On March 9, President Obama issued a Memorandum on Scientific Integrity
to promote “transparency in the preparation, identification, and use of
scientific and technological information in policymaking"…. Obama’s Memorandum makes possible the release of suppressed
technological information concerning the UFO phenomenon.
