~60-year-old Secret Space Program.
A new generation of data from Mars supporting the existence
of indigenous humanoid and animal Martian life has been emerging (1) from the
NASA Mars rovers Spirit and Opportunity, which have been on the Martian surface
photographing it at close range, and (2) from independent whistleblowers who
were involved in compartmentalized secret U.S. government Mars programs.
Application of the law of witness and documentary evidence
may be a methodology leading to breakthroughs in evaluating this new generation
of data now emerging regarding the existence of indigenous humanoid and animal
extraterrestrial life on Mars, our nearest planetary neighbor.
This article explores the application of the law of evidence
to the question of proving the existence of contemporary intelligent life on

Proof of the existence of intelligent Martian life
Just as Richard C. Hoagland says that the available evidence
proves there is no current indigenous intelligent life on Mars (other than the
secret U.S. space program), it is possible to present proof of the opposite of
this assertion – i.e., that there is indigenous intelligent life currently on
Mars. All sides of the debate about the existence of indigenous Martian
intelligent life deserve to be respectfully heard according to the methodology
of the law of evidence.

2. Presentation of documentary evidence – NASA rover Spirit

Mr. Basiago has indicated that at public presentations of
the MARS findings, on average about 75% of the audience can cognize and see the
indigenous Martian humanoids, animals, structures, and statues contained in
NASA rover photos.
At the November 2009 Barcelona Science and Spirit Conference
presentation by this reporter, 50% of the audience that was polled was able to
recognize the indigenous Martian intelligent and animal life forms in the
documentary evidence contained in the PowerPoint included in this article. (See
video of presentation by clicking here). Therefore, one can say that the
probable existence of indigenous intelligent Martian life was proven for 50% of
the audience at Barcelona.
Why not a greater percentage of the audience? Well, there is the matter of NASA
interference with its rover images: NASA's seven deadly sins of data
distortion.

Mr. Basiago, in consultation with Emily Cragg, a former
imaging specialist for Xerox, has catalogued seven techniques that NASA is
using to distort its own data from the surface of the Red Planet:
1. Scale. Compress
vertical and horizontal dimension to make everything look ordinary;
2. Contrast. Set light-and-dark ratio to extreme value or
invert light and dark aspects altogether;
3. Color. Add false hues and unnatural colors;
4. Skew. Move forms out of vertical alignment;
5. Consistency. Paint
over to make a solid color look black, white, or opaque;
6. Integrity. Alter
natural forms to look like forms that do not occur naturally;
7. Content. Embed content with altered contrast, non-human
data, and strange pixels.

Evaluating the documentary evidence for indigenous Martian
intelligent life
A representative sample of documentary evidence supporting
the existence of indigenous Martian intelligent life is set out in the
PowerPoint entitled “How to Evaluate The Evidence for Indigenous Martian
Intelligent Life”. This documentary
evidence consists of images enhanced from selected portions of NASA rover
Spirit photo PIA10214, a composite photo taken of the Columbia Basin on Mars
(about the equivalent Martian latitude of Columbus, Ohio) in November 2007 and
released by NASA onto the Internet in January 2008.
These enhanced images are documentary evidence of indigenous
humanoid and animal life on Mars. This
reporter first began examining these images on December 7, 2008, in Portland,
OR, when I was invited by Mr. Basiago to examine images he discovered during
the course of 2008 in NASA rover Spirit photograph
PIA 10214.
As this reporter can attest, viewing and cognizing these
often novel and strange Martian life forms requires imagination and persistence
by the observing Earthling. The immediate visibility and certainty of this
documentary evidence of indigenous Martian humanoid and animal life should
improve with advancements in photo-analytic technique.
Ms. Cragg, who has reportedly analyzed over 4,000 NASA
photos, as well as the evidentiary documents in this PowerPoint, states that
NASA manipulates scale, contrast, color, skewing, consistency, integrity,
content, and up to five levels of image within NASA Rover photos to conceal
indigenous intelligent Martian life on Mars’ surface.

