Why don’t you ask “Boriska”, the Russian boy who remembers having lived on Mars as a space ship commander in his recent lifetime. – To me it spontaneously looks like an “Airport terminal building” – but maybe a space port… ?
It’s more then likely another one of those anomalies, but it is fun to fantasize.
If this was indeed a “bio station”, with the amount of ionizing radiation allowed to reach the surface of this planet due to lack of a global magnetic field, logic would dictate that the majority of the structure where the biological is located would be under the surface.
And correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t such a structure be covered in martian dust during the dust storms that have been known to cover the majority of the planet? It seems that this structure has indeed been taken care of.
