Our Headline

So what's the headline for this week’s THE NEWS Live, November 9,
2012?  It is “Obama: The 2012
Time-Travel-Captured U.S. Presidency”.

Let's look at what passes for the 2012 U.S. Presidential election. First
of all, just some of the statistics: 
57.5-67% participation rate; Barack Obama won 332 electoral votes to
Romney 206 electoral votes, (Final vote-Nov. 14, 2012). As of today, Friday
night Nov. 9, 2012 (Florida had not yet been determined); in Florida, Obama, as
of today’s report, was ahead a total of 4.169 million votes as opposed to
Romney with 4.117 million votes; in the popular vote, Obama won 50.6% of the
popular vote as opposed to Romney who won 47.8% of the popular vote. (This is
not counting the final results in Florida); In other words, Obama won
62,615,406 votes versus Romney, 59,142,004 votes (Final vote, Nov. 14, 2012).

U.S.
Presidential election as a false flag operation

The total cost of this election was in excess of $6 billion dollars;
the duration was 23 months – almost 2 years – starting in January 2011. (By
contrast parliamentary democracies, most of the western European democracies,
here in Canada, in Australia. I know that here in Canada, by law, there's a 1month
limit to the national campaign, 30 days. The election drops and there’s 30
days, 1 month, of campaigning and the voters go to vote.) What the 2012
election has become (and this is the news that the mainstream news is designed
to hide) what it has become is more than bread and circuses. It has become a
false flag operation–the U.S. Election itself, and the 2-year campaign that
goes before it to divide the electorate into different memes and to put them
into a false competition for no reason, because the winner is known before
hand.  The winner of the 2012 election
was known in 1971 to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency time-travel
apparatus. It's a false flag operation on the U.S. and the world population by
the CIA time-travel apparatus. We know that the CIA time-travel apparatus is
essentially the muscle for the planetary control elite at the level of the
Rockefellers in North America, and the British crown-Elizabeth Windsor, and the
city of London bloodline bankers lead by the Rothschilds. That's about how the
planet is controlled.

CIA Time-Travel Apparatus 

Let's look at how the CIA time-travel apparatus specifically operated
in the case of U.S. president Barack Obama, so that both the 2008 and the 2012
U.S. presidency became a time-travel captured U.S. presidency, requiring a
little tilting here and there by HAARP. [HAARP-Chemtrails weapons system] Steeling
Hurricane Isaac into the GOP convention in Tampa to knock out the first day of
their convention and to slow the initial momentum. And then, finally, Hurricane
Sandy which was environmental war to really give the 'Commander in Chief' role
to Obama in the final week prior to the election, and to tilt the election
toward Obama. Most observers believe that that's what tilted the election. In
fact, the republicans leading analysts believe that.  Although they don't know that hurricane Sandy
was HAARP caused/HAARP triggered environmental war. Even John McCain, who was a
GOP contender in 2008, called Hurricane Sandy “an act of god” on national
television. So, most of the mainstream politicians in the U.S. are completely
in the dark and it's like rats running in a cage.

Time-Travel Pre-Identification

Okay, let's look at time-travel pre-identification and the secret
training of U.S. presidents. In the summer of 1980 there was held a CIA jump
room training class at the College of the Siskiyous near Weed, California.
There, Barry Soetoro (that's Barack Obama's legal name), Andrew D. Basiago,
William B. Stillings, and Bernard Mendez (three whistle blowers), who unlike Barack
Obama who has chosen to stick with his security agreements about being in the
CIA's 1980's jump room program and has not gone public on this.

At substantial threats to their lives and livelihood, in the public
interest whistleblowers Andrew D. Basiago, William B. Stillings and Bernard
Mendez have chosen to go public and that's why we know about this. They all
corroborate each other’s story independently. They were at this training class
along with Barack Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham and Andrew D. Basiago's
father, Raymond F. Basiago, and William B. Stillings father, Thomas J.
Stillings, along with a number of other people, including, Regina Dugan who was
Barack Obama's first director of DAARPA. Now, she's with Google.