Each sample of the documentary evidence in the PowerPoint
(download here), as photographed by the Mars rover Spirit in November 2007 in
PIA10214 from the Martian surface, seems to contain reasonable representations
of indigenous humanoid or animal life on the surface of Mars.
Each of these documents falls under the scientific rubric of
the evidence of new apparent life forms on a neighboring planet – Mars – using
a new, advanced technology – the NASA Mars exploration rover. Unlike the
earlier generation of Viking Orbiter satellites, which photographed the Martian
surface from orbit around Mars, the Mars rovers can capture photographic
close-ups, as well as composite landscapes of Mars, which contain images of
apparent indigenous Martian life forms.

An evaluation of each sample of the MARS documentary
evidence reveals the following (Please refer to images in PowerPoint):
1. Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: Figure of
Humanoid Being (in center of photo leaning on rocks with back to rover camera)
in the Rock Enclosure on Tsiolkovski Ridge, Columbia Basin, Mars – This is a
classic enhancement from NASA rover Spirit photograph PIA10214. One of the documents at www.projectmars.net
contains step-by-step instructions as to how to locate this life form using
one’s own desktop or laptop computer and a copy of NASA photograph
PIA10214. In the PowerPoint image, the
figure of a Martian humanoid being has his back facing the rover Spirit camera,
and is leaning on the middle rock wall of the three-wall rock enclosure, as
though on his knees. The human appears
to be masculine and has spindly, flesh-colored arms and legs and a large, oval,
flesh-colored head, almost in the shape of some of the Gray extraterrestrial
archetypes. He appears to be dressed, to
this reporter, in turquoise- colored spandex-type pants. This is a reasonable conclusion this
reporter has reached after multiple viewings of this particular image since
December 2008.
There are three
principal typologies of humanoid beings on Mars.
The first
typology, which I call Homo maris terris, are our genetic relatives from the
time before the solar system catastrophe of 9,500 BC, when Earth and Mars were
in contact. They resemble bald, homely Earthlings. This is the type that my
father and I met at Curtiss-Wright in 1970. They are human beings, like human
beings from Earth. It was clear that by 1970 they both had a more advanced
space-faring capability than we did on Earth and were working with the United
States government.
The second
typology, which I call Homo maris, are the indigenous Martian humanoids. They
have narrower heads, pointier ears, longer fingers, and smaller bodies than
Earthlings. They resemble the creature in the vintage film, Nosferatu. We were
advised that if hungry enough, they would sometimes kill and eat human visitors
from Earth, so we should be wary of them. This is the type that I encountered
when walking through the dilapidated brick city to deliver the data disk to the
communications center there. They gave rise to the notion of
"Martian" in folklore and popular culture on Earth.
The third
typology, which I call Homo maris extraterrestrialis, resemble the Grey ETs of
the UFO contact literature. This is the type that Courtney M. Hunt and William
B. Stillings and I of the CIA’s jump room program encountered after I saw one
that was sitting on the roof of the jump room facility called The Corkscrew
when we arrived on Mars one time in 1981-82. As I exited The Corkscrew ahead of
my fellow chrononauts, I called out to them, “Court, Brett! A Grey. On the
roof. Observing us!” They are probably the result of a branch of the Greys that
was left back on Mars at some time in Martian history. It was this type of
Martian that is depicted in my historic image, “The Humanoid Being on
Tsiolkovski Ridge,” which I published in 2008 in my landmark paper "The
Discovery of Life on Mars," which is the first image of a humanoid being
on another planet ever published on Earth.
There is a fourth
typology of humanoid beings on Mars, the tiny ones that Dave Beamer has
detected being crushed under the wheels of NASA’s Mars Exploration rovers. I
don't include this type of Martian humanoid in this taxonomy because they are
far smaller than the three other typologies of Martians and us.

2. Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: Figure of
insect-human hybrid The Scorpion Man (See insert) in the Turquoise Field,
Columbia Basin, Mars – This enhancement of an apparent Martian life form found
on the Columbia Basin on Mars within NASA rover photo PIA 10214 is a new
species, that at first glance may grate our own Earthling sensibilities. The documentary evidence appears to portray
an apparent insect – human hybrid that has been dubbed “the Scorpion Man.” In
the original evidentiary document containing both images and analysis derived
from NASA rover Spirit photograph PIA10214, insect-human hybrids and
lizard-human hybrids are among the apparent new species that appear in NASA
rover photo PIA10214. In this document,
two insect-human hybrids, each with a turquoise scorpion-like body and an
apparent flesh colored human-like head, are resting next to each other on the
Martian terrain. This reporter takes no
position on the biology of an insect-human hybrid, which the new science of
exobiology obviously must address. As an
observer, this reporter can reasonably conclude that the NASA rover photograph
indeed depicts an apparent new species of insect-human hybrid. This is a
reasonable conclusion this reporter has reached after multiple viewings of this
particular image since December 2008.
3. Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: A second
category of animal species on Mars combines elements of animal species that
inhabit Earth at this time in its biological history and that, from our
perspective, are hybrids of living animal species, such as one animal species
on Mars that combines the bodily shape of an octopus with the face of a lion or
a dog but which is terrestrial rather than aquatic in nature. This documentary evidence is an image enhanced
from NASA rover Spirit photo PIA10214 that depicts an apparent hybrid animal
resting on the Martian terrain of the Columbia Basin in November 2007 and
looking toward the Spirit’s camera. As
in the case of the insect-human hybrid, this Martian hybrid animal is unlike
any animal we know on Earth. This
reporter can reasonably conclude that the documentary evidence is an exhibit of
an octopus-like land animal, perhaps furry, with facial features that may be
reptilian, feline, or canine in nature. This is a reasonable conclusion this
reporter has reached after multiple viewings of this particular image since
December 2008. This reporter takes no position on the biology of this Martian
animal hybrid, which the new science of exobiology obviously must address.
4. Documentary evidence from NASA PIA10214: The third
category includes reptile species extinct on Earth. In this category we can place land-based
Martian species of the plesiosaur, which has often been proposed as a solution
to the Loch Ness, Lake Champlain, and Lake Okanagan mysteries. A reptile with a bulky body like a tortoise
and a long neck like a snake, plesiosaurus is quite common on Mars but did not
survive the K-T extinction on Earth. The
documentary evidence for this Martian reptile species is contained in
enhancements of NASA Spirit image PIA10214 of the Columbia Basin, Mars. In the PowerPoint, three evidentiary images
of the Martian land-based plesiosaur from PIA10214 are provided. In the left-side image, the plesiosaur has
its back facing toward the Spirit’s camera, so that its bulky body is visible
from the rear, and one can see its elongated, curved neck and head in front of
the animal. In the center photo, the
Martian plesiosaur is facing the Spirit’s camera, and its head is tilted slightly
towards its left, with its arching neck visible curving down towards it bulky
reptilian body. The right-most photo is
the image of the carcass of an apparent dead Martian plesiosaur, lying on the
Martian terrain in the Columbia Basin, as it was photographed by the Spirit in
November 2007. After examination of the
documentary evidence, this reporter can reasonably conclude that it accurately
represents the image of actual living Martian plesiosaur-like animals in the
Columbia Basin in November 2007. The
original research paper containing documentary images and photos from NASA
image PIA10214 contains some analysis as to the reasons why reptilians like the
Martian plesiosaur may have survived on Mars, and not on Earth, which suffered
a K-T extinction event. The documentary
evidence supporting the existence of a land-based Martian plesiosaur is
reinforced by direct witness evidence of Mr. Basiago, who states that he and
CIA agent Courtney M. Hunt were chased by a plesiosaur that they encountered on
the Martian terrain during Mr. Basiago and Mr. Hunt’s teleportation to Mars in
1981. Mr. Basiago has related that he
and Mr. Hunt had to take quick refuge in the surface entrance to a U.S. base on
Mars. This is a reasonable conclusion I
have reached after multiple viewings of this particular document since December
2008. This reporter also takes no position on the biology of this Martian
plesiosaur, which the new science of exobiology obviously must also address.
Reasonable implications deduced from witness &
documentary evidence as to indigenous, intelligent Martian life
In the opinion of this reporter, the witness and documentary
evidence meet the standard of reasonability and more probably than not
demonstrate the existence of contemporary indigenous Martian humanoid and
animal life. To wit:
1. Mars is – more
probably than not – an inhabited planet – The evidence suggests Mars surface
has a fragile, post-collapse ecology, inhabited by humanoid and animal life.
There is prima facie witness evidence to support a conclusion that a sub-surface
contemporary indigenous intelligent Martian civilization exists.
2. Indigenous Martian
intelligent humanoid life exists – more probably than not – The evidence
suggests Mars surface is inhabited by humanoid beings like and unlike us and by
animals that are like those that exist on Earth at this time, that once existed
on Earth in pre-historic times, or that are hybrids with the traits of two or
more Earth species.
3. Hybrid human and
animal Martian species exist – more probably than not – The evidence suggests
that animal species on the surface of Mars include human-insect hybrids and
human-lizard hybrids that do not exist on Earth and that to our knowledge have
never existed on Earth.