 During this class, Stanley Ann Dunham identified herself to Andrew
Basiago as Barack Obama's mother and she stated a number of times, quite
proudly, that her son, Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro, would be the first African
American president of the U.S., and he's been positively identified [as a class

have positively identified him as Barack Obama-that [class] participant.

So, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, identified Barack Obama
at this 1980's class as the first African American president of the United
States. They were about eighteen years old at the time. Now this is not an
anomaly. As whistleblower, Andrew D. Basiago and myself, Alfred Lambremont
Webre, demonstrated in a February, 2012, seminar at the Awakening Center in
Rainier, Washington, that will be re-broadcast in February, 2013, at
ExoUniversity.org. That's our ExoUniversity online website, ExoUniversity.org.

“The Legend”

Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, was a CIA career operative
in Indonesia under the cover of U.S. A.I.D. 
She was informed by CIA, by her CIA handlers, in 1971 that CIA
time-travel had pre-identified her son, Barry Soetoro then ten years old, as a
future U.S. president named Barack Obama who would be initially inaugurated on
January 20, 2009, under the name of Barack Obama. The CIA, then, directed
Stanley Ann Dunham to go to Honolulu, Hawai'i, where in December of 1971, she
arranged a six weeks meeting at which, what is called in the intelligence
community, “the Legend” or kind of the cover story-the life cover story, which
itself was then memorialized into the “autobiographies” of Barack Obama (that
were ghost written apparently), by which “the Legend” of Barack Obama could be
arranged.

 During that six weeks meeting in
1971, Neil Abercrombie, the future governor of Hawai'i in 2008 during the Obama
campaign (He would be instrumental in perpetuating the ruse that Barack Obama
was born in Hawai'i) was brought in as a central character in organizing “the
legend”. He was a friend of the Kenyan civil servant named, Barack Obama, who
had been with him at the University of Hawai'i. 
He invited Barack Obama to come back from Kenya to Honolulu for the six
weeks. There's one photo op at the Honolulu airport with Barack Obama senior,
Stanley Ann Dunham, and the ten-year-old Barry Soetoro. For six weeks, Barack
Obama senior from Kenya, Neil Abercrombie, Stanley Ann Dunham, and Stanley
Armour Dunham, (Stanley Ann Dunham's father and CIA agent) arranged “the
legend” that Barack Obama II was the Kenyan civil servants son. In turn, Barack
Obama senior was assassinated in Kenya in a CIA automobile accident in 1982.
[It was] the same year that Barry Soetoro assumed the public name, Barack
Obama, in a court preceding here in a British Columbia court in October of 1982
(probably under CIA guidance). We have the sealed documents from that name
change.

So that what it appears from the evidence, is that all U.S. presidents
from 1971 forward – George H. W. Bush senior, George W. Bush junior, Bill
Clinton, Barack Obama – have been pre-identified by a secret time-travel
technology. They have been briefed and groomed by the CIA time-travel
apparatus. What this means, is that the U.S. presidential election is a charade
because the winners, the winning candidate, and the CIA time-travel apparatus
know the result beforehand. As do probably the controlling parties of the CIA
time-travel apparatus who are the elite New World Order directors: In North
America, the Rockefeller group-David Rockefeller; and in Europe, the British
crown-Elizabeth Windsor, and the city of London bloodline bankers-Rothschilds.
This is one of the technologies, along with HAARP, by which they control public
affairs.

DARPA's Project Pegasus

Now there's further evidence of this and we're indebted to Andrew D.
Basiago and to the other whistleblowers from the 1980's Mars program, but also
Mr. Basiago from DAARPA's Project Pegasus program.

Mr. Basiago has publicly stated that DAARPA's Project Pegasus program
involved time-travel and was identifying future persons of interest, including,
those who would serve as U.S. president and then informing these persons of
their destinies. In the early 1970's, in the company of his late father,
Raymond F. Basiago (an engineer for the Ralph M. Parsons company who worked for
classified aerospace projects) [Andrew D. Basiago] was present at a lunch in
Albuquerque, New Mexico, at which then future U.S. presidents, George H. W.
Bush and George W. Bush, were guests. Shortly after, they were informed that
both would one day serve as presidents. In fact, Andy says in an anecdote, that
George W. Bush/George Bush junior, who then was about eighteen, was running
around the restaurant saying 'my daddy and I are gonna be president, my daddy
and I are gonna be president' in his usual fashion (his nickname around the
Bush senior White House was the 'village idiot'). 