"Mr. Basiago is the founder and president of the Mars Anomaly
Research Society, where he digs through pictures of Mars and looks for anything
he doesn’t understand, which he then claims is evidence of life on the Red
Planet. He evidently has met with some resistance to his claims, because he was
forced to send out a press release, which Yahoo! dutifully published. In it,
he’s trying to convince the National Geographic Society to publish his
nonsense. Reading it is funny, if a little sad:
On December 7th, Basiago made his discovery. “I was
astonished by what I found,” he said. “There, on the Red Planet, were beings in
blue bodysuits and the abstract artwork of a Martian civilization. I was
looking at the first evidence of life beyond Earth!”
In his letter to the National Geographic Society, the lawyer
writes that careful evaluation of PIA10214 reveals 'a cosmic treasure trove of
pictographic evidence of life on Mars, including humanoid beings, animal
species, carved statues, and built structures.'"

HOAGLAND: In refusing to respond to a request for comment by a caller regarding
the work of Basiago, Hoagland explained why in this way:
He's an absolute
100% nut and he is being paid by the intelligence agencies to spread
disinformation far and wide."
According to his biography, Andrew D. Basiago, a graduate of
both UCLA and the University of Cambridge, is a lawyer, writer, and 21st
century visionary. The team leader of Project Pegasus, he is an emerging figure
in the Disclosure Movement who is leading a campaign to lobby the United States
government to disclose such controversial truths as the fact that Mars harbors
life and that the United States has achieved “quantum access” to past and
future events.
Alfred Webre’s biography describes him as a space activist
who works with others to prevent the "weaponization" of space and
transform the permanent war economy into a sustainable, peaceful, cooperative,
Space Age society, re-integrating with a larger, intelligent Universe society.
Webre is the author of “EXOPOLITICS: Politics, Government, and Law in the
Universe”.
Robertson Panel enforcer
During their interview on Truth Frequency Radio, Basiago and
Webre both responded to false and defamatory attacks made against them by
Hoagland on Coast.
Webre pointed out:
[On] one program
he called me "crazy". He actually called me "crazy"…
Paola Harris was in the living room with him and can testify to that, and there
are 15 million people that heard him call me "crazy" because of these
assertions that I’m making that there’s present life on Mars. That sounds a lot
to me like what the Robertson Panel recommendations were, right? In other
words, why should Richard C. Hoagland, another private researcher, be enforcing
… the CIA Robertson Panel recommendations of 1953 to debunk any researcher
and ridicule them in public if they bring up extraterrestrial issues?“
Webre later asked again, “How is it that Mr. Hoagland, who
supposedly is a private citizen and is a researcher, can now get up and with
impunity on a program that goes to 15 million people and apply the standards of
the 1953 Robertson Panel?”
Intelligence attack
Speaking directly to Hoagland's remarks, Basiago attempted
to clarify:
Richard, which am
I? Am I crazy, or am I working in a very un-crazy way to spread disinformation
for US intelligence agencies? In other words, these are two claims that are
impossible to both be true simultaneously, so each discredits the other claim.”
Basiago also gave his version of the chronology of events
leading up to the flash point on Coast:
We had just proved
at Alien Event, that Mars is inhabited. And I had just called on the second man
to walk on the Moon, in this epoch of civilization at least, namely, Buzz
Aldrin to evaluate our data and either affirm or deny the premise that Mars is
inhabited … I think this actually provoked the US intelligence community
working through Richard Hoagland to attack me in the way that he did.”
Get out of the way
Weber elaborated more forcefully:
There’s an urgency
to the work that we’re doing. We are trying to get to the mainstream with this
information that many governmental agencies and sort of hangers-on are trying
to block. And we’re trying to get to these space agencies and educate them that
Mars is inhabited, such that they won’t run into the cognitive dissonance and
still be acting out the imperatives of the 1953 Robertson panel … The clock
is ticking here. And it’s vital that we get this out. And it’s vital that if
people in the research community, like Richard Hoagland, don’t transform, well
then that they get out of the way.”
Other contenders
There have been other notable critics of Basiago’s Mars
research. In a story for the Discovery Channel Website, Ray Villard, the news
director for the Hubble Space Telescope, wrote, “At a recent convention called,
you guessed it, Conspiracy Con 2009, self-styled Mars sleuth, Andrew Basiago,
accused NASA of hiding evidence of Martian life in photos taken from the rover
Spirit.”
In his blog Bad Astronomy for Discover Magazine, Phil Plait,
like Hoagland and Villard a present or former NASA employee, wrote, “Well,
there is evidence of life in that image. You can see parts of the rover in it. But
I don’t think that’s what Mr. Basiago is talking about. What I’m talking about
is that this is just more pareidolia, of course, except in this case it’s mixed
with a person utterly convinced that what he’s seeing is real.”
In response to his critics, Basiago told the Truth Frequency
Radio listening audience:
Here we have
literally publicists for the space agency who, when they are commenting about
myself or Alfred or the Mars findings, aren’t marshaling scientific facts or
reason, not even valid theory, to rebut what we’ve been stating, but have
simply engaged in snide character assassination … It’s amazing that they
would risk the reputation of the space agency and their own professional
standing by engaging in rank disinformation, because that’s what we have to
call it.”
Profound suspicions
Perhaps the most
ambitious remarks heard on the show were those Webre and Basiago both saved for
the Exopolitics community. Citing a truth embargo against their Mars research,
Webre explained that, "We were prohibited from presenting the Mars
findings at the major Exopolitics conference, literally prohibited … And I
was at the 2010 conference just recently and I was submitted to a lecture about
the non-validity of these findings.”
Basiago elaborated by
stating:
So in this
vanguard of leading figures in Exopolitics, over the last two years Alfred and
I have been shocked that they’ve not only been absent without leave. …They’ve
not only shown condign ignorance of the findings. [We] wish that that was what
it had been. Instead, they have shown this puerile hostility towards even
considering the data, as if they have somehow been instructed that when Mars
comes up, stick with the Hoagland position. … Quite frankly we’ve had many
discussions and we’re quite mystified as to why all the major figures in
Exopolitics have been defaulting on this issue. We have profound suspicions
that some of them are actually government operatives and they’re maintaining a
gate keeping role and actively
sequestering the discourse about Mars.”
Webre summarized with his remarks “[To] break the embargo
that is here in North America … We have to ask, “What is the function of this
cover-up, and how are we going to break it?””

So what is the ultimate agenda of Basiago and Webre? In my
conclusion, Basiago's and Webre's tasks are to disclose some of the truths
about a secret Mars project but to do so in such a sensationalist way that it
discredits any wanting to seriously study such claims. This is a classic
psychological warfare tool whereby the truth can be hidden in plain sight, and
deter any serious investigation of what is happening. Basiago's involvement as
a child participant in Project Pegasus involved heavy mind control. Webre's
membership in Scroll and Key, involved a degree of mental conditioning if not
outright mind control. The result is that both Basiago and Webre are ideal
candidates for a limited disclosure hangout concerning life on Mars. Being part
of an officially sanctioned psychological operation, helps explain why Basiago
can still practice law in Washington State while making sensationalist claims,
when other whistleblowers have lost their careers for doing far less. My final
conclusion is that Basiago is both a genuine whistleblower and a crackpot – by
design.