Mr. Basiago also stated that in the early 1970's, Project Pegasus had
identified future U.S. presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton utilizing
time-travel technology. Mr. Basiago was present when Bill Clinton was informed of
his future destiny as a U. S. president. 
What Mr. Basiago said was that Clinton, (he was sort of young,
apparently even before he went to Yale Law School) said 'U.S. president? You
know to my mind that dog don't hunt!' in his Arkansas way. 

Mr. Basiago also personally met future president Barack Obama in Los Angeles
in 1982. This [meeting] is after being with him in the 1980's CIA jump room
program while Mr. Basiago was attending UCLA. Mr. Obama, then assumed at
Columbia University, was visiting former classmates at Occidental College in
Los Angeles. The person that was in the room and was with Mr. Obama, revealed
that Mr. Obama, then age twenty, already knew that he would one day be
president. So there was common knowledge going back to when Stanley Ann Dunham
had been briefed in 1971; at the same time that George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush
and Bill Clinton had been pre-identified, and then briefed by the CIA
time-travel apparatus.

According to Mr. Basiago, my book, Exopolitics: Politics, Government
and Law in the Universe, which I would not write until 1999 and would not
be published as a library book until 2005, bore a quote on the front pages
which is a statement made by Jimmy Carter. The CIA actually time-traveled a
copy of my book, Exopolitics, from 2005 back to at least 1971. It was
this way that Project Pegasus was able to identify Jimmy Carter, who was a
governor of Georgia in 1971, as a future U.S. president. My book, Exopolitics,
was among, with other written works, physically retrieved from the future by
Project Pegasus and brought back in time in 1971 or a prior time.

At that time, I was general counsel of a New York City Environmental Protection
Administration and I had been placed under time-travel surveillance by the U.S.
government. In fact, I can testify that at that time I was sought out
ostensibly to give a talk on environmental protection. I was taken down by a
group near Washington DC to a group of about fifty men in suits who I recognized
as not being the usual environmentalists of students and housewives. I saw that
they were some sorts of government officials, but I gave them my usual
environmental stump speech and they just kind of sneered at me. What we figured
out later, was that they were actually CIA and Department of Defense personnel
who had my book in 1971, Exopolitics, and wanted to see what I was like
in person in 1971 because I would be under time-travel surveillance now in 2012
and in the future.

The Results

What is the result of all of this? The result of all of this is that
the U.S. presidential campaign infrastructure – the entire two years – the pre-campaign
that starts about two years before the election – all of the primaries…the
presidential election is actually a six billion dollar charade that enmeshes
the entire U.S. and world public in a false flag operation, and divides the
public into these false camps because it's not real. It's really a
mock-u-mentary; it's a mock election. It's not a real event. The outcome is
known. The winners know the outcome to begin with. And the U.S. public and the
world public are deceived because the CIA time-travel apparatus and Barack
Obama-the winning party knows the outcome. They knew the outcome since at least
1971. The CIA and the elite, because the CIA is the elites muscle, have
captured the U.S. presidency using time-travel technology. And through that,
has captured the U.S. democracy and is attempting to control, or tilt, the
world as a pseudo-democracy through a president that has been pseudo-elected
and can stage act very well that he has been elected.

Barack Obama is the consummate actor. He is the consummate
personification of what, in the 1970's when I was a futurist at Stanford
Research Institute, we called 'friendly fascism'.

The Solutions

So what are the solutions? What are the solutions for the future? This
is a very, very grave moment for the United States as a democracy. At the
constitutional level, it's the U.S. constitution that has been severely
compromised, if not shredded, because the executive powers have been captured
by the CIA time-travel apparatus using advanced quantum access inter-dimensional
technology which the rest of the population does not know; and, which the media
is conveniently controlling.