RESPONSE TO STEPHEN BASSETT'S ATTACK ON ANDREW D. BASIAGO
AND ALFRED LAMBREMONT WEBRE BECAUSE OF THE COLBERT REPORT'S UNETHICAL AND
OPPORTUNISTIC POST-PRODUCTION EDIT OF THEIR INTERVIEW OF ANDY
Steve Bassett, in his attack on Andrew D. Basiago and Alfred
Lambremont Webre because Andy was "sand-bagged" by unethical and
opportunistic post-production editing by The Colbert Report after giving a
truth-oriented interview, reveals an absurd view of the Truth Movement and
speaks volumes for the lack of integrity that Paradigm Research Group brings to
the Truth Movement.
PRG ignores the fact that The Colbert Report invited Andrew
D. Basiago to do a straightforward, policy-oriented interview that was to be
focused on how teleportation can provide a way for the United States to free
itself from dependence on foreign sources of oil, filmed the interview in
Portland, Oregon in June 2012, and then recently in post-production added a
1953 CIA Robertson Panel-like "hit" on the CIA's Mars jump room
program of the early 1980's that included not only Andrew D. Basiago, Barack H.
Obama, and Regina E. Dugan, but Andy's fellow chrononauts who have stepped
forward as whistle blowers, William B. Stillings and Bernard Mendez.
Mr. Bassett has now banned Alfred Lambremont Webre, the
founder of Exopolitics, from this group Exopolitics World Network so that Mr.
Webre cannot directly defend his view that Andy is the most significant whistle
blower ever to emerge in the Truth Movement. What is Bassett going to do now?
Re-write history to exclude Alfred Webre as the founder of Exopolitics and its
continuing champion?
Mr. Basiago had no control over the editing of the Colbert
program. He was only informed via email the night before its release on the day
of the Biden-Ryan debate that the producers had contrived a comedic premise for
a piece that they had assured Mr. Basiago was going to be a serious news
feature about the potential of teleportation that they then twisted into an
over-the-top satire of President Obama. The fact that Carol Browner, former EPA
director and Obama's energy czar, was used in the final edit to state the
historical falsehood that "teleportation does not exist" shows how
deep this Colbert disinformation piece went.
Shame on you, Mr. Bassett! You have sold out the Truth
Movement. We in the Truth Movement are on to you now. You are a de facto
apologist for the time travel and Mars jump room cover-ups, which are signal
issues in exopolitics. As Andy prepares to bring forward yet a fourth Mars jump
room participant as a corroborating witness, we invite you to prepare your
apology, for it will be well-deserved when you send it!

NOTICE
Exopolitics is a serious field of endeavor and the issues at
stake are enormous. The Disclosure movement is a global advocacy effort
involving hundreds of activists devoting a major portion of their lives,
usually without financial compensation, to change governmental policy and bring
the truth to the world's people.
A truth embargo was iimplemented by the United States and
its allies to prevent a formal Disclosure of the ET presence. I have said on
numerous occasions, "one way or another this embargo will make fools of us
all," and it does. It is not easy going up against state policies, so it
is preferred the movement stick together when possible.
Given the Disclosure process is a truth movement and a
freedom movement, the bar must be set high as regards tolerance and
understanding of the ideas, theories and assertions of those in the arena.
Paradigm Research Group has set that bar higher than most, but sadly Andrew D.
Basiago and Alfred L. Webre have jumped it. Enough is enough.
Alfred Webre has made important contributions to exopolitics
and the Disclosure movement and undergone much personal sacrifice to pursue
abuses of human rights. He is a brilliant, hard working activist.
Unfortunately, these accomplishment have been overshadowed by a ten-year,
obsessive, almost religious, devotion to and promotion of the assertions of
Andrew Basiago. These assertions, absent reasonable evidentiary support, are
little more than narcissism drenched, adolescent fantasies. More troubling to
PRG is the fact that anyone who challenges these assertions or even makes
simple requests for supportive documentation is deemed a government operative
or disinformation agent. That is not debate, it is paranoia.
Mr. Webre and Mr. Basiago have a plethora of venues to
present their views – the Colbert Report being one example – and PRG is not
essential to their right of expression.
If, at some future time, the assertions of Andrew Basiago
regarding Mars, teleportation, time travel, Barack Obama, etc., etc. are proven
to be true, PRG will publish and aggressively promote an open letter of apology
to Messrs. Basiago and Webre. That is not likely to happen, but what will
happen is PRG projects will no longer be a platform for these claims.