U.S.
National Security Council, Jan. 2012

We made the Obama story public in a major newspaper article in November
2011, that had in it independent witnesses Mr. Basiago and Mr. Stillings. The
result was that my contract/franchise with that newspaper, Examiner.com, was
illegally broken.  And then, in January
of 2012, the official spokesperson for the U.S. National Security Council, Tommy
Vietor.  The U.S. National Security Council
consists of the U.S. President Barack Obama, the Vice President, Secretary of
State, Secretary of Defense, and the U.S. National Security Adviser. This is
the top national security body of the United States. came out and denied this
story and ridiculed it — Tommy Vietor and his story to the Wired magazine
which was carried by Fox News; which was carried by MSNBC; which was carried by
both of the polarities – Fox News and MSNBC.

Incidentally, Tommy Vietor is a top Obama insider who was charged in
the 2008 campaign for carrying Obama's fraudulent certificate of live birth.
Obama was not born in Hawai'i but it's most plausible that he was born in
Washington State of his mother, and is thus a U.S. citizen by birth. But they
want to cover this up because of the time-travel anomalies where he was
pre-identified in 1971 as a future president Barack Obama. [Therefore] in 1971
they had to create a “legend” whereby they brought over the Kenyan civil
servant, Barack Obama, who they later assassinated in a 1982 car accident (CIA
car accident).

So you see how this is sort of like a spy movie. It's espionage and
it's time-travel, but all to protect Barack Obama and the captured presidency
as a time-controlled asset.

Hillary Clinton: Iowa 2016

Now, they're still at their game. Today is November 9, 2012, and if we
go to the news today, and I like to quote, it says “ Washington DC secretary of
state Hillary Clinton would be a dominant favorite in the 2016 Iowa caucuses if
she chooses to run for president.” And this survey shows the PPP, Public Policy
Poling “found that Clinton took away 58% of the Iowa vote in a hypothetical
presidential run. In the event that neither Clinton nor Biden runs, Cuomo draws
30% to Warren's 13%” that's Elizabeth Warren “with 46% of the voters being
unsure of whom they would support.” The point being that Hillary Clinton is
also in on the secret because her husband was pre-informed of the time-travel
ascendency, and it's sure that Hillary Clinton was also pre-informed by Bill.
They're part of the act. She's part of the time-travel controlled CIA apparatus
as well. So they're still at it as well. The time controlled CIA apparatus,
which is tied into the Bilderbergers and the elite, are still at it.

So what is the solution? Well, practically speaking, the solution is an
election run in which this secret becomes an open secret and part of the
platforms. The platform of one of the contenders in the campaign that is making
the time-travel controlled presidency public, in this case one of the principle
whistleblowers, Andrew D. Basiago, has taken a personally courageous stand.

In 1980, at the CIA jump room training program, Andrew D. Basiago was
leaked classified information by his father, Raymond F. Basiago, that he, Andy,
might be a future U.S. president; so distinct from Obama, Clinton, Bush Senior,
Bush junior, who have all kept that secret– campaigned and governed on the
basis of CIA classified time-travel pre-identification of them as president.
They've kept the secret and they've governed as CIA secret presidents, as
puppets of the CIA time-travel apparatus. Andy Basiago is running a truth
campaign and has chosen to run on the basis of disclosing the charade that
time-travel has made of the U.S. presidential election.

Now that's why he has my vote for 2016. I see no other practical way
out of the conundrum of the CIA time-travel apparatus capture of the U.S.
presidency, and really of world affairs, other than to vote in a presidency
pledge to expose and to make time-travel and teleportation capabilities public.
With regard to time-travel, that can be made secure with a publicly designated
committee so that personal, political, and financial benefits cannot come to
individuals with time-travel information. With regard to teleportation, which
is a subset of time-travel; teleportation is time-travel along a single
timeline. Teleportation is released and replaces the petroleum based
transportation system which is polluting, a cause of great pollution, and land
use intensive with our highways and our railroads, the automobiles, trucks,
buses, trains, planes. Teleportation uses a fraction of the energy budget and
it's the end of the oil wars.
